Can’t say enough about this absolutely fabulous hotel. The decor is stunning, the location is superb and all areas were spotless! The service in all areas is first rate. Everyone on staff is wonderful but Laura at the front desk is a service superstar. One of the top 5 reception experiences I’ve ever had and quite possible the best! Laura is a gem and the hotel is fortunate to have her greet and provide service to their guests. We hope to be back very soon!

What an absolute treat this was! I’ve been to many fine hotels around the world and came across many friendly staffs, but for sure none made me feel more at home than the staff at Steinplatz and barely any have been as professional, caring and genuinely nice like these wonderful people at Hotel am Steinplatz. I can’t wait to be back. This is by far Berlin’s best boutique hotel. // 10/10 // Thank you!

A hotel for the eye… Modernly furnished, quiet and very cozy rooms. The Junior Suite with balcony, large tub and seating area was perfect. Bar and restaurant are highly recommended, the chef understands his craft very well. The staff is nice, uncomplicated and they allow you to fulfill extra requests without flinching. I'll be back. Thank you for the great service.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Staff are fantastic and very friendly. Rooms were luxury and always clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious!

The hotel itself is great. Good neighborhood, plus the careful design I expect of Autograph properties, but two things in particular stand out and they are what drove me to write this. The breakfast is amazing. I migrated off menu and I’ve been ordering ham and spinach omelettes that are buttery and utterly amazing. It is served in their peaceful courtyard, a great place to enjoy the still warm air of a Berlin summer morning. But my favorite part of the Steinplatz are these little gifts that keep popping up in my room with little notes. The first morning there was a note about counting sheep alongside gummy sheep sleep aids in place of mints or chocolate on my pillow. The second some eye cream. I went to pick up my sunglasses this morning and noticed they rest on a new Steinplatz branded cloth to clean them with. The little surprises reflect an intent to serve and a mastery of the trade, and they are one of the many reasons I’m glad I’m coming back soon.

Our favouritehotell! So beautiful, and such a lovely staff! We have stayed here three times before. This time we brought my mother with us on a surprisetrip to celebrate her 70's birthday. Thank you so, so much for making the stay so special for her. She (and We) absolutely adores the hotel and all of you in the staff. See you soon again!

Just returned from a 3 night break at this fantastic hotel. Arrived just after midnight to be greeted by a fantastic guy on reception. Our room was fantastic and like the rest of the hotel a haven of tranquility. The quality of all fittings and bedding was excellent. The staff could not do enough for you and were fantastic food. Food was top quality and the bar exceptional and it is difficult to understand why it is not packed out every day. We will definitely stay here on our future visits to Berlin.

Highly recommended. This hotel has great room designs and more of a unique touch compared to other Marriotts. I loved the location, more quieter area than the big tourist attractions but easily accessible to the S and U. I had no issue getting around town at this location. It offers a full breakfast and a great outdoor courtyard to enjoy. You should check out the sauna, offers two temperatures and really nice facilities. The staff from check in to check out were consistently friendly and helpful. They truly care that your stay is a great one. Also enjoyed the Etro toiletries.

Perfect. One of my hotels in the world and I’m a Marriott/Starwood Lifetime Platinum member. The staff is amazingly attentive and personable. Especially, the bar staff, Sophia and Stefan. Sophia recommended 2 restaurants and they were fantastic. Stefan is a world class cocktail craftsman. The restaurant was perfect, except for a skimpy wine list. I’ve dined at Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower, while the view can’t compare, the kitchen is open. Sophia reserved me “her” table right next to the kitchen. I watched as the fabulous staff prepared their culinary masterpieces. The potato appetizer was very good, the “chipotle” butter and home made bread was wonderful. The star of the meal was the lamb. It was so good, I closed my eyes to savor the flavors and textures. The fitness center / spa is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and classy. Prost!

Uniquely beautiful hotel. Very tastefully decorated rooms with a touch of luxury. This Spa and sauna, fitness and great patio plant. Very friendly staff at the front desk. What can I say… 10/10 points. You again.

Nice modern Hotel with a good restaurant and nice service. Unfortunately prices for Dinner are unreasonable. A quarter piegon for 39 Euro is a rip-off.

Very friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms with a super comfortable bed, centrally located but very quiet, and a nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Berlin!

Great hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood with lots of nice cafes and good restaurants, quiet area in Charlottenburg. The hotel lobby is gorgeous and inviting. The superior room was quite large, so much light comes in the room with the wall of windows and small balcony. Lovely bathroom, plenty of counter space next to the sink, great walk-in shower. Special thanks to Lara who was very warm and welcoming. Hope to come back soon!

Superb Hotel! Best Marriott hotel in Berlin. Everything was prefect include room, service and food. Good location very close to Kadewe (bus or walk). Parking is reasonable. I really recommend this hotel in Berlin. Thank you Lara, you and your team made my stay! 性价比很高的豪华酒店，强烈推荐。

Great rooms and even better bar. The receptionists are friendly and very informative. The bar tenders had a lot of patience with my attempts at German. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Berlin.

Great boutique hotel near Berlin's famous shopping street, kurfürstendamm. Stayed here for 4 nights in their suite room. Really enjoyed every bit of it.

The Hotel is within walking distance of Zoo Train Station and is a very well-run house. The Staff are very helpful and really try to fulfill all The wishes of the Guest. The Restaurant serves excellent food, high-quality And priced in the upper Segment.

Honestly, unfortunately, I cannot join the other Reviews. I find the Rooms really insanely small for €200. Even an ibis Hotel has larger Rooms. We were very much looking forward to the Arrival after a 6 Hour Drive. And can't even move us around the Room or unpack other Stuff. The Cupboard has just Room for six Shirts. No Jackets. There is no Tray on the TOILET, so you could at least hang your Clothes (let alone underwear) somewhere. Not a chance. A Suitcase Buck in the Room was also not available. Our two Suitcases are now lying on the Floor. With that, we can't even get out of bed to go to the TOILET. Unfortunately, price Performance is definitely not right for me here. Would it Be just one Night — No Problem. But for three Nights, the Rooms are definitely too small.

Boutique hotel from Marriott family — lovely rooms. Very modern, recently refurbished. Great location — five mins walk from loads of restaurants and 10mins from Tiergarten park and city Zoo/Aquarium.

Fantastic hotel for a reasonable price in Berlin! The customer service was about the best I have ever had at any hotel. The decor was unique and the rooms were spacious (for Europe) with large bathrooms. Great shower. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building dating from the early twentieth century. Quiet neighborhood lined with trees. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. That being said, I was confused by the brightly coloured toilet paper (orange and purple) and found the bed to be rather uncomfortable. I woke up with a stiff neck and a sore back. Breakfast was not up to scratch for a five star hotel: we were not offered a menu, the buffet lacked plain yoghurt, the cheese was sweating and the rolls were not homemade! The staff could've been more observant. We had to wait for our coffee and for used plates to be cleared a tad too long. Another thing: we were offered breakfast vouchers as part of the platinum elite membership program and had to carry them around and hand them in at the breakfast area. In the age of communication this feels very outdated. It's breakfast at a five star hotel, for crying out loud, not a free drink during cocktail hour at club Med! Luckily, the staff are very friendly and eager to help to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Enjoying the beautiful Berlin, we had. The opportunity to enjoy the wonderful food of the restaurant Am Steinplatz and to close with gold brooch at the end of the. Dinner we enjoyed. Of some spectacular cocktails from your bar. A design site with a nice decor and excellent attention.

Excellent property. Location has an upscale, neighborhood feel. Staff is exceptionally warm and helpful. Proximity to the park is great for runners. Close to public transportation. Cannot wait to return. One of Marriott's best properties worldwide.

Room was very comfortable and the service was impeccable. The hotel restaurant had a delicious a la carte breakfast menu.

My new favorite hotel in Berlin. Check in was friendly and informative. They were able to upgrade me and my room had a sauna in it. Bed was comfortable, and breakfast in the morning was very good. Close to the "Ku-Damm" area.

The Hotel am Steinplatz was absolutely fabulous. We were in Berlin for a 3-night stay as tourists. We travel a lot. From Lara's warm greeting at check-in, to Wanda's beautiful conversation each morning at breakfast, to the housekeeping staff's top-notch service, we could not have asked for more. The location is great for easy access to all sites (by train or taxi) and for lovely evenings spent wandering a quaint Berlin neighborhood. Awesome.

TOP Hotel in a very good location. Super nice staff with good customer loyalty from the room service to the Restaurant. Very tasty food, and the menu changes from time to time, so I am pleased at each visit to the next Surprise. The rooms are super! Plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Large Rain Shower. The Spa area including the gym is the finest and can also be in the middle used the night. The Bar is excellent. I can recommend the following Cocktail called "Absinthe infused with Chocolate". Simply just the finest.

Tucked away in a cosy neighbour the hotel seems unassuming from the exterior but the interior is thoughtful and modern. My suite had a wonderful bathroom with shower and tub, the bed was comfortable…

Amazing experience, mainly because at our arrival we were informed that we were the VIP of the day! Great deco all around the hotel. We had a big room with a balcony with tall doors and lovely curtains. The bathroom was so spacious and… toilet paper was purple :O.

Service is excellent, they go out of their way to make their guest feel at home. The building is beautiful and well renovated. The bar has a great atmosphere. Only problem is that they keep the chimney on even when it is quite warm outside, so you cannot use their lounge, which is otherwise very confortable because it is too warm. It is located in a very nice area close to parks with very quaint restaurants and cafes.

Loved the place, people go out of their way to help, the room was very comfortable and fashionable. Recently renovated. By the technical University and the Kaiser Willem Memorial and a very upscale shopping area on Kurfürstendamm.

Small hotel. But very good service. All the staff speak very good English and are very helpful. Rooms are small but well designed. Although there's a lot of good, I believe it's slightly overpriced for what youre getting.

Beautiful boutique hotel! The staff was very helpful and the rooms were gorgeous. They even have brightly colored toilet paper, which was weird but fun. Every day after the room was cleaned we would return to our room and find a special treat on our pillows. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had nice, large walk-in showers. The bar was also really nice and they had friendly and fun bartenders. One of the bartenders made me a very good gin martini which was his specialty. It was definitely nice returning to this hotel after a long day of walking around the city.

We stayed two nights and three days. All of the staff were extremely kind, and understanding. They went out of their way to accommodate us and we're very quick in fixing issues. The food is delicious, and the room was exceedingly high quality. Would 100% stay here again.

To the Restaurant: fine dining in a stylish atmosphere. High performance through all the gears of time. 100 points for the kitchen and 100's more for the Service. Everything is to be taken seriously, from the Smile of the staff all the way to the wine recommendation perfect.
