My stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Berlin was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, elegant design, luxurious rooms, and every detail perfectly thought through.

Huge hotel in a classy and luxurious design with a calm atmosphere. We spent a week here on business and had a business room. The rooms are stylish and spacious.

I did have a very good stay there. Rooms were very nice and breakfast was excellent. The staff was awesome, too, while we there. Only issue is that they stop being awesome once you have left.

Clean, well run, good breakfast. Spring for the lounge if it's not included in your rate. They have a full buffet breakfast AND dinner in the lounge 7 days/week.

This hotel is perfection.

Stayed at this hotel during 2025 7 times. Wonderful location, place to be when in Berlin. Staff very engaged. Doormen always very friendly. Their spa, pool, fitness is excellent and best in Berlin.

This hotel is located just opposite to the Berlin main train station so the location is very convenient. It is a modern tech savvy hotel where the check in and other processes are automated.

This hotel is located in an area of Berlin called “Europacity”. It is a short walk from this hotel to Berlin’s main metro station. The staff was indeed cordial and friendly.

Modern hotel in a great location, right next to the central station. Friendly 24hr service at reception.
Rooms are fairly minimal but bed was comfy and bathroom was clean and modern.

Enjoyed a week in this hotel during my first visit to Berlin. It was centrally located and walkable. The hotel was near the S — and U-Bahnstations as well as historic landmarks.

This was my 2nd stay with the Mandala, the 1st was 20 years ago. The hotel staff are wonderful, attentive, thorough and so helpful. The hotel itself is in a prime location.

We haven’t even arrived to Ibis Berlin Hauptbahnhof and they have truly IMPRESSED me! The customer service I received by Nico is 10/10.

Located near the Central Station with a wide choice of restaurant in the area. The underground is just 100mt from the hotel and it's possible to reach quickly the city center or other locations.

Good value apartments very close to the Brandenburg Gate and Holocaust Memorial. Apartments can be in in various blocks in the area, so you can have a walk from reception to apartment.

The location was terrific, there were restaurants right downstairs, a shop right across the street, and the Brandenburg Gate was right around the corner.

We went as a group of 4 so a whole room was given to us. If you go as a group, the experience is comparable to a hotel. So I highly recommend such configuration.

Stayed in 'The Spy Room', a 1960's cold war spy bolt hole. Very atmospheric and fun.
Get an extra pillow from reception though.

The room is nice and cosy. It is clean enough. The location is great next to metro station mini market and in walking distance from almost all cites, if you enjoy walking. The entrance is a bit weird.
