Location is good with underground and bus access straight out of the frontal door. The room were nice and the beds comfy. The staff was also very friendly and professional in spite of our lack of knowledge in German language. Overall it was a very nice experience! With bonus apples as well. Perfect!

The business room is large, there are also sofas and chairs, a table with chairs. Very light, next to can eat delicious.

The hotel is good to very good for the short stay. Since I booked the accommodation at short notice and during a knife, I can't say much at the prices. As a proportion of normal prices, they are not proportionate to normal prices.
Breakfast was i. O. For me. But no more. The choice is good. What was missing for a very good breakfast would be scrambled eggs, fried bacon and better coffee.
The junior suit was well equipped and clean. About the meaningfulness the shower and sink in the room are certainly to be argued. I prefer a separate "normal" bath. Unfortunately, the water pipes could always be heard, which disturbs in the long run.

Top location, rooms are generously sized. Quiet. Good price/performance ratio.

Sehr moderne und geräumige Zimmer. Smart-TV, Minibar und Safe es gibt eigentlich alle üblichen Dinge die man so kennt. Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker.

I am traveling quite a lot and everytime I am booking hotels by myself. I can say that this experience which I was having today was the worst one… We were having so many troubles at the reception, that I was really surprised. A few days before arrival they asked us to sent a list how 17 people (for whoom we booked rooms) should be cooperated into the rooms. When we arrived, all rooms were not combined for the people, so, we needed to check with every person ones again. When we checked out, reception couldnt check (by using keys of rooms) what were the numbers, so again we had to check with 17 people ones again. Afterwords, they said that we need to check again with 17 people who took something from the bar. When bwfore we asked whether thisinfo will be needed and the answer we got was no and that we can make everything on one account.

Great location, good rooms, no parking for normall sized cars…

Friendly staff. Room is clean and mattress good. From outside, a lot of noise penetrates the room. I barely slept. The Photostop glazing was probably saved here. Breakfast is fresh and tastes good. I also liked the free Wi-Fi.

Great hotel. The room on the top floor has an incredibly great view.

Convenient location. Good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast choices meager but good. Staff very curtious and helpful. Room was nice, modern and clean. Would return.

The rooms on the top floor towards friedrichstrasse are nice, while the others look dated and small. One time, my bathroom was seperated from the rest of the room by a fabric curtain only, which looked weird at best. Service is average. There is always something in the room that doesnt work. E. G. The phone did not work, alarm clock rang in the middle of the night and the door only closes with a good amount of work. All in all, not so pleasent experiences.

Convenient location in Berlin Mitte. Comfortable and as usual in Germany, breakfast are really tasty and complete.

What is annoying: for €100 per night, the guest can still get a free water.
There is 1 water bottle in the room, whose label starts with "natural". Since many hotels "of course" offer a free water, it is possible to confuse it here quickly and to pay more athletic 4, €10. Here, the wrong end is trying to make profit.

The view was amazing, the staff friendly. A nice place for a romatic getaway, given the fact that the tub is in the room. Placed somewhat central and with lots of interesting restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Loved it.

Small cosy hotel, but only breakfast. Too bad you can make more of it.

Quiet rooms. Clean. Free Internet good enough to stream Netflix/Amazon video. Only the shower is not completely thought out. A shower enclosure is missing, which injects a lot of water.

The JiniorSuiten are worthwhile. Breakfast was only mediocre, would have liked to pay more if the buffet was a little less 0815. As an alternative there are many cafes and restaurants in the area.

Great location. Reasonably priced. Absolutely fine for having a base in Berlin, but not a luxury hotel to spend extra time in.

I kicked with my toes and very painful — Duvet too narrow — Taps on toilet wall – what the hell are those for? ;-)

Clean room, very good location, the exterior wall was a large window. However, the parking facilities were 15 minutes walk away, as the own parking garage has probably been defective for a very long time.

I had a super room on the 4th floor with a great view! Hotel I would definitely recommend wide.

Hotel is clean and the staff is nice. The hotel was overbooked so I got a free upgrade which was very nice. The suite feels more like a small appartment than a room which was perfect because I was there on business and I prefer to work at a large table. The only thing to stop this hotel was the breakfast. The area and selection is a bit small for 10 euros. Other than that, a very nice hotel. Would recommend it.

A nice, clean hotel with a large room. We opted for the "loft" which was still bigger than most European hotels. It was only a 10 minute walk from the main Bahnhof Berlin Friedrichstraße station. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked delicious and there were lots of options in the area for variety.

Stay in this hotel not a first time, and it's great that everything is same as were before. They have good staff, very kind. Unfortunately those two time I were here there is a reconstruction works near, and you already hear it in the morning.

Clean, with a good shower and in a good location. The rooms are too bright in the morning and in summer the light wakes you up very early.

Good price, very central and quiet area and very special rooms. The only fact is that the heating is apparently centralized and the rooms are too hot for my habits.

The hotel is placed in a central area of Berlin, not so far from Alexanderplatz, with good access to restaurants and transportation. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and adequate in size. The rooms could have been better sound insulated towards the street, since the trams go late at night and early in the morning. The last floor was always smelling like cigarette smoke, but the smoke was never in the room. The breakfast could have been richer in choices, but it was not bad. Overall it is a good hotel for business trips or young tourists.

Great location, nice room, comfortable bed, liked the view. Only complaint would be the Wi-Fi, which was often slow and on couple of occasions wasn't working.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was rather mediocre due to the limited offer. Staff not complied partially with the clearing and cleaning tables.
An assumption of costs for business customers is not possible. The staff is very stressed on the phone. (Write me an email, please do) The Wi-Fi worked sometimes not at all. The room was unfortunately anything but quiet, as was promised to me by the front desk.

Diesmal Privataufenthalt nach diversen geschäftlichen Übernachtungen: Problemlose Anerkennung des Goodnight Passports trotz DFB-Pokal-Final-WE, sehr zuvorkommender Empfang; u. A. Ungefragtes Upgrade in "Suite" 701, obwohl "nur" Superior Upgrade gebucht wurde; bis auf leicht verschmutzte (evtl. Regelmäßigere Reinigung von außen? ), dafür aber große Dachfensterfront einwandfrei, gerne wieder! :-)

I've been going to this very-well located hotel for the past 3 years on a regular basis (10 times a year) and I have always been happy with everything it has to offer! Rooms are wide enough to move around, they are cosy and very clean, and the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Berlin. It's right in Mitte, not the most popular or young and dynamic area, but a very central one. The only thing I would recommend travellers who want to sleep in a little bit, is to ask for a room located at the back of the hotel so as not to be awaken by the slight noise of the tramway that runs just down from the hotel from 5am till 1am.

The stay in your Hotel was in every respect very pleasant. The rooms are tastefully furnished, clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We are particularly pleased about the kettle, tea bags and Kaffeesäcklein as well as about the fresh Apples every day. Also the Breakfast buffet was rich and good. We can the Hotel in every way recommend and will like myself again come to them.

Great hotel, better location.

A very affordable and good hotel in the town center. Not expensive given the quality of the room. NOTE! The hotel has a deal with a cafe next door and a little tricky pricing it. A breakfast without coffee / tea costs 9.90 Euro a regular coffee costs 2:40 euros. If you take breakfast by booking list from the hotel, it costs breakfast 17:50 Euro! This includes in itself the coffee but you get the … Usual Wi-Fi included but high-speed Wi-Fi costs — though quite enough to run the latest free version.

Was very satisfied. Very clean rooms, nice bar, great views. I probably felt very. Loud I couldn't find it. Happy to be back.

The staff is friendly. The room was fine and clean.
We had a room (room 105) of the street and on the first floor. Unfortunately, the background noise even when the window is closed was very loud. However it must be said in fairness that drives the train here and outlets across the heaters work apparently well guests must withstand as evening long's in outside catering. We were puzzled but one were to hear even pedestrian who went to normal entertaining past. The TV is too small even if not to the television to Berlin comes. Room including breakfast. You can recommend the breakfast that the Berlin bar is offered in the next door, for the price definitely not. The cleanliness, the selection and the ambience leaves to be desired! For that kind of money, we must have expected more breakfast.

We were with 2 adults. And 2 kids in the family suite. We liked very much, everything clean, modern and very well equipped. Amazing views from the huge Windows. Breakfast at the Berlin bar next door was also great. All fresh and great selection at the buffet. Staff very friendly and obliging. We definitely come again.

Great hotel with great stuff. Wi-Fi is quite OK for Germany. There's a cafe just near the hotel with variety of food for breakfast. The only little thing I missed is a kettle.

I was at the end of January there. Stayed in a room facing the street out unfortunately and as many trams that you hear really strong drive.
The room was OK the bathroom almost in the room only with a curtain separated I so never seen but not greatly bothered me.
Only the toilet was God be thanks to a separate room ;)
Internet gibts unfortunately only from the can (free of charge) except the residents of a suite is currently in his room and where is the Wi-Fi active then can be used with it.
Cable can be rented at the reception.
This hotel is ideal if you attended a training as I next door at fast lane.
Breakfast is usually next to in a coffee (not incl. ) da there renovated was and I don't go for breakfast anyway daily I was next to in the espresso ambulance where there are bagels and a good cup of coffee at reasonable prices (quasi a Starbucks with normal prices)
Otherwise you will starve in the area definitely each lot of restaurants in the area.
