Nice location in East Berlin, next to S-bahn ring line (41 and 42) and U5. A good value for money. The room was clean, comfortable and with a spacious bathroom. We stayed 4 nights, overall it’s a good choice. Wifi is a joke, breakfast is kind of expensive, pillows were poor.

Big rooms and nice location.

First room had to be replaced, as the toilet was still full of chair.
(First I was offered that I could clean it myself) The second room had no light, now had to wait an hour until someone could help me.
So this hotel never again!
There was no apology or insight into what went wrong.

Good location, clean rooms, but service needs improvement. The reception staffs could certainly show a bit more welcoming attitude towards the guests.

Best hotel I have stayed in all year the housekeeper even folded my night shirt and put it neatly on the bed they had toiletrys to use in the reception bathrooms but best part for me was aircon that worked many hotels have failed at this with such a hot summer thanks for 5 perfect quiet cool sleeps.

Really good value for price, close to public transports, 24h reception.

We read nasty things about this hotel, but we had no problems.

We arrived at 12:00h and already had the room ready, paid the tourist fees (which were not excessive) and went upstairs.

Upon entering everything was very clean, well collected and tidy.

It has television (but it's in German), we didn't even turn it on to see if it worked, really.

I really liked the idea that they have soap dispensers, both to wash your hands, to shower you and a heater inside the bathroom.

I definitely liked it quite a bit, only that the breakfast is very excessive, since it was 13.50 euros for each person (we went to breakfast out of there, I have to tell you that it is best to find a supermarket).

Good value for money. For what we paid in two it went more than good, clean hotel, friendly staff.
Ideally Located a 5 min walk from the metro which takes you downtown in no time.
Near the hotel there is everything you may need: Minimarket, bars, bakeries.

Air conditioning not sufficient for this room. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing Special. Otherwise it was clean and everything in order.

Comfortable Rooms that are properly furnished. Very quiet Location. The Entrance is on a Side Street. The Rooms partially go out to the Courtyard. The Breakfast Buffet has a wide Range and is delicious. There are many Restaurants, snacks and Cafés on Foot. For daily Purchases, the Ring Center is nearby. Metro Station is Also within easy reach.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Zimmer was clean. In the bathroom, signs of wear and tear around the amatures were visible. The mattresses were very good, so I slept through the night.

We stayed for two days in Berlin and one night at the Arcadia Hotel.
Sleep is enough, but nothing more.
In warm temperatures it is not very pleasant to tilt at the only ONE window and nothing can be felt from the air conditioning to the volume.
The room was clean but a bit worn in.

Have slept here two nights, all in all was fine. Rooms big enough for two people, just a little cleaner it could have been. The reczepetionist was a very funny guy!

This hotel is fine, nothing terribly wrong with it, but our room was super hot (in April) and the Wi-Fi barely worked during our five-day stay. Room was clean and location is good.

Very noisy to the street.
Bathroom: light bulb defective, rust, dust etc.

Poorly ventilated and noisy room no refrigerator air conditioning did not go… for years a problem… Breakfast too expensive for the price… Bathroom was moldy and dirty… Staff was very nice… Not recommended… if you want to spend several days there.

Room size perfectly suited for two to three people, but partly somewhat dirty. Bathroom could be more modern, some rust on the bathtub. Breakfast perfectly OK, great choice. For the price OK.

Free Wi-Fi? Probably because it only works from 23:00 pm… For business Tripps in my view absolutely inappropriate!

Had a basic room that was nice and cheap, staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

Good value for money, clean and convenient location, metro is few minutes walking and the are lots of small shops nearby. Toilet would need rinnovation but at least was clean. Cleaning staff was nice, but the welcome we had from reception wasn't exactly warm… but on their defense was late!

Clean, cosy, peacefull, good location. Decent accommodation for a reasonable price.

Joints in the bad moldy, could be cleaner. Generally, the whole bathroom fell apart, all the panels loose, sink stinks. Second key card did not exist until the second day and only at the urging. No fridge, but for the price OK.

Hotel only a few minutes away from the subway station. In front of the hotel not much traffic. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Perfect for a transit.

Basic hotel but big rooms and good location. Unfortunately had some English money I left in my room stolen by the cleaning staff, this was unsurprising however the receptionist didn't say anything when I reported it. Only to put the red tag on my door if I didn't want it cleaning.

I was given a double room and it was huge. To welcome me, in my room I found chocolate on my pillow and a bottle of water for free, plus a body shower and shampoo kit in the bathroom. Towels were changed everyday without asking. Clean room. Friendly staff. The hotel is located in a good Area, very close to U-Bahn, supermarkets and shops. Just some stops (by tube) from Alexanderplatz. On the way to Schönefeld Airport.

For me the hotel is worth 5 stars. After a long journey it was a boon to stay here for a few days. A nice, friendly welcome, always helpful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Toilet and bath tip top. Then the great breakfast buffet with misc. Coffee types, rolls (buns), misc. Jams and spreads of bread. Scrambled eggs and if you will hearty (cutlets), muesli. Orange juice and apple juice. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back. A b.

The staff we have to deal with, extremely correct, competent, friendly, willing to compromise etc. Just like clean all around.
Quite good transport links with u & S railways, to Alex, and from there in most of all desire, occurring directions. From breakfast everyone has his, so with also taste performance.
Sufficient and satisfactory for us!

Very good hotel located at 200 meters from a subway mouth.
Quiet hotel with good bedding.

One of the best hotels I've ever been, very clean and friendly staff. Location was great as it was close to a lot of popular places and the breakfast was delicious. Very helpful staff especially Benny, he helped me a lot with the train times to catch my return flight on time. I will visit this hotel every time I travel to Berlin, I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located in a side street on the Frankfurt Allee. There is an underground car park at the hotel. The room was a pleasant size. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. (I'm not sure if this is the case with all rooms) Great service at the reception. One has also tried to find a solution for the most impossible question. Good value for the price. Only drawback. The double bed had a large mattress, but that is my personal feeling.

Economical is convenient for the center.

Me and my wife spent our 1st wedding anniversary here. Lovely hotel and really easy to get about. Staff are really helpful the only down side the to hotel is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. All in all lovely place to stay.

Pretty nice hotel in a interesting area. 3-stars well deserved. For an extra star it's missing a few details like refrigerator, small vault, lock on bathroom and a bit more stylish interior. But if that doesn't matter to you it's a great place to stay.

The rooms in the hotel are quite big. The beds are very wide and are pretty comfortable. The u-bahn is just 2 minutes down the road. Just 2 stops and you are at the Alexanderplatz.

Arrival at the hotel simple and fast, well located (Metro, train, shop, restaurants nearby), clean rooms.

Good Hotel with a super connection to the public transport. Rooms were ok and clean. Friendly and helpful service staff. Deductions there are, however, in the case of the Breakfast. For is very limited and for Vegans not suitable. For 12, 90€ for the Buffet for the food offered is quite expensive.

Very good value for money. The rooms are large and clean. The location is good close to the metro and in the surrounding area there are many places where to eat something. Lift access from the shopping center, not accessible at night, when there is to climb the stairs of the main entrance.

Overall, I was not satisfied with the hotel.
In particular the "free wlan in the rooms" as extremely slow Internet turned out (comparison: establishing an acquaintance shopping website has longer than a minute…). That has annoyed me so that I can not really understand a situation in Berlin…

The location of the hotel is really good, you berauchr 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Otherwise, we were unfortunately rather unhappy with the choice of our hotel. To the rooms first: since we had booked a double room for couples, we were surprised that we found a room with two separate beds. However we got made another room with a double bed on request available. The room itself and especially the bathroom are little modern in our opinion and something "old" (in the bath E. G. Discolored grout and shower curtain, the filling of the pillows mottled) since the hotel has a covered courtyard style, there was at the opening of the window no fresh air. Because the Klinaanlage hardly helped, we had to sleep with seasoned off, choking air. For us the greatest shortcoming.
Breakfast: good selection and friendly staff, also at the reception.
To sum up we would not recommend however hotel for the price.

The location of the hotel is excellent, by the Frankfurter Allee in Friedrichshain are u — and S-Bahn stations within a few minutes walking distance.
In the immediate vicinity are many ways to eat.
The cleanliness of the room is good, but renovation needs in many places.
This many little things, however, are striking in the sum.
Breakfast can be on selection and fresh to be desired. (No Bacon, no fresh fruit, no fish, moderate Aufbacken rolls. Rule price €12, 90 non justified)
With a few exceptions leaves a lot to desired, hospitality is hardly given the service, not even a wake-up call is possible, despite going through reception.
It was never embarrassed to an excuse.

For the s Berlin Prize in Angie, okay, there fruestuecksbuffee not the price appropriately.

Location and transport connections good, rooms to the side street (volume ok).
Size of the room good size. Although no longer the newest hotel, but clean.
Staff was very friendly.
I would book price/performance good, again.

Unfortunately, our shower was broken at the beginning.
So that we could only limited showers from day 1 to day 3.
From day 4 a new room with functioning shower was then provided us.
In this room everything was fine then.
The breakfast was OK. The staff has "cleaned" the food (bread crumbs) from the table onto the floor.
The hotel staff was friendly.
We have placed our towels to the Exchange on the ground, they were collected only and no spare towels were provided.
Also be in the rooms on the side facing the street, hear road noise, which however not all too much bothered us when sleeping.
