Good location but that's mostly it. The kitchen only has a kitchen robot and a microwave, Wi-Fi doesn't work (Vodafone has terrible coverage inside), and the showers may flood the hall. Doors are squeaky and it's quite run down. Also, expect to only receive one key.

A no-frills hostel in a great location in Berlin. The location is superb — very close to multiple metro stations, directly above a giant supermarket, near many major attractions and museums, very convenient to get around. The room was small, clean, quiet and there was no road noise or loud neighbours. The blinds didn't cover the window fully, and there were no curtains, so the room was flooded with bright daylight in the morning. The bathroom and kitchen were shared facilities, and the kitchen had no cooking facilities — just a fridge, microwave, kettle. There is a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and an airer on the balcony to dry clothes. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, despite the receptionist's help, and because we checked in after 6pm, there was a 15 Euro cash late fee to pay upon arrival.

It smells like feet as soon as you enter the room! people smoking and can smell it in the hallway, small bathroom with no fan or window which causes black mold. I tried asking for compensation, did not happen. Book elsewhere.
