Excellent variety of everything under the sun, from hats to garden tools to alcohol. Great pub on the 5th floor for refreshments while the spouse shops.

Unique atmosphere, great gourmet department on the 6th floor, beautiful view on the 7th floor:) Ideal for strolling and strolling.

The KaDeWe belongs to Berlin like the Brandenburg Gate. A temple of consumption with very friendly staff.

I was overcharged twice (e. G. : 50 euros for something what costs 18) in the past Christmas week in their chocolate department. Once I spotted it, the manager who had to issue a refund did not even apologize. It’s business as usual, it seems. When you tap its hard to see the amount the cashier put and she twice failed to give me a proper receipt, not transaction confirmation.

Since the conversion is just totally confusing, staff unfriendly just not what was once maybe this is also due to Corona, parking garage a disaster too narrow and still for about 4 hours 16 € 😠😠. I have always been so happy to go to the KaDeWe but on bad mood & arrogant staff I do not really feel like. And I can spend my money somewhere else!

Unfortunately, a completely disastrous customer service, which rubs off on the complete shopping experience. No one from customer service has been available by phone for weeks and e-mail is simply ignored.
I have never experienced anything like this on site in the house in Berlin!

It looked like a familiar student stall.

Key handover around 35 minutes later, the apartment was not cleaned. Make-up on the otherwise fresh bed linen. Beds are partially well located. Heating pipe drips. In the bathroom thick dust flows on the vent grid. Key doesn't fit right into the lock. Location is top, just 5 minutes to Ku 'damm. Price performance is right at €95per night, doesn't.

Great value for money. We stayed very centrally at the Nürnbergerstr. 32, after 4 minutes we were at the KaDeWe. Very good to reach. Only the staff were not good to reach, the toilet only partially rinsed and it was dripping and the TV reception was sometimes not the best. But it was very cheap. We stayed in the Easter holidays 2018 and have paid for 4 nights (Mo-fr) so about €250. Super!

Honestly if you want to enjoy your stay in berlin don't go here. Especially not if you come with a girl since it's really dirty. After the first night we booked another place to leave asap. First of all the owning company let us wait over an hour outside. They kept telling us they would be there in 5 mins. The Wi-Fi doesnt exist for the room. There were hairs on the bed. The building looks old and ghetto. The shower screen has lots of spots on it that look gross. The floor looks old and dirty, just like the whole apartment. The kitchen items were dirty too. Can't recommend! Do yourself a favor and book a nicer place!

The Google adress is incorrect. The apartments have good public transport comunication, you have a train station at the door. The bed is not very confortable but its ok. Finally, the heating system are wonderfull.

He doesn't deserve a star. I would not recommend it to anyone, I felt ripped off, nothing to do with the photos or the services offered, is a block. Private apartments rented by some owners. To find them they don't even have the name. Cold and bland apartment. Dirty, the bathtub and the curtain was disgusting to shower there. The kitchen better wash everything before eating. Guardaequipages is offered and does not exist. A disappointing experience.
