My partner and I spent 4 nights at this hotel for my 50th Birthday. The stay was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. The reception and customer service staff were always on hand and very helpful. Breakfast was superb with an abundance of choice and friendly staff happy to deal with requests. The hotel staff even sent some fizz, platter and a balloon to my room for my birthday. Great hotel and would recommend to anyone. Location is perfect for accessing the whole of Berlin.

It's been amazing. The hotel is kept very clean, and everything is just a short walk away. And if it's too far, the train station and a tram stop are right in front of the hotel! Very nice showers too, like the ones that are directly overhead, makes you want to stand under the water the whole night lol.

I'm a regular visitor to NH hotels, but I was a bit disappointed by my stay at NH Friedrichstrasse in Berlin, for various reasons. First of all there was no staff to speak ITALIAN, despite the fact that on the site there were polyglot staff, except for a single day when ANDREAS LEVI begged colleagues in celebration, who was friendly and valid in advising us how to get to the places interest rates. While the rest of the staff appeared rather childish and indisposed.
At the level of services every day was missing something: towels, water… At the reception very young inexperienced and approximate. Therefore this time NH disappointed my expectations, except for the professionalism shown by Andreas. Good location.

A good hotel. Rooms large and clean, well equipped. Top location. Breakfast buffet extremely rich (actually costs accordingly).
Well suited as a conference hotel. Modern, bright, friendly.

Centrally located Hotel (5 min from the Museum Island). By the Mebo train of half an hour from the airport. Very comfortable and well-soundproofed rooms. Excellent and hearty breakfast.

Nice Hotel… was recently refurbished and it's been great… Friendly staff… Rooms are clean and friendly.

Very good service and great hotel with a very good relation/quality. Latina that the Wi-Fi did not just go very well in the room and was cut off from time to time. Otherwise excellent!

Stay at the top! Close to the Friedrichstraße station or downtown… All points of interest within walking distance!
The hotel offers various accommodations we have chosen the superior room… equipped with all the comforts… full bar fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, various herbal teas, electric teapot warmers and various snacks… The bathroom beautiful a big shower with several miniatures Bubble Bath Shampoo Balm body cream and hand cream! Super comfy bed and huge television!

Classy, clean, comfortable. Excellent Restaurant with impeccable service. To note, need to know to speak English or German.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, easily accessible from airports, comfortable rooms, modern furnishings, renovated bathroom. Very welcome to the coffee and tea service in the room. Excellent breakfast. Because they are very attentive to the environment, I would like to replace the flasks of soaps with useful dispensers.

Great location and very quiet room. You should ask them otherwise they sleep in the direction of the train and that will be noisy.

The hotel is nice. Centrally located and modern equipped. Great rooms, good beds (the most important) the last star is given when the management has donated a few employees to a seminar in friendly contact with guests.

We have rented an extra suit on the 7th floor where we have received guests. A short time later the Power drops out! We called the reception. She wanted to send us someone up at once and let us know that it might happen more often?! We then sat almost an hour in the dark with guests! Nobody came, the light just went on. I can only advise from this hotel! The air conditioning or heating on car so noisy that we slept all night restlessly. Because of our complaint we wanted to get in touch with us. Of course no one has reported! We will never stay here again! Prefer to look for another hotel.

Been here multiple times, will be back. Perfect location, great rooms, good staff. Service, food and amenities are all excellent. My reward membership gift was forgotten this time, but I will survive.

Everything you need to be well in Berlin. Perfectly located and communicated.

Very nice and tastefully decorated hotel. The location is excellent. Subway and Buss in front of the entrance. Unfortunately you can hear the trains even when windows are closed, but you get used to it.

Business Hotel, with large, quiet rooms is very functional and also equipped with Nespresso coffee machines. The hotel was recently renovated so it is all very well maintained and contemporary. Very convenient location Spacious and pleasant lobby, pleasant the view of the biofireplace, especially coming back from the often pungent cold of Berlin winter. Concierge service.

Hotel is in an excellent location. You can get to all the main attractions via train and tram from the station/stop right outside the hotel. The staff were lovely, everyone we spoke to was pleasant, helpful and spoke English. The rooms were quiet but the thermostat was a bit iffy, so kept overheating. But at least it was warm. Don't expect any English channels on TV, but you should be site seeing anyway.

The room with bathroom was nice. It was on the 7th floor, despite road traffic relatively quiet. The staff was very accommodating and there was always a rich breakfast buffet.

Have been here 4 nights, very nice obliging service, in case of problems immediate remedy, rooms are good, the location of the hotel is great for activities and nearby you will find very good restaurants.
We would particularly like to commend Mr. Antonio C. — Seldom such a great, highly motivated and friendly service force met in a hotel. Both thumbs up!
Point deduction there are from us for the same sausage every day — and cheese selection (4 days no change) it is nicely done and lots of fresh fruit/juices. But hardly any highlights. That is what you expect for the very high price.
Overall we are satisfied guests and would come back again.

This hotel was amazing. The room was warm and luminous, with very good view, comfortable and firm mattress and good isolation. Amazing facility and staff everywhere.

We changed D room twice, the first had the dirty bathroom and the second one located next to the train. Nice Hotel, but if you do not touch room with vias, because you can not sleep. The right service, but incompetent to make us a bill.

The Hotel on Friedrichstrasse is a simple tourist hotel. Some rooms are located next to the railway. Rooms are clean and simple. The concierge had nothing to do and felt bothered when we asked for the booked meeting room. The room was not available and he stated it is my problem and not his. The leadership of the hotel acted customer oriented, for meetings we had to switch to their sister hotel. For check out in the morning calculate at least 30 min since the process takes for ever and the line is loooong.

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wie in allen NH Hotels nahezu perfekt. Leider ist das Hotel nur schlecht gedämmt, so das man fast jeden vorbeifahrenden Zug mitbekommt.

We had a reservation for 4 days and when we arrived they tell us it is full, they have had overbooking and they send us to another 5km away from the center and everything. And without giving any explanation or anything, you stand! I find it a little embarrassing unbelievable sell more rooms than they have.

Very professional service in English as well a few other languages. Such as the great Italian fellow running the breakfast service. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. After 9 days in the hotel, I still wanted to try more items. The location is prime, you can quickly get to anywhere by foot or on transit. Despite the busy area, with extra-paned windows, the rooms were quiet. I will come back!

It was a nice stay. Close to many shops. Didn't really step out to explore. Did make it to the Hard Rock so a huge park close by to run in with playgrounds for the kids. Beautiful. Staff are very helpful and nice although when I checked out he didn't ask if there will be anything else, seemed like "ok thank you get out" lol I could me mistaken. Otherwise good place to stay.

We (wife and I), found this hotel and its location to be a wonderful place to rest while on vacation. From the beginning, the front desk (Joshua Midlasch) provided wonderful customer service. The rooms were well equipped, the design of the room was beautiful and overall we would have to say make Hotel NH Collection a place that you would stay, you will not be disappointed!

The staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Been here twice now, and it won't be my last time. The location is excellent. Note that, if you travel by car, the parking garage is on the back of the building and accessible through one way streets. Go for Planckstrasse 13, the garage is shared with companies. Rooms are smaller than in other collection hotels, but of good standard and recently renovated. Amenities are good, but going with the flow of the city everything from drinks to breakfast to services is quite expensive. You can of course eat very nicely around the hotel, but the food and drink quality is nonetheless pretty good. The team is excellent and very helpful. Location is brilliant and allows for walks to the museum island, Berlin dome or even the Brandenburg gate in less than 20 minutes. The area is rather business focused, so shops and restaurants are a bit more posh, but there is lots to do, and a team stop and train station are just next to the hotel.

Great Hotel… highly soundproofed rooms… convenient location to visit the city… a few steps away the Metro stop… in the same street there are places to eat typical products… and with a short walk you can reach the museums among the such as the Pergamonmuseum. Recommended.

This extant hotel in the heart of very important street in Berlin. The hotel stuff are very intelligent and helpful. The rooms wide and clean. Free Wi-Fi in rooms. The breakfast very blend and stuff of restaurant very clean and helpful Prof. Samir Tamer A. And ELkader.

Very large and bright rooms. Soundproof windows. Good cleaning. Unbeatable location. You can walk virtually to all places in the city. Public transport to the airport within a three minute walk. From the train station to the side that lets you go to Potsdam with the S7

We have a new suite on the 4th floor to the courtyard style get out. The suite was very quiet and closed fixed it perceived outside noise also. In this hotel, the staff is particularly to mention. It was at the bar, at the dinner which also was very good, breakfast or the staff. Always friendly, courteous were answered our questions and needs done (slippers, bathrobes). Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, sauna area was well maintained with plunge pool and breakfast… simply top. The hotel's location is ideal, many attractions are within walking distance.

Nice location right on the s-Bahn station Friedrichstraße. We were only berudlich to one meeting but the staff was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were ok. The rooms clean and tastefully furnished. (Rome)

Excellent location for touring the city. You can easily walk to most of the main attractions, and if not one of the main train stations is across the street. Even though the station is that close there is very little noise from it. The breakfast is very good, it just isnt that cheap, but you will find something you want. I would stay here again if I could when I come back to berlin.

Perfectly located for touring the city. It is only a short distance by foot or train from all of the main attractions. The hotel itself is still quite new. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable for a hotel which seems more suited to the business traveller. Breakfast is tasty, but expensive, though this would appear to be the norm for Berlin. Its location, right next to a train line, did not pose any noise related issues for us. My only gripe was with the very soft mattress on our bed.
