For the first time I give a negative rating because I consider the Aspria to be absolutely incompetent. But let's be constructive in the critique.
Check in was only at 3pm, check out at 11am. I consider these times to be a concern, but this is not the Auschlaggebende point of criticism either.
We were awakened on a Sunday by a blustering washing machine, after a call in the repetition one expects a timely problem solution. However, this was not the case, the washing machine was kept running without hesitation for another half hour. As a self-employed one feels peace as a precious commodity, especially when one finds the associated time with his loved ones to do. Barely we were awake including a headache, we received a call from the front desk asking when we would check out! Very rude! Attaching to the call at night, the employee had not been able to apologize for the malfunction. Well, now we hurried and wanted to get home. At the reception the standardized question was asked, how was the stay? The answer came naturally promptly, but the good lady knew nothing, because there was a shift change. Competent and trained staff would have acted differently here.
I very much question the competence of the management and that of the staff. As a damage settlement you could have dropped the €15 underground parking fee or invited us for breakfast. It is primarily about the service we expected in the house.
What a pity!
As we have already told the woman at the reception, the incident will end up in the drawer…
