Had a great experience in this hostel. I was there for 3 nights, took female only dormitory. The service was amazing, they’re ready to explain everything if it’s your first time in Berlin.
Location is amazing. It’s safe and quite there, but also not too far from clubs or bars if you wanna have a night out!
Returned to my room after a day out, only to find that all my items had been removed from the room locker, I believe by cleaning staff who believed that the room was empty. No reception or assistance available after hours, leaving me without my possessions for the night. I hope that they can resolve this in the morning and it all ends up being a misunderstanding, but the fact that it happened at all is completely unacceptable.
Update: it was indeed all a misunderstanding and Augustine in reception was extremely helpful and apologetic the following morning, and they refunded the remainder of my stay plus one night. The error was so egregious that I can't give a high rating — imagine if I had had a flight to catch the next morning or critical medication in my luggage that I lost access to — but I will say that they resolved it extremely well in the end.
Other than that, the hostel was fine — rooms and bathrooms what you expect from a hostel, and a nice reception/cafe area. Extremely limited opening hours of the common area and no common kitchen area was a shame, though, as those are usually some of the benefits of hostels.

This place was quite lovely. I had a problem with my booking reservation, but the reception guys helped me with everything. They were the sweetest 🫶🏻. I stayed in a private double room, which was clean and had comfy beds. The room could use a wardrobe, it only has a table with 2 chairs. The hostel is 3 minutes away from the tram and 10-15 mins away from the S ban (subway) which goes straight to the airport.
I would totally recommend this place for the weekend!
