On Arrival, the Hotel does not look very nice.
The Hotel is not clean: The cleaning staff throw the Towels to the Floor for Cleaning, and there are put-utensils standing around all over the Hotel.
The Windows have not been cleaned for Years. The Rooms smell modriy and are dirty.
The Breakfast was incredible!
The Buns are old and lay so in a suitcase (hygiene = 0) drunk is made from plastic cups. The so-called "Garden" of the Hotel is an overwhelming unweeding breeding!.

Location is near the centre and for the price is One of the best position. The room is big I have reseevated a double room and inside There was a third single bed. Good barhroom with douche and hair drier. Also good european breakfast.

Hotel Arrival is located near the center of Berlin. There is a metro line next to the hotel. It is a 5-minute drive from the centre. I liked the fact that it is mostly Russian-speaking. The price was good and breakfast was included. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Friendly staff. Recommend.

Rooms are small and bare, cleanliness not adequate, furniture bare but often too arranged.

Rude the staff. A little dirty but well connected.

Some rooms are on the main road. Room on the 4 floor small. Room doors are fire protection doors I had so far still not in any hotel. Elevator would need a service sometime. Breakfast is nothing special but OK. Price performance is at the border.

Good location. Quiet area. A two-minute shop. 5 minutes to the restaurants.

The hotel is not as bad as the reviews say!
The rooms are clean, every day they change the towels and make the bed, the meals are good (the crème exceptional), they are always available and they know a little about the Italian.

Just for a sleepover. And that linen bed with stains, hair. It was not changed for us, but simply folded neatly. Russian-speaking staff, which is convenient.

Well located Hotel if you want to go to the Berlin fair, although its maintenance and aesthetics leave a lot to be desired. Speak to your advantage for a price set, which includes breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Clearly it is a compromise solution more indicated if you are a young traveler with little budget or if you make a fast business trip in which you barely spend time in the hotel.

Not recommended, rooms are not cleaned and the bathroom, well you can see who was in front of one in this room.

Very unhappy with the hotel. Very dirty, poorly done housekeeping, on the bed hair, everywhere dust, dirty toilet, not opening windows, eaves Room (although indicated that we go with a small child). The photos are not true, very old hotel. Noisy, no soundproofing.
Plus-location.

A normal hotel, to relax after excursions is quite suitable. Water, hairdryer, nice bed linen.

Two stars just because the hotel is located in a central part of Berlin, full of shops and business. It is also easy to get around by Metro. For the rest the structure and the furniture very gloomy and fashioned (almost disturbing) as well as the breakfast with products of poor quality in the basement of the hotel. Indifferent and unfriendly ways of the staff for nothing helpful and help.

The rooms are very clean. Only the middle of the room was clean, on tables, the shelf and at all was dust. Bathroom OK. Breakfast consists of rolls and sausage or spread.
-Cheap-dirty-old-good location! Nearby is a Russian shop, a kebab, subway and the KuDamm is au net far.

Super location 1 Minute footwalk to Kurfürstendamm. Very reasonable prices. Clean. Friendly staff and FANTASTIC breakfast included. Rooms old berlin style furniture… Not modern but cosy somehow.

The location is quite good, room size and equipment for the paid price m. E. Just enough.

Nice inexpensive place to stay. Metro station Augsburger Street is just hundred metres away. Rooms are simple but clean. Breakfast is basic.

Very basic more of a hostel then a hotel. Not very clean. Breakfast choice not good. No tea making facilities. No safe in rooms. Very old-fashioned. Had to ask for our room to be cleaned. No English channels on TV.

The rooms are dirty, especially the bathroom. In the bathroom there were even some little critters that always disappeared in a hole under the shower. Beds are okay, the TV is completely outdated and works only rarely and then rather poorly than right. Positive aspects of the hotel are the good location, the free Wi-Fi and the very good breakfast.
Conclusion: For one or two nights it may be suitable for a longer stay but definitely not, also since the prices are really high for what you get in the end effect.

I loved staying there for 10 days, everything is fine except for the TV and the difficulty in opening the windows! Breakfast if fine and Wi-Fi is available in all locations.

Not a luxury hotel, yet clean and fully adequate rooms, friendly and helpful staff, free parking secured behind the house and a clearly arranged breakfast buffet, which everyone gets tired of. For the price an absolutely reasonable and good hotel.

Fairly close to the shopping district and zoo, decent breakfast offerings and great water heat/pressure. Haven't seen a tube television in a long while but at least it had a couple of channels in English. Good for if you're on a small budget.

Location is decent, about 15 min journey to the centre of Berlin via the underground. Breakfast is disappointing in my opinion, cheese and meats and bread and yogurt, some random vegetables, coffee and tea. The shower in my room was greats, loads of water pressure. The room itself is all you need, beds and a table and a bathroom. Beds are pretty comfy. Its way overpriced for what it is though.

Not very clean hotel. Good location though.

Could not really shut the windows (with curtains), so light came into the room in the morning — could not sleep very long. Lighting was broken in the shower, so it was dark. The furniture is old, breakfast-room is in the basement. I can not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are nice if you do not have so many demands, but not at all clean, full of povlere.

If I could have given even less: service more than shoddy; Small rooms, full of patches of moisture and smelly because of the mildew and carpet anything but clean. The ridge was reached for breakfast, deprived of the simplest drinks and being and in order to everything you must also clear. Really bad experience I don't recommend it.

Someone mentioned loud towel deliveries early in the morning that were bothering them — stayed in this hotel for a month and not once was I woken up by towel delivery. On another note — great interior. It's a little old-fashioned but it's amazing. Each floor is decorated in the style of some transport e. G. Trains, boats. The staff is very friendly. My room was always clean. The breakfasts are a little limited but you can always find something to your taste. I stayed here for a month and I was able to switch up what I eat for breakfast without getting bored of the same food all of the time. I loved it here, came back again the year after and will most certainly come again if I'm ever in Berlin. P. S. The Wi-Fi works best in rooms closer to the stairs. You may want to consider that when choosing a room.

Great location! Great value for money. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was great.

Price performance well. Single rooms very tiny. Since in Berlin it is better to stay. For a spontaneous and short notice booking but all OK. A renovation would be once again appropriate.

Never! Never! This is the worst thing I've ever experienced. Dirty and no heating! In The Autumn! Immediately ausgechecked.

Minushotel! After 10 min stay, we had an Alternative to go to; dirty old room with furniture salvaged from the dump. Extremely versifft.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Never again. First of all the sheets smelled and were not clean. In the mornings around 6/7 there's a laundry service van at the back of the hotel which delivers fresh towels. That guy is unbelievably loud which means every morning around 6:30 it wakes you up. Breakfast was among one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Interior is very outdated (not that I care about that, but just thought I'd mention) and personnel are very unfriendly. Seriously, if you're considering this hotel: don't do it. There are cheaper hotels in better neighborhoods in Berlin that offer so much more.

Everything is fine but insulation is not up to par.

Disastrous! Unfriendly reception staff, decor from the 70s, uncomfortable, broken beds, TV — Geraete from the ' 80s, the remote control without battery. W-Lan works neither in 3. Still 4. Floor. I wish I would have immediately left, but … and now comes the best, the have the amount deducted from my card and when I wanted to go and the credit demanded, was the card reader suddenly stopped working. After a sleepless night, the next Morning, the Shock at Breakfast : moldy fruit, canned milk, cheese, and Salami from the pack … etc! So folks, for the money (54€ double room) there are in Berlin really muuuch more better … now I know it also!

Good minimum and basic hotel with plentiful breakfast.
