Nice and clean sheets and room, however the bathroom in my room as well as the lobby was quite shabby. Continental breakfast is decent.

The room décor is a bit old-fashioned and simple. The most necessary. Bathroom for disabled people not really suitable as there is only one bathtub. Breakfast is sufficient. Cleanliness of the rooms sometimes so, sometimes so. Only superficially cleaned. Staff is friendly. For a few days to stay overnight quite ok.

Causal, Kids friendly Hotel, simple But enough, location is interesting, only far away from public transport.

Value for money. Pleasant welcome. Normal clean room. Mine had a bathtub. Breakfast from 05:30 — 10:30. So good for early morning risers and late lie-iners. Only two lifts so sometimes delays. Parking offered. About 400m to the Subway / Underground. Very good shopping mall 5 minute walking distance.

The hotel is, by and large, really fine. It is very clean, the breakfast is good and the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. The only thing impractical is that the hotel is right on the street. The windows dampen the sound relatively well, but if you want to open the window in the summer, then this very road traffic is disturbed at night when sleeping. Maybe it's better in the other rooms. Therefore, there is a star deduction. There is also a cosy, nice restaurant where you can also stop. By and large, I'm satisfied.

… For a few days cities travel at Easter or autumn holidays with children fully fine. Smear bad-/toilet and carpet floor. Breakfast buffet with a wide selection! Friendly staff. Very good local transport links to all attractions in Hamburg.
I still had a child of friends with me. At the reception, a power of attorney was required by the parents at the beginning. Very good idea to prevent abuse if necessary.
Happy again.

Our room was neatly clean, we were very happy about the kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave, perfect to store some things for the way home.
Certainly the furniture is a bit old, but we were not looking for luxury but for a cheap place to sleep for two nights including breakfast.
The location directly on the main road takes getting used to. On the one hand, it is easy to reach something noisy with tilted windows precisely because the hamburgers are not afraid to use their honks. Everything is easily accessible on foot, so you can safely park your car in the underground car park which has a reasonable price.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, every yet doofe question has been answered. Price and performance were consistent for us.
But those who expect luxury and wellness are wrong here, of course.

Super Hotel staff very friendly again and again when I am in Hamburg I will visit the hotel Panorama.

You can't give more than half a star for this hotel. Sprawvore in the bathroom broken bathtub. Totally dirty windows infinitely many cigarette butts right in front of the window! The breakfast buffet was also worth just a star! On the way several times tries to reach someone by phone, no chance. The only positive is the quite inexpensive underground car park.

The Wi-Fi here sucks very much can't even check my mails.

We spent a long weekend in Hamburg and stayed a few nights here. We knew from the outset that it was a 3 star Hotel and not put our expectations too far up. We wanted a place to sleep and Breakfast and we have to get. We had a nice room, and relatively comfortable beds. Even if the decor is a bit old, it was still very cozy. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we always got information. The Breakfast was sufficient. There was everything what you need for a good Start to the day. Who has no high expectations here is definitely good. We will book again here.

The Hotel is located 500 m from the highway. Breakfast is manageable but nothing special. Rooms are come with modern bathrooms exactly the same in the years to come. Value for money is not demand suitable for up to 4 days 229 Euro hapisch. For a night without the claim it is okay. Not recommended for a longer stay.

Since I have been given a weekend in Hamburg, I can not judge the price performance ratio, but I can at least say how I felt the hotel, apart from that.
We arrived before the check in time and could not get our room yet, but we were able to put off our suitcases.
We found that there was no hair dryer in the room, but you can borrow it against a path of €5.
The breakfast was quite reasonable.
was cleaned as we got the room well, but sadly deficient during our stay.
The staff was very nice.
The location is ok but not central.
All in all I was satisfied.

We were at Easter at the Panorama Inn and were very pleased. The staff is friendly, the rooms and the bathroom are clean and spacious. The breakfast offer is sufficient — only the coffee is a little thin. Still a small minus – with a high number of guests you wait quite long for one of the two lifts!

One thing. The staff are friendly and nice and honest. We had something worth forgetting in the room. It was made by housekeeping staff at the front desk and we could pick it up. Big thank you but $100 for one night are just too much.
Price/performance is out of proportion.
There was a cigarette butt on the balcony.
The bathroom is good but the shower or shower I had to hold down otherwise she turned away.

These errors were noted at the reception saying that the errors are turned off. It wasn't like that.

Had a great offer, two adults, four nights with breakfast for 234 euros booked via an internet portal (18-22 March), were already four times here, our friends even seven times already. The staff were very kind and the room was very comfortable. Great breakfast and very nice staff! Towels were changed every day although we didn't demand it. Highly recommended for a short break!

A regular hotel, the rooms are not bad but the beds are somewhat small. It is seen to be a battle hotel as the buses stop to unload hundreds of tourists from organized travel. You have to fight hard to find a place at breakfast that is pretty basic. The temperature of the hotel is adequate and the staff very correct. It is quite far from the center but a 10 minute walk is the metro station that takes you in a short time. There are several restaurants in the area so not bad.

We are in Hamburg for 2 days.
Room is so far everything OK should get new paint on the ceiling as it comes down.
What we do not find OK the breakfast… Buns 2 varieties with grains were about 9 o'clock away so only normal.
The eggs were cold would be nice if they were still warm at 9 o'clock.
No bacon no scrambled eggs the selection is not exactly a lot of staff we were very nice reception also the information as where what is top.

Larger hotel rather on the edge of Hamburg with good connection to downtown via U — Bahn and roads.
The room was very comfortable. Then actually even small apartments.
Breakfast is reasonable to the hotel standard and almost always you get a table in one of the breakfast rooms.
In the last few weeks there has been a fire alarm a couple of times, which is at least a bit uncomfortable if you escape from the room early.

Been back in Hamburg after more than 30 years.
We and the hotel have chosen the hotel portal.
It is located just outside the city centre of Hamburg, but well connected by public transport.
No problem with the Hamburg map.
The hotel was cleanly maintained and the staff very friendly and accommodating the breakfast was delicious and varied.
In the evening you could eat very tasty in the restaurant.
All in all a good hotel which I can recommend to anyone.

Zimmer war frisch renoviert. Der einzige Nachteil daran war, das Teppich und Wandfarbe so ausgedunstet haben das es unmöglich war das Fenster zu schliesen.

So luckily we are only one night from 07.10. Until 8.10.2017 here. The rooms are awful and should be renovated urgently. Parking is not enough, we had to park next to the hotel. The double room has separate beds. The only thing… the reception was friendly. Would I book here again? … very clear No!

The staff is nice. The rooms are clean. The buffet is good. The staff is very helpful. The little thing is crucial here. Some things let you think of a better canteen or SB-Baker not thinking of a eating room in the hotel. Served as from the Serviertenspender, Tablettrückgabebox…
New door frame for the bathroom next to it is a border to the old wallpaper so that you can see how big the old one was. The toilet in the bathroom had jumped. The size of the room is the comfort not that it is refurbished as described online and agreed by telephone. The location is good. If you look over the little things it is a nice hotel.

Zimmer ist geräumig, Frühstück ist auch ausreichend vorhanden, sodass man sich gut für den Tag stärken kann. Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer. Einzig das Bad und einer der Stühle hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Good for professional stays. The network is dimensioned in a way but not for large numbers of users. Between 19:00 and 23:00 (weekday) impossible was an effective use of the Wi-Fi.

Everything is all right. For the price and the category do of course expect no luxury. Breakfast is easy but tasty. Rooms were mixed. Good size and technical equipment (TV, fridge, etc. ). However, some lamps were defect and lacked a hair dryer. Cleanliness good, not outstanding.

Goods in April 2016 for 4 nights in this hotel! Despite my skepticism, I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean and provide enough space for 2 people. The price/performance ratio is correct. Can this hotel only recommend! It is not noisy and easily accessible by public transport 7 stations for while just outside Central station. Like to come back!

After I had read the reviews about the hotel I was quite skeptical about, my friend and I had booked a double room on Carnival, but after my 4-day stay in Hamburg, I was exalted beyond all doubt.
The room was very clean, the fridge did his duty and the beds were comfortable especially the ceiling.
The breakfast was very tasty, varied, and the service very friendly.
The corridors it is actually warm due to the heating pipes, it is already different rooms, and who is too hot, which can easily air day, or at night, traffic is present, neither me, nor my friend bothered but.
Our beds were always very lovingly made, partially replaced towels, even if you forgot to put it on the ground and there is a certain luxury (new TV by Samsung, dryer, two chilled glasses in the refrigerator).
All in all we had a very pleasant stay, it was nice and quiet, clean and we missed anything.

It is indeed not a top hotel, but the rooms are clean, the bathroom is somewhat frumpy but also clean and everything works.
Breakfast was sufficient even if it goes even better.
Sometimes the staff is uninterested (there are everywhere) customers, generally but friendly and helpful.
Everything in the all agreed price/performance.
We were in the September 2015 for 5 days in Hamburg.
If you have no problems to run Stadium 10-15 min. By subway you can certainly recommend the hotel.
Disadvantages:
Not necessarily in the best neighborhood
Location close to main roads and therefore it can be very noisy (depending on where you have a room).
Lifts need during peak hours a long time (therefore you can increase good stairs)

Clean and priced ok. However, a little oomph missing breakfast (fresh fruit or a special feature / speciality would enhance it). Obvious bus stops, Metro not far away. Not necessarily family-friendly environment.

Good value for money despite the noisy highway. Was glad that we got a clean, neat room. Beds OK, small tea kitchen great room OK, but really borderline small, breakfast good, links into the city centre is good.
Conclusion: not a luxury Temple but to stay sufficiently.

I was at the end of Nov. 2015 two nights at the hotel, rooms clean, bath newly renovated, breakfast fine and sufficient. To the noise outside the hotel, this is just so at a major intersection. Heater will not turn, small tip — I have open the window all the way before dinner, and closed when you return (approx. 23.00). Slept like a baby. Would book again for a city trip.

On weekends, it is difficult to get even a room in HH. For the price, it was OK. The room was very warm without heating. The motorway directly past the hotel… Anyway good night's sleep and the breakfast was not too objectionable. Good and fresh selection. All staff. The room is a little small. So it should come at the right time. Very soon or shortly before the end. PARKING IN the garage costs €6. Shopping in the Mall, you can go on foot. All in all not as at home, but it goes elsewhere far worse. I would go there again for 1-2 days to the sleep remain.

How can my Vorednern I just join. DIN hotel rooms are totally overheated by the water pipes in the room, what a relaxing sleep impossible. Because the Windows open is also not an option, because the highway right next to on is and go out at night is used. The breakfast room is pretty tight and can hardly accommodate. Tiny, TV reception grottig and partly broken. Room really small, frumpy, since the 80's not more modernized. Also the bathroom. OK there was a tub. The valves of the shower were accessed only by dislocations, if man enough time to the shower brings. 10 minutes the water was only cold or lukewarm.
Internet is a disaster… 1 hour Wi-Fi access is free of charge (per day / exactly all 24 h). But actually not can be used which, as one waits until the pages load either forever, or loses the connection.
Park House is mega cluttered, narrow and doves/pigeon droppings full of. Nothing about it was doing even since a perceived eternity.
Breakfast was OK but the selection very small. The location is also not very great to. Felt in the middle of a social focal point. At an evening exploring cavorted pretty dubious figures around the hotel.
At night, it was pretty noisy by the Bundesstraße virtually next door. (Road noise, fire brigade, police, etc. ), and because there was no air conditioning, the window had to stay to get rid of the stuffy air…
A flyer from the pizza service stood on the table in the room. Delivery within half an hour… OK was just over it. That's why any criticism because the food was really super tasty.

The rooms were ok somewhat up on the not-to-regulating heating. Thus, it was very warm at night. You could not prevent even this by opening the window, because the road noise was too loud.
The breakfast rooms were far too small for the number of guests! You had to get lucky a table to ergatern. The operation was very unfriendly and simply referred one to another room. Then you had a table was dirty from his predecessor. Coffee stains and dirty worn out unsavory coffee pots that already with coffee at the table set were everywhere. The choice for breakfast was rather minimal.
This evening buffet angepriesenes us as the excellent which you must take in the neighbouring hotel to (so once across the busy main road) was the pure disaster! Already the first impression when reaching the belongs to the Hotel Parking garage was clear to us that here many in a bad way lie seemed! Dark, dingy, a foul stench, much too small Parking spaces and freely accessible and thus not as safe to evaluate. The reception is in the Lobby, rather then a Hanseatic chills, one spoke only the most necessary. After receiving the card to open the assigned room, we went with the Elevator in the 7. Floor, once there, the next negative impression, the carpet in the Hotlgängen, disgusting! Since the completion of the Hotels had this carpet is probably never a cleaning get! Then tried with the card in the door to open only when the 7 times success, the door was opened, according to the statement of other hotel guests, probably a Problem that all the doors are concerned! Then the first look into the room, the carpet, even dirtier than the on the Hotelgängen. This was the entire rear wall of the Einbauschranks depressed and also lacked a door of the Cabinet completely. In the bath room functioned as a lamp at all and the second was just too dark, the bathtub, everywhere was the paint to come off and partly were rusty stain to see. The shower was available, unfortunately only spouted from the fitting of the shower head to hose more Wasserr out how from the shower head itself but there was also something positive in the bath room that needs to be reported, there was hot water!

For a city trip very suitable — about 30 minutes from the Hotel to the center. For a city trip to Hamburg and have this Hotel booked. The rooms are ok, modestly furnished, but clean. The location is not bad, but I would next Time look better. In the evening, late through an uninhabited district to go as the 2 women are not as optimal. But U-Bahn Station nearby, 10min walk. In addition to an arterial street fire, ambulance, every 10 minutes. Heard a Tatü, be it day or night. The staff was unfortunately very rude and not helpful, I thought that was very sad. Breakfast buffet is ok, not a big selection, but enough. Was too small for that, the room is too small, sometimes it was difficult to find a place. Overall ok if you're not too great demands.

On the outskirts, in the Billstedt, very convenient to public transport, the Bus passes in front of the hotel while the Metro is just a few blocks away.
The neighborhood itself is home to many shops but its measly Center is somewhat insignificant.
The hotel nobody speaks Italian and information both at the hotel in the city do not help those unfamiliar languages, communicate was an enterprise and, I must say that the hotel employees didn't seem well prepared to understand, only on the third day I find a girl that is the clever idea of using Google.
By the numbers present in the elevator will have at least 1000 rooms, in every outdoor speakers transmit music and everything is very clean and well cared for, obviously not expecting to find the Bidet, but you will find a very uncomfortable spray that I had to unscrew for convenience.

I may be the review from two years ago, only connect. Not necessarily top 3 star facilities, but the price is really quite passable. The staff was very friendly and room and bathroom were clean. Very positive many of us the mattresses on, rare in a Hotel or boarding house is so well located! The water was always warm! If possible room to the backyard book, because the view is not so nice, but because of the highway you can otherwise at night the window is not open.

The hotel "Panorama Inn" in the Hamburg quarter Billstedt is ideal for a short stay. The price is right, the rooms are very clean and a reasonable breakfast buffet is ready. The Billstedter Metro station reached one in about 10 minutes away by train is one then in 15 minutes at the pier / in the Center. Worth highlighting is the friendliness of the inhabitants, who will gladly help if you stand there helpless with city map. After we were dropped out upon our arrival in Billstedt with suitcases from the subway, we first met a nice older lady who immediately then us as guests of the "Panorama Inn" and promptly told us the way. We had such encounters in the 4 days in Hamburg often :-).
