Nice team at the reception. Hotel is quite quiet in a side street. Rooms and corridors seem rather well-heely. The bed in my room was a disaster. Completely through. Got up on the second day of the morning with back pain. Other ibis hotels are much better and justify a higher price.

Old Berlin building with special charm. A very good location and accessibility, nevertheless quietly located the rooms of different size, but very clean. The reception is open 24 hours a day and is connected to a small bar. Breakfast lovingly prepared by the staff. Buffet, is also constantly added. Replay factor very high and can only be recommended.

Small cozy and clean room with the most necessary. The service is very friendly and open to questions and suggestions. The hotel is very quiet but in two minutes you are on the main street where you will find small shops and restaurants.

We travelled last week in the night from Monday to Tuesday and despite the late hour supernett was received by the "night shift" and well looked after. We had a few questions and they were answered extensively.

The hotel itself has this certain something also due to the location. Breakfast was very good and the staff certainly makes some slight neg. Small things.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work, bed is uncomfortable, you would be wake up every time someone open or close a door on the same corridor. Decent breakfast, nice staff workers.

Friendly welcome and nice rooms. You have everything you need in running range. Also the public are good to reach. Breakfast and coffee was good. There is also a small kiosk nearby. I weitrempfehlen for those who have a simple accommodation which is also clean.

Stayed here for the ITB where they charge 600 euros for 3 night Ridiculously overpriced the room looked as it used to be a budget hostel. They still use physical keys?! I never complain but when hotels abuse a popular event and the high occupancy of rooms it is just SHAMEFUL to charge so much for such a nasty room and the breakfast was at best laughable. It needs to be reasonable this just turned out to be nothing but a highway robbery and I am never using this chain again. Don't stay here. Only if you are desperate and willing to be robbed on the room rate.

The location is good though, but the amenities are on the usual low ibis standard. Can be done if you want to leave cheap, but everyone else I would advise to another hotel. Most of the guests here seem to be here professionally to attend nearby seminars. In the evening it is therefore positively quiet in the rooms.

A super hotel in arguably the best district of Berlin, were there in January, I think our next visit will be in the summer to test the small bars in Freidrichshain. Great facilities, great breakfast and super staff. Were really excited. Parking spaces are directly on the farm, or local residents park in the area.

Small rooms but very well-kept… yet clean but urgently renovate or remove the carpet. This is very unhygienic. Breakfast small but nice… everything you need. Good location, close to Subway. Friendly staff.

The slowest internet in Europe. We changed rooms to be closer to the router and it was still unbelievably slow.

At the Ibis Styles Berlin ost The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. Only the breakfast buffet was not very extensive. Definitely enough, however smaller.

For Berlin, the hotel, although in the middle of the city, is amazing and pleasantly quiet. The rooms are clean and tidy, even the internal bathroom does not cause any complaints. Only the fact that the WLAN in the room does not work, I am dissatisfied as a guest. And that, although I had previously called Extra and asked for WLAN availability… The WLAN repeater should be in the laundry room right next door. Gentlemen, in the end of the year 2017 can and must not be a problem. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A simple hotel in the style of the 60s. The rooms are cramped, offer little space for luggage or clothes. The breakfast room reminds a bit of hostel, but there is quite a good selection. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

Cheap hotel in the east end. The next U-Bahn station is about 5 minutes away. It's only 1 star because when I was there the internet connection was extremely bad in my room. It worked in the corridor, but the access in my room didn't exist. I asked the staff about it and according to what they said they tried restarting the router, which didn't help at all. It was a huge problem for me. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms were smaller than expected. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Horrible! Stay away from this. In my whole 4 night stay they coudn’t fix the Wi-Fi connection. They gave me a free coke, and every time I reminded them that Wi-Fi was not working they replied “but we gave you a free drink! ”.

Excellent location, close to 2 metro, in quiet and residential area but well served. The room was very clean The Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Only small sore note the Wi-Fi that went slow in times of greater turnout.

The hotel is good. I would give 4 stars, but in the morning 7y daughter wanted to take away a cruasan (value 10 cents max) and the waitress took it from her…

I was just in the bar and felt realy cosy there. The barman was really helpful and simpatic.

Very good location for transportation. Friendly staff Room (double single) narrow, soft bedding, no chest, impersonal decor. Bathroom correct bathroom shower doors in grey alu that close and open easily. The price OK the average quality.

It's a nice hotel with breakfast included. Two persons that came with me and I disliked the beds, we slept but didn't rest at all, they were too soft.

Rooms are functionally furnished, clean and top right. The breakfast offers what everyone and makes a fresh impression. The staff is very teen like the whole charm of the hotel. The staff is also very helpful, also when it comes to things outside of the hotel.

About 5 minutes from nearest U-bahn station. All okay hotel. Nothing special, but a good place to sleep and quiet at nights.

A nice Hotel in a Central location of Kreuzberg. The rooms are modern and functionally furnished. The Service is friendly and accommodating. We had a broken toilet flush, we immediately notified. We were immediately a different room offered what is, of course, but unfortunately not everywhere is handled. The Breakfast for my needs good and sufficient (coffee machine), Bagel, rolls, eggs, sausage, cheese, raw vegetables, etc.

Located in a quiet area. Clean and friendly. Well served by public transport, as only in Berlin can be.
If I must make a note: the beds a little smashed.

Very nice Hotel. Very well located in the vibrant Friedrichshain. Have lived for five years in the neighborhood and as a result feel very well ;-)
