Reception 24/7. Really nice staff ❤️ thank you for everything 😘 Rooms are clean, beds are super comfy. The place feels safe. You need earplugs and eye shadow. Towel included.

The location of the hostel is perfect in between every u-bahn connection. The rooms were clean and looked like they were newly renovated. Bathrooms and toilets were clean which was a huge plus!

I stayed for 2 night 3 days with my Spanish friend. Everything was amazing, the location, the bar, the reception, staff members.

I am highly satisfied with the staff of this hotel. The place is elegant, cozy and clean. The breakfast delicious and varied. We had an issue in our bedroom very late at night.

Great location especially for Folsom Europe. We arrived at 11am and sadly our room were not able to be ready sooner but we were able to add a cot to our room for only 10€ a night.

I got to stay there for a night. The rooms were in good condition, and the people I've stayed with were respectful.

Windows that provide good air circulation, good breakfast.

Had a great experience in this hostel. I was there for 3 nights, took female only dormitory. The service was amazing, they’re ready to explain everything if it’s your first time in Berlin.

I stayed at a 3 bed room with 2 friends and it was great for us.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and help ful (special mention to Agustin).
The room was big enough and the beds comfortable.

We went as a group of 4 so a whole room was given to us. If you go as a group, the experience is comparable to a hotel. So I highly recommend such configuration.

The most amazing place to be for anyone in Berlin — just next to Berlin Central Station — with big spacious clean rooms-best of amenities, the most friendly & helpful staff, & the largest breakfast

The stay at this hostel was amazing, we liked everything about it, we felt there very well, especially I liked a lot the backyard.

It a nice hostel, not too far from Metro, it is in a quieter street compare to major road and noice, the place is well look after by the owner that doesn’t speak much English.

I had a very positive experience at Neo Hostel. From check-in, the reception team was extremely friendly and helpful. The environment is organized, clean, and well maintained.

Hostel located in a quiet area nearby the area called Köpenick, place that used to be like a separate town in the previouse century.

It's an amazing hostel for spending few nights in. The reception desk is very helpful and the beds are very comfortable.

It was literally perfect for my stay. The room was incredibly spacious and quiet. The host couldn’t have been more welcoming. It’s a cool place with a unique concept.
