The hotel is renovated, cheap and has a great location in Friedrichshain. Morover they were very helpful!

Nice design and rooms. But windows are horrible, you hear each car like it is riding on your ear : ( Ambulance and police cars are riding like every 5mins.

Small hotel right in the heart of Berlin…
From the outside rather inconspicuous and come down but that is deceptive… everything very clean and tidy… friendly welcome and the rooms are modernly furnished and also very clean…
For this I like to forgo a TV, because unfortunately there was no… just like an elevator that would have been nice at 4 floors… therefore 1 point deduction
Otherwise very satisfied would book again at any time.

First of all, if you can see pictures of the hotel here in my review, which I did not put in, I looked at my review again and discovered that there were pictures in there which do not correspond to what you find. It is not at all as stated on the Internet the rooms we have searched in vain that can be seen in the pictures. We had to find out on arrival that the hotel looks really bad from the outside, when you see the reception you think that's not so bad but once we entered our room we were shocked because it is so tiny and not sour at all r one finds funny spots on the bed sheets and foreign hair have also been on it. On request that we get another room this also happened but it was not much better there… The mattresses should probably be some which will feel like there is only cotton wool in it, because they are so soft and give in directly to it have been located there like a banana. I can't recommend this hotel.

The worst! place in which I was for such an accommodation price! unpleasant hotel service. The manager of the hotel stood as if I had to apologize that I came here. Rooms small, not completely compatible with the pictures on the internet. Noise from the street. I heartily recommend finding a different place. Real disaster I was highly disappointed.

Again like most hotels in Germany there was no air conditioning which was awful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also of note is there’s no elevator in this hotel.

The hotel was nice and closeby the station Warschauer Strasse. Around the corner there were a few restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was friendly and the reception was open all the time. Unfortunately we were on the highest floor where it was around 38 degrees in our room, no air conditioning or a ventilator was offered. Also our room hasn’t been cleaned up after the first night. No elevator in the building.

Average Hotel, well connected by public transport. New rooms with friendly staff.

A simple, budget hotel. Comfortable, clean and a good sized room! Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, were very helpful during check in! Would definitely stay here agaim, and would recommend to others!

You can tell that the Hotel is just getting organized. One afternoon he entered the room suddenly, a gentleman who said "Toilet. Toilet ". We were scared a lot, we thought he was a drunk or something worse… I almost had a heart attack! Then they explained he was a Czech plumber who does not speak German… and he got no more. Like this…

Nice hotel inside with better than expected design (the outside of the building is quite awful + balconies can't be used) and the room was comfortable and functional. Lots of light — big thumbs up to this! Unfortunately, we had an issue with the sink in the WC and it took way longer than expected to get solved. Also beds/towels weren't done/exchanged after the first night. Receptionists were very nice but when we requested (at 6am after back from a club) a bit of flexibility on the checkout time (it is at 11am) we were told we would have to pay half day… I was told they are fairly new so I understand they need to fine-tune… :) Would give them a second chance!

Friendly Staff. Rooms bright and freshly renovated. No TV and Elevator. However, perfectly acceptable for the very reasonable Room Rate. Very good Transport Links. The Stop was within five Minutes of the walk.

Hotel in the centre of Berlin, very close to the east side gallery. Very well connected with public transports. In front of the hotel there's a supermarket open till 22. About the structure, Cleaners were supposed to clean every day but they don't; our room was always untidy and they don't remake the bed. No elevator. No attention for details. Great potential but for now I don't recommend to spend some night there if you have particular needs.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. In a 3 days stay, the room was not cleaned, the towels were not changed and the trash was not taken out.

The room greatly differs than what's presented on the booking websites — it was extremely small, suited for 1 person but sold as a double room. There was no shampoo, no shower gel, they provided just some toilet paper and the cheapest hand soap (from Lidl). the room wasn't cleaned during my 3 nights stay. At the reception they were quite rude and did not provide clean towels when I requested them. You'll find dust and hair everywhere in the room. The shower… Prepare to flood your room. If possible, bring some slippers, they will be life savers. Definitely my worst experience with a hosting facility in the past few years.

This is literally the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel in the past few years. It totally ruined our Berlin city break. Our rooms were not serviced once during our 3 nights stay. At the end of the second day I went to the reception and the guy present there had no idea on how to provide at least one clean towel?!? We've had 2 twin rooms, the only thing they've done throughout our stay was to take out the trash. Once!

The hotel is centrally located, brand new, great amenities and has great customer service. I would definitely stay here again. They are nice restaurants and clubs close to the hotel and the tram is across the street and Sbahn is a few min walk away. The area is hip and trendy. I love it!

Good place to stay a few nights in the city. Very friendly staff. The room was clean, they have a hairdryer (important in winter).

Good value for money in the best club area in Berlin.

I so much loved this place, with its old walls, floors, etc. It's not for people anguished by old places. It's for people like me.
