Sehr nettes Personal! Die zimmer sind groß und zweckmäßig ei geräumt, unverschämt großes Bad ;-) tolles Frühstück, was will man mehr? War 2 Nächte hier. In der Umgebung gibt es auch genug Bars und Restaurants um sich Mittags und Abends zu verpflegen.

Was to the Capital Congress in Berlin last week. Was impressed by the family atmosphere. Service at the breakfast buffet was great. I was also thrilled by the cleanliness of the room. Thank you to the gentlemen at the bar and my respect for the dust fairy!

Sehr nettes Hotel und Angestellte. Gehen auch gerne auf Wünsche beim Essen ein, wenn man es Früh genug anmeldet.

Very nice place in the middle of Berlin. How the location was repurposed, I like. However, I do not know the hotel. But also looks very nice.

Totally overstretched and poorly ground staff. Had reserved for ne group and nothing was prepared. Tinks were not cleared and complaints ignored. Orders never arrived.
I can't recommend anyone because of that.
Never go there again.

The Breakfast buffet is a joke. Dirty glasses, Nutella and country of purchase chocolate cream (thought to Sarotti's chocolate). Coffee lt. Description. We were four of us and had 3 different cups. The Breakfast iss no 3 € value.

Good rooms. Delicious breakfast. The distribution of breakfast areas is sometimes a curse, mostly a blessing.

Were there on May 13, 18 (Mother's Day).
With reservation, of course.
Food was good, the location was nice too.
It was obviously saved on staff though, which was a great pity, because that kinky us the whole stay, the whim of the staff was catastrophic.
As I noticed it, there was a waiter, a lady for the drinks and a lady in the kitchen. The store was full!
There were always missing plates and bowls in order to be able to eat at all, the waiter had no chance at all to get there properly. Food was replenished and since there were many guests, it was empty again. So it was enough for half the guests and the other half was allowed to wait again. Then I went to the "Bar Dame" and politely asked for a plate, was obviously ignored. After 2 minutes came, "I can only take care of one thing here"! (Poppy)!
The waiter was then allowed to do that after he was there.
After an hour I unfortunately had to go down again to the bar lady and just wanted to give modestly that is very much empty again and there came only very defiantly the question, "What is missing again"!?
The "Kitchen Lady" scuppered the people at hand and became loud because she was holding something hot in her hand and wanted to go through, the whole room just looked at her in horror and in horror at the reaction.
Was very frightened! Won't come again! I do not think it was fundamentally down to the staff, but because of the planning!

Super nice hotel rooms are very generous and super Sauber Free Wi-Fi staff are real Berliners The price is fine for Kreuzberg We will definitely come back! Greetings from Kiel.

Our Brunch on Sunday was excellent. Price-performance ratio was proportionate to the offer. Service is not swift but very friendly. One should on Sundays to reserve, maybe. We have. To get 11 the last free table. Overall, highly recommended.

Central location close to the Bergmannkiez. The rooms are located in the backyard in a variety of buildings, noise from the street, therefore, is not available. The reception area is in a small Café, and all the buildings are small Sarotti-souvenir of the Wallpaper, about the post cards on the Desk until the chocolate on the bed.

Super nice Staff! For Breakfast, there's everything you need. Delicious!

Very unusuall hotel in nice part of Berlin. It is like flash to the past — back to industrial revolution. Hotel is in old chockolate factory. And very pleasant. Real Berlin!

Have been here frequently as a Guest. Unfortunately, a bit has come down by now. In the Rooms, the Walls have to be repainted. The Carpet is also quite spotty. In The Breakfast room, the large Table Lamps are glued so that they still hold at all and on the Leather Sofas there are Blankets so that you can't see the Cracks in it.
So price — Performance is no longer true for me.
Still a delicious Selection of Cakes and Pies.

Great Hotel in a special Place with special Flair. Price performance is top. Have slept well.

This was, by far, the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Deutschland! And we stayed at plenty! We were in Germany for three weeks and stayed at a total of six hotels, from Berlin to München to Köln — and a few stops in between. If I was in Berlin again, I would stay here again. If you are going to Berlin, I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Sarotti-Höfe to you!

Great place, really nice food.

We went to a wedding reception here it was very nice and relaxed there and the food served was very nice.

I've been at the cafe several times for brunch on Sunday morning and it's really good. There's quality food that gets refilled pretty regularly and there are cold and hot dishes. If you go there in winter, you even get to try the chocolate fondue fountain which is done with Sarotti chocolate. Really worth a shot if you've never been there!

My favourite hotel in Berlin. Prices are reasonable, accommodation and staff are great, food is above average.

I'm more often in the Sarotti — Cafe and I am thrilled. — Great Atmosphere

A special hotel, nothing for people who want to default. The reception is in the restaurant, the room across the courtyard. My room was large, but somewhat comfortable to the floor, the breakfast was good.

Was there for 2 nights — nice hotel with much character! The rooms are located in a typical very quiet courtyard and are very elegantly furnished. The breakfast buffet is excellent also the corresponding Caffè is very inviting.

Wonderful! We've never had goods in many cities, but a great hotel! Beautiful and large rooms… Friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was great… Connection to the public transport was great… Come back…

Beautifully eingerichete rooms, perfect service. Also the breakfast buffet with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes is recommended.
