I loved my room, it was intelligently designed with art and minimalism both used to great effect in my room. Service for business was first rate, I had to check out in the morning, but wanted to change back out of my suit later that afternoon and then kindly let me do that in an unoccupied room. This will be my go to place next time I visit Berlin!

Friendly staff, always willing to help. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good location. Definitely going back to this hotel when I am next in Berlin.

My favorite hotel in Berlin near train station zoo. Very nice hotel. Car park CA 100 m away for €8. Breakfast with €17 too expensive. Stylish room with coffee machine and good TV. Close to the window. Box Spring bed very comfortable.

Nice rooms but not a good location.

Very nice service, great modern rooms, overall chic and durchgestylet. Very good location near Kurfürstendamm and train station zoo. Only the breakfast was somewhat barred in choice and quantity. Did not fit the rest of the claim, but qualitatively fine.

Very nice hotel The choice was made at the Hotel Indigo this time. It is well located and you can reach the Berlin Zoo in 5 min.
The reception was very friendly and warm-hearted. The rooms are very nice and in good condition. The bathroom is very clean. There is a small machine for coffee and tea in the room, which on the one hand is very practical, on the other hand I find such caps still ecologically dubious.
On the ground floor there is a bar where you can be served very well and friendly.

Class Hotel Super friendly staff breakfast is available to order in the room for a small surcharge but the view on the upper floors is just great especially in the executive rooms on the 6th floor;-)

Our stay at this hotel was extremely pleasant. The location is very well connected with plenty of good restaurants and a supermarket close by. The staff are courteous and helpful. We appreciated the simple functional design of the room which is modern but cosy at the same time. The bed and bedding are extremely comfortable and housekeeping was top notch as the room and halls were kept clean and good as new. I loved the hair drier! Compared to the ones you usually find at other hotels this was powerful enough to style my hair. Would highly recommend this place.

Superbly located hotel with modern rooms and top service!

Modern, clean and uncomplicated. Rooms is tiny and completed with partly senseless furniture. Quite loud with open window, too warm with closed windows — air conditioning seems switched off in winter. In general, I found the room rather clairvoyant. Breakfast for me is a NoGo: Cheap convenience products nicely draped and on the edge of alibi apple. The housekeeping is insensitive — in the morning the cushion starts and drives me out of bed — that goes quieter! Classic: No bedside outlet (unless you remove the alarm clock). The front desk staff was very nice and attentive.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to!
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with every little thing. There is a nice selection of free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room. Breakfast tastes very good and there are also various meals, which can also be ordered to the room by menu.
The rooms and bathroom are clean, nicely equipped and the beds are incredibly comfortable! I haven't slept that well in a long time.
For the prize, it's the best hotel I've ever visited.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The medium-sized hotel is in the immediate vicinity of the transport and shopping facilities.
On the other hand, the standard rooms overlook the street. We were able to get a room change at no extra charge.
Finally at Christmas (25th and 26th December), everything is closed (restaurants, museums, shops). It's better to come to another time.

Very friendly, very friendly staff, best location to visit the German capital. Clean and functional Room, I was surprised by the presence of an ironing board with iron, umbrella (you can also buy it at the reception) and linen envelope available. Internet included little thing common in Berlin. Mini bar for a fee with a few basic things, but in the room and available a coffee pot with about six options available between chocolate, coffee, several teas that are placed daily. The Bathroom was very clean and the room was very small. Bathrobe and slippers included. The Bed was very small
Only 4 Stars for 2 negative points I found in the hotel; The room was really small, for me I traveled only it was sufficient however for a couple it could be extremely uncomfortable, nn know if the others we have the same size however it is not a factor to underestimate. Other negative point No Italian televisions, not only also the other international were quite scarce.

The hotel is well located in the middle of the kudam, the staff is very friendly, the service was great, the hotel equipments were very good. My only complain is the price of the breakfast. I believe that 18 euros per person was a bit exagerated comparing the restaurants of the neighborhood. For example I went for several brunches for 16 euros only!

One of the best Hotels to stay at all for these prices. Super clean and modern rooms, and the bathroom is really worth seeing. It's also great that you have to pay on arrival, particularly for people who have no credit card.

The hotel was easy to reach. Even though it was close to a road and tracks, you would not hear the traffic in your room. The room was clean. Even though it does not provide much more than a bad, a bath room and a tv, it is all that was needed. Not giving 5 stars because you need to put your roomcard in a slot in order to have energy. Yet I failed to shut down all lights in the room (I still don't know if I was dumb or if it was simply impossible with the switches), so I had to take out the card in order to put out the lights.

Top location in Berlin-Charlottenburg, directly on the Ku'damm. Many Bars and Restaurants in the immediate vicinity (Savigny — Platz, …)
Good connection via the Zoo station. Disadvantage: a Little noisy, as the Hotel is on the main high line.

As always in the Motel One: Super rooms, super Service and super Breakfast. Optimal location close to the Ku'damm.

I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Everything was nice. Good breakfast but I would appreciate some more choice with fish, nuts, vegetables.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast. I asked for gluten free bread only once and it was brought to my table every morning (slept 4 nights). Very kind and helpfull staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good and very centrally located Hotel in Berlin. At Motel One you know what you get, and the house on kurfürstendamm meets this Standard. For business travel, as well as a city to recommend Tripp for a couple of Nights.

Very good hotel, perfect location close to shops, bars and station transport. Very friendly staff and cozy room, not very spacious but with everything you need (minibar, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, cases and cups, hair dryer. )

Everything about the hotel was good. Location perfect for visitors with tour bus pickup right in front. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included with stay. Very clean nice room. Only issue was somewhat small, no lower seal on shower door which made for a puddle in front of the shower which was quite slippery as it soaked the mat. Also had to use the extra towel to dry up the water. Great experience overall.

We got a Small but Nice room in the 1. Floor. Not a good view but we didnt care. Everything was fine as expected the Location of the Hotel is just Perfect for exploring Berlin. Thanks for the great stay and we will come Back soon.

The hotel was in a convenient location near public transportation, grocery store, main shopping areas, a theater and many family activities. The room itself was very clean and neat. Staff were always helpful in English. The lounge with coffee, espresso, and tea was nice. There were plenty of great choices for breakfast.

The guy operating the front desk is very helpful and fluent in English, great food, right next to a subway station.

The rooms are small but beautiful and modern furnishings. Breakfast etc. Is as previously described. Location is ok. The drawback is the noise rooms are me too bright slaves. In combination the door closers of the rooms which the doors properly on me out of here. No fun. Good for holiday ok for business not suitable. Desk has no outlet.

I recently stayed @ Indogo in Berlin with my wife to celebrate easter. The new hotel has a warm and fresh atmosphir and a great service. The breakfast is of high quality and the service is good. They are helpful and friendly always with a smile on. We will recommend everybody visiting Berlin to check out this hotel if they need at nice bed and place to relax.
