We were only there for one night. But this one was top. Room 1a, clean and modernfurnished. The location was also great! Only 200m to the New Flora. Dinner and breakfast were of high quality. Happy to return!

Nice big rooms, good breakfast. No AC in the rooms!

Caution! The rooms on the fifth floor are unbearably hot in warm weather — no one can sleep relaxed! In addition, if something went wrong when making a reservation, I think you can expect a small amount of compensation. At least a cup of coffee or the like, if there is no small discount in it. — but nothing! I'm not the guy actively begging for it. I'm the guy who doesn't come back! Little things: Shampoo dispenser broken. (How many stars does this hotel have again? ) Capsule — coffee maker available, but no still water, only those with carbonic acid at no extra cost.

Free room upgrade to a spacious and well-equipped room with a bathtub. Friendly Service and fine Breakfast. Overall recommended.

The "House Hotel" when you visit a musical performance in the "New Flora". Good transport connections (bus and S-Bahn). We had a very large room with a kitchenette (but without any equipment). Breakfast buffet is very good!

I like to be here. Nice and spacious rooms, very friendly staff, everything works as expected in the room (BES. The shower), great breakfast.

Very modernised rooms the reception was great and very helpful. The breakfast awesome alot of it and variation was just mind blowing. I would recommend it and would gladly be a regular visitor.

Big rooms, spacious bathrooms. Nespresso machine. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant doors not live up to the standard of the hotel. Food rather disappointing. Restaurant staff again is great. Hotel parking is very combitrennt but a bit pricy.

A 2-minute walk from the new Flora Stage Theater is the beautiful Hotel Boston Hamburg.
The rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
The rich breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice strengthens one for the coming day.
Not least the very friendly staff round off the well-being.
The hotel's underground parking is also directly accessible to the elevator and offers ample space.

All the following hotels I feel from now on as a broom chamber. Great staff, good breakfast and the rooms are simply insane.

Breakfast and Dinner was Amazing! My party had 2 rooms and they were very nice. Big rooms. Lots of closet space. Very big bathrooms, with a separate shower and large bath tub. Beds were very comfortable. The restaurant is great and is worth going even if you're not staying at the hotel. Wi-Fi was fast and free. Also, they had 6 electrical outlets next to the bed and 3 in the bathroom and many others in the room. Something I really liked. So convenient. The hotel was a 4 minute walk to the tram. And there's a grocery market less than a block away. Definitely recommend staying here if you can get a room, they only have 46. Underground parking was nice also.

Unfortunately, there can be no mention of 4 * superior. The bathroom was not clean, the shower defective and the breakfast also not really satisfying. I'm really sorry to be able to give only two stars, but I can't do more with the best will. The criticism was responded professionally.

Boutique Hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the metro station so you can get around. Theatre very close.
If we go back to Hamburg we will repeat.

A dream of a hotel. We had the junior suite on the 5 floor and were thrilled! Upon arrival, we had to get an upgrade from the hotel. Huge rooms, living divided in bedroom, and bathroom. Unfortunately we had to leave a day earlier, as always because of the work and that was Ashkan as they are, free cancelled. The breakfast in the morning is his €18 all male value! We come back at the next HH visit!

Rooms: The rooms have different vibes window and street side leading to more natural brightness and street noise vs in the back with a small window for those wanting a more quiet night).

We were mid July 2014 in the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. Air conditioning would have been but not bad. Only points of criticism the location (right on a main road and no garden). However, you can hear the street noise hardly. The hallways to the rooms (we were on the 4th floor) very dark and hardly any draught (stuffy air). There the young cook who prepared a delicious dinner in the evening is noteworthy. We were on the day before and Henssler Henssler. He is the not in! Everything in the all a nice stay. Thank you!

I have just checked out from Boston HH hotel in Hamburg after a rather bad stay. I'm quite sure they can do much better if management shows some more determination to care for the guests and correct mistakes and errors. The room wasn't made up after the first night and they were not capable of making up the room at 6 pm! I was not offered another room, but a cocktail or snack as compensation. The value of the compensation was way under the value of the lost room make up. When we came down in lobby to do some work I had to ask for the compensention as no one from the staff offered anything on their own initiative. The compensation ended up being a small bottle of water and one refill of my two colleagues previously bought glasses of white wine. Furthermore there was no coffee making facilities in the room, no floor towel to stand on after the shower and during the evening there was no more tissues in the bathroom. Part of the breakfast buffet contained of cheap supermarket purchase. It was some rather warm days and nights in Hamburg and the room had no airconditioning. I had actually expected better value for money in this 4 star hotel.

We were on the 31.12.13 for dinner in boston. As soon as you enter the boston lives up to its name. Music with regard to selection and volume is perfect. Device lifted, but cozy. Food was absolute top. Staff very friendly and unobtrusive. We will definitely be back.
