We had originaly booked 3 nights then needed to book a further 2 nights as our flight was cancled. We were told the room would be £140 per night for both nights. Later the receptionist did not believe us that the manager had told us that and said it was £180. They also took our second room key deposit and dident record that they had taken it, and we had to argue to get it returned to us. Genraly in a ruff area with a lot of homeless people on the streets outside.

Centrally located and the staff is very friendly. Rooms small but everything available. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room is not optimal just in the bathroom in the corners still lay dirt, the tiles dirty and the mirror could be cleaner. Breakfast is delicious and very plentiful with plenty of choice. The location of the breakfast room directly in the passageway is not optimal. Further, the smoking area next to the breakfast room as soon as the door is open, the smoke comes in. Conclusion for a short trip with the smears in order. For longer trips, another hotel would be a better choice.

Hypercapitalistic fail. Absolute minimum expense by the owner of the hotel. They have air con machines, but do the all too typical trick of not having the cooling function switched off (saves a LOT of money) then they have a tactic of saying 'we can't move you to a new room, the hotel is full' if you ask about it… the beds are tiny with pillows that are cheap and destroyed inside, and checkout is 11am with no late checkout. 'breakfast' don't even bother. All about money and zero customer care, avoid.

Cleanliness could be better. Room poorly maintained. Staff is very friendly. Location is good.

If you don't put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness or comfort it's really good accommodation Good connection friendly staff.
You're just there to sleep.

If you are looking for a hotel that promises air conditioning but doesn't work on hot days, Wi-Fi might not work in your room, where doors are broken, elevator doesn't work in all the floors, looks like is under construction inside and out and is not even that cheap, then this is the place for you. At least the staff is nice and it looks relatively clean, hence the 2 stars.

It's a small, old school hotel, close to the river and the Oberbaumbrücke. We had a triple bedroom. The room was ok, tv, nice beds, nice view. Communication-wise and location-wise it was fine. Lots of drunks and homeless in the direct surroundings though… The bathroom was pretty nice, but the light went out for no apparent reason just to go back on again after some time. Bummer when you're in the shower… Also the shower drain was blocked, who had to take the bath with intervals. Couldn't unclog it, the drain was placed in such a place that there was no way of getting to it. Stayed 2 nights, overall, despite a few problems, it's ok for a business trip, not recommending for families.

Good location close to station. Comfortable room with balcony. Useful to stay between flights.

Never again… Today I come to the room. Not even the bed made. Clean is also something else. "

Good hotel in the eastern part of Berlin. Very kind staff, nice room. At the moment a little bit louder because of renovations on a part of the hotel but as soon as they are done there's nothing to complain.

Its a klassik hotel. Good Location.

Classical denotes the name. But all in all well. Have slept well. And the breakfast was very rich and good.

Great hotel. Nice room, good breakfast and great staff.
Excellent location for all we needed and perfect for punk and disorderly as it's just across the road.

Good place to rest.

It is very noisy as it is right in the party neighborhood and the busy street gives your rest as well as the construction site in the hotel. In the morning I had no hot water and only question marks in the faces of the staff. I was offered to take a shower in another room, but then I missed the time. There was no buffet breakfast, but I was able to get my breakfast from a list, which again cost time. Finally, I forgot my mouth shower in the room. In the hotel by phone and do not receive feedback. On the second phone call it was said that nothing was found and therefore we did not report any more. Thanks for nothing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good value for money, well suited for teenagers the breakfast is delicious and the rooms look good and are clean the staff is friendly.

I can currently only give 3 stars for the hotel. The staff is a little rugged Berlin stop. But the building site in the hotel is decisive. To get from the elevator to my room, I had to go more or less in the middle. The room itself was good and large enough for me alone. I don't really want to live here for two. The breakfast was reasonable, although the service with the coffee took some time. Perhaps it would be good not just to pour a cup in here but to put a jug on the table.

Room are not clean, internet connection is very bad and breakfast is very poor.

Thanks for the nice stay. Except for small things everything is OK and they are certainly still fixed and Berlin is now not quiet. See you soon again.

After reading many negative reviews, I was positively surprised during our visit. The room was small but nice: the beds did not go through, the shower with decent pressure, overall clean and also the breakfast was neat for 3 stars!
Reception — and lounge area are chic — partial. Something "in the Years" (Sofakante, table cards or similar) but not so that you did not feel comfortable.
The breakfast was great! (Here I can only fault the Aufbackbrötchen)
The staff were somewhat unmotivated, but friendly.

The hotel's website needs to be updated — parking is available for €4 a day with a park map of the hotel in the area and the "Mediterranean cuisine" does not exist. Very close to the beach.

Not very good hotel, today did not do the toilet, and the dinners bad, seem meals restaurants to step.

This hotel offers a great view of the street drug deals happening outside the doors at all hours.

Great service… friendly staff. Breakfast was also good and plentiful. The price was certainly reasonable. Get back there!

Very nice hotel pccato that the temperature of the room was about 30 degrees and dry for the rest clean very friendly staff.

Very good value for money. Hotel right in the city.
The only problem is the car park search, there is no direct parking, you are forced to park on the nearby streets. This is extremely tedious in such a city.
In the hotel you get a parking card which you can put in the car and park for free.

If it can be avoided, I will not enter the hotel any more. I haven't seen anything like it. Mold in the Badfugen. Whitish stains on the curtains are obvious… I didn't have any towels at first. Can happen sometime but the way in which I was encountered when I was the complained was very rude. The towels I got were then very chemical. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was too expensive for what was offered. Definitely on the way to the 2 star hotel. What a pity.

Great hotel out of the city. If you are booking in summer confirm that your room has air conditioning as it can get very hot.

Beds are too small, 180 in length, so you have to sleep with feet outside the bed. Mattresses and pillows are absolutely horrible. Don’t go to this hotel if you want a good night sleep, you’ll wake up unrested and with back problems. The guy at breakfast was nice but the guy at the front desk did not seem to enjoy working there. A beer there is also way overpriced (4, 90€ which is a lot for Berlin standards) location of the hotel is great! Price is not bad either, the rooms are a bit small but look ok, bathroom is fine too, pretty decent shower and water pressure. Next time I’ll choose a different hotel though.

Super Hotel, right next to the Mercedes Benz Arena.

The hotel itself is quite OK, the breakfast is super tasty and the staff are friendly. However, there are several shortcomings: the worst: every 3 meters of drug dealers in front of the hotel as soon as it is dark. You can't get out of here from 7 o'clock in the evening. (and no, this is not an exaggeration)
Wardrobes in the rooms that do not go right on and clamp.
Spinennweben on the lamps as if they were never cleaned.
Quirks, scratches and streaks on the table and walls.
All night noise on the main street in front of the hotel. (Berlin stop, you have to reckon with)
But the coronation is the WLAN.
You have to sign in with your Facebook account or email address, enter your name, address and phone number. This data and everything you do on the PC (browser history, inputs, passwords) is transmitted to a Dutch company for "direct advertising purposes", stored and passed on to non-EU countries. Fingers away from this WLAN, data protection technically a disaster!
Here the hotel Klassik should provide its own WLAN router with password protection.
So if you are looking for a place to stay for the night and no longer want to get out in the dark (or just come to Berlin because of the dubious shops), do not pay attention to pure cleanliness and do not need Wi-Fi, you are very satisfied in the hotel Klassik and just right.

Mould in bathrooms and on shower. Room way too hot and no air conditioning. Location is average at best. Terrible breakfast!

The rooms were a little too hot in August — not air conditioned but a fan was provided. Breakfast was excellent, great variety and quality. Location not bad, walking distance to main attractions if you like walking and handy for both the u and s bahn.

Great place! My experience on the hotel was decent but the real seller here is the area around the hotel. Lots of small stores, good restaurants and much more. I can recommend a small restaurant called santa Maria.

Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. Breakfast was basic but nice. Room was clean and tidy.

Hotel Lobby was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms had a distinct odor to them. Seemed like they were empty for some time. Rooms were clean and available upon arrival. Biggest issues: if you like to sleep with your window open, this isn't the place to be. Music from across the street played till like 1 am. Shower drain was clogged and the hose for the showerhead was torn of. Shower flooded asap. Breakfast was good. Wide variety of different breads and fruits. Meat and cheese plates were empty by 0830 and didn't get refilled for 15-20. Coffee however was available a plenty. Checkout was a breeze.

Fair play to you and your staff for welcoming our stag do this weekend… I don't remember much of the weekend but can't fault the hotel in any way…

Nice, clean near to a good zone to have some drinks. Few meters to metro station.

It's a pretty good hotel, but it lost most of my appreciation when I was told to go back into the street and eat my takeaway food outside. This was after I had been walking around all day my ankles are sore. I just wanted to sit and eat with my friends at the hotel I am a guest at, and they made the assumption that I would make a huge mess. I'm not the careless person they thought I was, I just wanted some company and to rest even just to eat it in my bathroom. I would have cleaned up any mess that was made. Their reason for making me stand outside was ludicrous.

Nice room, really hot though. Loud nightclub music at night. Probably need headphones.

Nice room. Quiet in the House. Relatively noisy on the street side. Not bothered but our sleep, because the beds were really good. Breakfast good and great selection. Like to come back.

Very close to local transport. Rooms are comfy but they don't have aircondition in all rooms. It's ok for colder days but in the summer time. Not so good. The breakfast is beautiful, I think the best one in Berlin :-)

A very nice room, great bed (however very inconsiderate to build, the light switches on the pillow so I had a room in the night, which I was awake several times)
Otherwise very comfortable.
The lobby absolutely a looker… very stylish.

On the pillow we discovered at some point something like Marmelade… fest dried. We have removed then independently… should be no reason to complain, because it was close to the edge.
The breakfast was mau… die featuring all toll… viel fresh Obst… zurecht geschnitten… aber I would have more about cold cuts I was pleased.
Sat morning at 09:30 (breakfast went up at 11:00) only a few slices of 'Poultry' mortadella and "Poultry" amplifies and 'Poultry' salami. ONLY POULTRY! Hmmm… had me gefreut… sowie breakfast salad on ham and roast meats. But there's only egg salad as usual in the hotel,
No wirklichewr cold cuts, no cream cheese, only 2 really boring types. One probably chilli and a milder as Edam.
The wars of cold cuts! There are usually Bacon scrambled eggs! He also does not exist… but was Vienna sausages… "by the poultry"
You had to of a glass teilen… sehr unsanitary Nutella.

Basically, okay. Functionally furnished, but clean! Great Bathrooms. Nice Service. Breakfast poor, especially the egg dishes! Egg from the "retort" (Tetra pack). Must be so, but I'd rather not scrambled eggs! Since the Hotel is at a well-attended party area is, you should definitely use ear plugs. In spite of the new window, very, very loud!

So, 3 Nights with Breakfast. Nice helpful staff. Great rooms, free w-lan, class bed and for me a great Breakfast with great choice and fresh fruit. (everything what the heart desires), The S-Bahn is about a 5 min walk away with great connections in all directions. In short a super weekend in Berlin.

The Hotel was super. Friendly staff, great facilities and unbeatable selection at the Breakfast buffet. U-bahn and tram are only 2min away. Was a great stay.

Nice place, not a great part of the city however. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was amazing, so to were the hamburgers. Close to train stop.

Beautiful spacious double room, super Breakfast, at night one hears from and to the tram, but I will not be disturbed. In 5-7 minutes you will be at the nearest S / U-Bahn Station. I can have no hesitation in recommending.

The Hotel is highly recommended. The rooms were clean and large and the Breakfast is even exceptionally well. Also to mention: the very nice staff. The only drawback is the lack of Parking. Friday evening we had in this (scene) quarter but a little searching for car parks Etc. There is not there.

Very clean, with comfortable beds and extremely helpful staff. Free wireless internet was a big plus. Breakfast looked great but it was a little expensive and we were on a budget. Location was great too, but we had a rental car in our disposal. There were S — and U-bahn lines close by, though. I really recomend this hotel.
