Located directly at the main train station, the hotel has good facilities. For guests of the city highly recommended, as the ticket for all public transport is included in the room rate.

Good hotel, conveniently located near attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate. In Addition there is ease of transportation to different areas of the city. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean, at affordable prices (depending on the time of year of 70 to 85 euros a night).

Close to the Berlin Hbf and cool lobby. Spacious room for Europe but very overpriced. They did give me a free day pass for all trains and buses which was cool. My room smelled like smoke but I specifically asked for a non-smoking room.

Close Central Station, still very quiet. Room and bathroom ok. U. Sauber. Good breakfast buffet, offer was quickly replenished, used dishes were soon cleared. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff throughout the hotel!

Breakfast, staff and cleanliness get 5 stars, but due to very heavy doors, the hotel, which can be found in a perfect position, only gets one star. In the evening and morning, the doors pop into the castle. The clinch is "out. " The loud slamming of the doors is palpable and therefore a problem if you just want to sleep. And that's what a hotel is superficially about.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to transport and give you a Ticket for free travel. The only bad thing were the 105 steps of the elevator up to the room…

The cleanliness is generally clean, there are small criticism.
The location is great in the city center, next to the central station. Easy access to the Metro and buses.
Breakfast is a skimpy choice.
The room is nice, I would say standard.
The result-not bad, but the second time will not return.

The Pros: 1. Proximity to the transportation station. 2. Free transport card. 3. Daily cleaning. 4. Courteous staff. The Cons: 1. Low water pressure in the shower. 2. The water temperature in the shower constantly changing. 3. Really thin pillow. Asked for an extra pillow and 2 are like half of a standard one. 4. The mattress isn't comfortable in my opinion. 5. When booked it said free internet. In reality it cost 4 euros. 6. No restaurants around beside the station ones. 7. The glasses in the shower were dusty (see photo). They weren't cleaned once. 8. Only 2 channels in English, and both of them news. A hotel should be flexible with its policy. For example: if there is a possibility of late check-out and there are empty rooms, let the visitors have that 1-2 hours. The hotel was empty. Especially, after we upgraded our room for extra cash. We received a complimentary bottle of soda the first day. Why not renew it daily? God is in the details.

Great highly professional structure with many services.

A great hotel. Highly recommended. Especially very quiet rooms. You don't hear anything from the neighboring rooms, although it was very well booked as you could see at the breakfast buffet and can sleep very well as a result.

The hotel is located right next to the main railway station, so S — and metro can be reached at any time. The rooms are modern, clean and well-kept. Breakfast was varied and varied. Just all round to feel good!

Hotel with very good price-quality ratio. They give you a payment of transport zones ABC during the days that you are staying. Breakfast is awesome, lots of variety and a few croissants delicious. Only downside, in my opinion, bed a little uncomfortable.

Location is perfect, the free travel wasn't expected but was great. The room was so clean bed was slightly uncomfortable but ok. And the service was amazing.

Ideally placed near to Berlin Hauptbahnhof and Berlin tourist attractions for either an in transit overnight stay or a sightseeing holiday. The Brandenburg Gate is within 30 minutes easy walk from the hotel. Berlin Hauptbahnhof is an easy bus ride from Berlin Tegel airport and has 25 hour check in. The hotel has a restaurant and a reasonably priced bar. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and reasonably extensive — with something for everyone. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly with fluent English spoken by key staff. Staff do value any attempts at speaking German. The room price includes a free travel card allowing the holder to travel on the local city transport for free. This is issued at check in, along with a suitably detailed map.

Hotels in a very comfortable place to get anywhere in Berlin. A 2 min walk from the central station. Comfortable and clean rooms. Rich breakfast buffet. Average price (included in the price there are free tickets for public transport for the entire duration of the stay).

Very nice and courteous staff. Breakfast great. Unfortunately, the technology often plays a prank and the room card does not work. Faulty door lock even after three three complaints have not been repaired. Something clouds the good impression.

Die Lage, direkt am Hauptbahnhof, ist super. Leider war das Bett nicht so optimal für meinen Rücken, aber andere Gäste hatten hier keine Probleme. Wir hatten eine Rate mit Frühstück, dieses war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Der Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen schon gut, auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Clean, spacious rooms, plus they give the public transport pass valid for two days. Water, coffee and tea available in the room.

Good hotel close to Berlin Central Hauptbanhof S + U. There is a bar open until 1am daily. The restaurant offers buffet all you can eat breakfast every morning. Pillows are real down but a bit under stuffed. Double them up for better results. The spring mattress was thin, bouncy and lacking in padding but not uncomfortable for all that. The best part of this hotel is the sound proofing. The doors are designed to overlap the jamb and lintel and it seals out sound from the hallway. Even someone knocking on the door can be hard to hear! Very quiet rooms! Especially on the courtyard.

Quality price excellent. Is something section of downtown but has the central station of Berlin, a few meters away which allows connection by train, metro tram and bus for any site.

Quite nice hotel near Berlin Center Railway Station. Fresh and clean design and polite staff. Due limitations beds aren’t very comfortable. Really hard and not a good view. Also accessible showers aren’t well designed. Good place for one night but not longer.

In my view, only that the Windows cannot be completely opened is problematic.
It is not the case that, as in other hotels, the windows are completely open after signature performance. In this case, it is forbidden for the management to open the window locker wide.

My in-laws were staying at the hotel and my husband and I met up with them there for drinks and to see the room. The location was wonderful and everything was reasonably priced. Would consider it for our next stay in the area.

The rooms at the IC-hotel are quite spacious. The location of the hotel with 5 minutes walk very convenient.
Despite a room on the street the night was quite quiet.

Minus points are: for vegans the breakfast is very narrow. The ventilation in our room was too noisy. Upgrading to business would probably have made it better. But I wasn't ready for that. Two star deduction.

It's a very good hotel and they have a great breakfast (just something that I didn't like to eat but that's a personal taste). The rooms are pretty clean. I stayed in a standard room and it was very nice.

The breakfast is not the best I have ever tasted, hardly any variety of sweets. The rooms are not bad but the housekeeping don't make it very thorough if you are several days, the first day all pretty clean. A great point is that they offer you a shuttle ticket for your entire stay at the hotel which includes the ABC areas of Berlin. It is very well located next to the central train station.

Hotel in good location at Central Station, amenities standard, clean. The beds, however, are awful, the mattresses are like air mattresses and also the sheets of poor quality. Colour scheme (yellow + brown) very getting used to. Staff but very nice and we got a free ticket for the local public transport (value: 7 Euro per person).

We really liked this hotel. It was very close to the station and includes a city travel ticket for the transportation system during your stay! Awesome! The room was clean and very roomy. Breakfast was good but the organization was a bit to be desired. One thing that we found to be very annoying, was the extreme long check in time. We stood in line for a very long time and everyone was complaining about it.

I am absolutely convinced of the inter-city hotel chain. Fair prices, good city locations, friendly Service and the city ticket is every time very helpful.

The staff are unhelpful, condescending, and arrogant. They act as if they are doing you a favour. They go out there way to humiliate you. The air con is rubbish. Only one pillow per bed. If you want another one. You have to go to reception to get it yourself. Room key cards are temperamental. Had it replaced five times in two days. Decorative sheet on bed was stained. Have stayed in Berlin in other more welcoming hotels. Give this one a miss. Use the Holiday inn, Tryp hotel, Art hotel or the Hilton.

This was my first stay at an InterCity Hotel. What a pleasant surprise! After a disappointing stay in a five star hotel in Copenhagen I was prepared for the worst. This hotel was just perfect. Perfectly clean and modern. A great breakfast. Wonderful staff. The room had everything I needed in a perfect arrangement. I have now moved InterCity as my hotel of choice when traveling in Germany. I strongly recommend this hotel to my fellow travelers.

Completely crowded Breakfast room, not enough seats, staff tries but is overwhelmed. Wi-Fi terribly slow (or available for a surcharge), cleanliness of the room ok, annoying oversights such as cracked glasses in the room. I have no recommendation.

Hotel very normal fucking bad. The rooms are not bad at all, but for you to throw something to the trash there is almost to plead. Bad smells in many rooms. Very normal hotel. The rooms are not bad, but if you need to send anything to the trash you almost have to beg. Bad smells in many rooms. We made a reservation of a very large group, for a stay of two months, yes two months, almost a year of reservation if we count all the rooms nights. The treatment of the hotel staff was lousy when cancel 3 rooms, which charged as ocuppied, not single ocuppied, double ocuppied.

The hotel is located extremely close to the train station. The moment you set foot outside the station you immediately have a line of sight of the hotel. It's the perfect place to stay if you're coming off a long train ride late in the evening like I was. Getting checked in was effortless and the room was very spacious and in all honesty the shower was fantastic it's probably the best shower I've used period.

Nice place — close to train station. Room was nice, breakfast good. Wifi okay. We are non-smoking, but they also have a smoking "box" inside for those with that need.

The rooms are top, you get a Ticket for the stay and can use the public passenger transport in the whole of Berlin Free of charge. Thanks to the position on the Hbf, it is very uncomplicated in every direction. Only the Post will not be forwarded reliably.

The location of the Intercity hotel at Berlin main train station is good. This Hotel is located in the immediate proximity of the main entrance to the Berlin main train station. The Checkin was fast and uncomplicated. With a lift you reach to the desired floor. My room was modern and nicely been set up. The establishment was clean and OK. The space was very good. Here you can smooth put a double bed into the room. My room was on the opposite side of the tracks. With the Windows closed it was very quiet and slept, I had also good. Air-conditioning is available here. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet was available. The Breakfast was solid. At the Buffet I was able to make me my Breakfast himself. Only the choice had been somewhat limited. Here mass production was announced. But if you come early enough in the case of the Breakfast in peace. At the Breakfast buffet, I had no complaint. There was nothing extraordinary but also nothing bad. Just a solid Breakfast offering. I find it remarkable the Coffee-to-Go. You can take free of charge.

Unfortunately, the room prices are unreasonably high, if you could not get hold of a Nnäpchen. The Breakfast costs per Person 17 €. This is bordering on usury. The surrounding in the vicinity of Hbf but offers enough Alternatives, to show that the fairness of transactions, the long nose.

Very friendly Service and nice staff, slightly expensive Mini-Bar and bottle of water in room $ 4 need not be but acceptable. Breakfast is very extensive and lush, also very tasty all in all very good. Internet is free in the entire hotel (with limited speed) but if you want to browse without problems, it is necessary to use the paid version.

Very nice new build hotel in completely new build area. Very close to the main train station hauptbahnhof in Berlin with lots of places to eat and shop. And of course very close to the brandenburger gate, Reichstag etc. We went to the train station for a breakfast as it was a bit to expensive at the hotel for the choices we got in the area. The hotel room was very nice, spacious and clean. Unfortunately we booked a room with a view to Berlin but just got the view to the 15m opposite hotel. A pity as we where even quite high in the 6th floor. One negative thing was the Wi-Fi, which was free but so slow that it was just good enough to send emails and slow browsing. We could have for I think 6, — euro a day a faster connection so. Would book it again so, as the price is very fair for the good location.

The Hotel is super conveniently located, the interior is very clean, the decor is modern. The next time we book there again, really great — especially that included in the room price the Ticket for S-Bahn and U-Bahn the same is included. Super.

A nice clean hotel at reasonable rates just a few steps from the main train station. I loved that it includes a transit pass for the length of your stay. I made great use of it to see the city. It is very quiet and the staff are helpful.

The hotel itself if very nice and it's in a supreme location. Being right next to Berlin HBF (Hauptbahnhof) means you can get anywhere in the city fairly quickly and near enough every other station will stop there. The dining area is very clean and elegant, the breakfast buffet is great with lots of options — if you choose to add that to your bill. The hotel provides you with a free public travel pass for the duration of your stay which is handy, though I've not had to present it to anyone yet. I've never been queried upon hopping on or off a train. Still, I have it in the event that it does. The other amenities leave a lot to be desired though. You can rent a bike for 12 euro a day which is absolutely no special price over all other places where you can rent a bike from. The room (at least the business room) is nice, the bed is very comfy and the bathroom is very stylish. The shower however, is quite annoying. It's got a decent amount of power and is very quick to warm up, but the power/pressure seems to fluctuate endlessly; for one second it will be perfect, then it will dip in pressure and get colder for a second, then it will gain pressure and go incredibly hot for a second. There is never a period of consistency. I've not experienced this in any other hotel so I'm sure you can't just put this down to volume of guests coincidentally showering at any one time. The internet access is abysmal.

Really good and super Central location on the main STATION.

Who can get along well without television, on Christmas Eve — is like me here well on hands. There's the House for a year. Staff is supi. Only the spenders from the business line are numb nuts. The satellite has still works one day completely. But the remote control batteries have always enough power — you don't need them also.

Very nice hotel, were there in the summer. Perfect output hotel for Berlin, as there is also a ticket for public transport in Berlin included. We're back in December:-D.
