• Super nice room (double bed and extra space for baby cot)
• nice clean bathroom
• Breakfast is great
• you can always get hot drinks for free from 7am to 10:30pm (latte macchiato highly recommended)
• if you have your room in the direction of Ku-Damm it could get a little noisy as many posers drive show rounds in the evening (but the hotel staff can't help it)
• for me there are no negative points.

Big rooms, friendly international staff, but we could hear EVERYTHING that happened around us: people next door, people in the room above ours, the elevator, the hallway door slamming shut after each guest, etc.

Nice Hotel, friendly welcome in the spacious Lobby. We had a XL room with balcony and everything was super, the Breakfast in the Morning was very good, something different Eel what are otherwise known as and, most importantly, very good coffee and tea selection. The last visit was definitely not there.

Highly recommended: good location directly at the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, convincing concept, practical underground parking. Via the bus lines 100 and 200 you can easily reach all the central "Must Sees" in Berlin. I'm happy to come back.

I liked the overall atmosphere, and the friendly staff. A lot. Also it is cool, that you can play board games in their lobby on dedicated tables, and it is kids friendly and very laid back. An easy place to hang around. The beds are the best I ever slept in in a hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable. The carpet is covered with stains and in the bathroom bustled is a silver fish.
Also the furniture has its best time long behind and the sofa was also totally filthy.
The entrance leads through the passage that is frequented by the public gym. Not everyone's business…
On our statement that we will change the hotel one responded to the reception only with an indifferent "ah okay" without any further demand.
Therefore, I can only recommend the nearby hotel to a well known chain as an alternative to the Berliner Hof.

Great location. Price adequate. Our room was very well-stayed. Stains on the carpet, all a bit oll, but clean it was already. Hard mattresses, good for sleeping. Personally, it is enough because you are in the heart of the city and spend little time in the room. Room was very spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at estrel hotel. It was much better than my expectations and moreover, the whole staffs were very cooperative & supportive. Surely, I will consider this in my future trips as well.

Fitness club on the first floor open 24 hours a day, what means noise all night on the second floor. Hotel is basic, clean, good located.

The location of the hotel is very central in Berlin. The underground parking and the breakfast are also great. Otherwise the hotel is very old-fashioned. Old windows, old stained carpets. The cleanliness of the bath on arrival so La… Hair on the tiles and dark joints reflect the need for renovation. All in all a very cheap alternative for the short transit.

We had no complaints at all. The price was pretty reasonable for the location. The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. We would definitely return here.

I stayed in room 515. Whilst the rest of the hotel was cool, bearing on mind this is October, the room / corridor I stayed in was so HOT. I complained but they couldn't move me. I opened the window but it is straight onto a main road. It was very noisy all night with traffic noise. No maintenance could sort it and reception could do nothing about it. They feigned surprise although I believe it's an ongoing problem they knew about from the body language, I put up with it for the first night but got zero sleep. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and location is good. Just let down by not being able to sleep all night which after all is what the room is for. I wouldn't stay there again but I'm just warning of the problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the transaction due to a system error. The way in which the solution-oriented, friendly and accommodating of the staff and the Managing Director (in the middle of the night! ) were handled was impressive. I would definitely like to come back!

A good hotel, with fine breakfast possibilities. Located very near the Kurfustendamm, Berlin metro etc. Great place to start shopping!

Very spartan though spacious family room. 3 beds with unobstructed view to the other beds. Poor shower head. Beware: their "bike service" is an expensive shop in the neighboring Europe Center. At 20 euros per day a rip-off compared to the normal rate of 12 euros.

First of all, when we entered the hotel for the first time, the room was very dirty and there were stains on the dull blue carpet. I did not feel very comfortable in the hotel. The room did come with a nice tv, though and the breakfast was pretty good.

I absolutely loved this hotel it was a very convenient location and very fairly priced however they have the worst pillows I ever encountered in a hotel and they deafly didn't give you enough of those bed pillows. They also don't have air-conditioning and I got fairly hot in the evening time. The staff that was very friendly and helpful and like I said it is in a great location but I need to step it up a little bit.

Such a great hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located, close to public transport and very central. It is easy to get to this hotel from tegal airport (X9 bus from the airport with a short walk to the hotel). Our room was clean, large and well equipped. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Berlin.

It's a very basic hotel. The towels are small, in the bathroom there is only a soap dispenser that is worth like gel, soap and shampoo. The beds are comfortable and there is good heating. In general, it's quiet. The breakfast is not very varied and the room has a strange smell of goat cheese. The service is attentive and speaks in Spanish. As for the location, it is 12 stops from Alexanderplatz, about 20 minutes by subway, but around there are many shops and a few restaurants.

Very close to the Centre. Against mortgage free use of the fitness studio McFit in the same House. Rooms are clean and adequate. Top breakfast. Rooms are not air conditioned to the road and it gets a little warm in the spring when the Sun is about. Parking costs a lot, but the car is safe.

Best location you can imagine. Buses, U-bahn and taxi outside the door. Nice rooms, good breakfast and nice staff. Thats what I need for a stay. I will come back.

Very well located. The hotel is a right, but rather cold place. Starts on the second floor of a building (in the first runs a gym and on the ground floor there is no more than a corridor to access the elevator). Staff is very friendly and well prepared, but not all. The breakfast is very good and served in the unique warm space all over the place. A proposed low-cost, not much more.

A good location in central Berlin. Perhaps a ten minute walk from the train station (which is about 45 minute ride from the airport). Not sure what I expected in central Berlin, but this area reminded me of NYC. While the buildings aren’t nearly as tall, there were crowds of people out in the evening (it was quite cold and had snowed that day), lots and lots of shops and neon and lights and restaurants, and more shopping and lights and neon. The Berliner Hof is post modernist industrial spareness to the nth degree. Not that that is a bad thing. Entrance is tucked into the side of a newer building, reception is on the 1st floor. We had a small problem with our reservation (it was listed as being cancelled) but the staff handled it quickly and pleasantly. Our room was good sized, although completely lacking in any decoration. Nice wardrobe, a small desk, nice entryway, and a good sized bath with a good sized shower. There was plenty to do and see right in the area, which is just a few blocks south of the Tiergarden. It’s a pleasant 20 minute walk to the center of the gardens, and a few blocks from the Berlin Zoo.

Centrally located between KaDeWe and the memorial Church located city hotel, without any pretense of Flair, or the like. Shares its entrance with a well-frequented fitness centre (the well-being of hotel guests free of charge can be used). Room size and facilities are in order, the cleanliness is acceptable, the Breakfast is ranked at the lower Level. What the Hotel after consideration but recommended makes are its location and the cheap price. Because what else than eat Breakfast, sleep, shower one does ultimately there.

The stay in the Hotel pleased us very well! Gluten-free Breakfast was no Problem! There was also a fridge and kettle in the room, what I see as being very useful found! For a city trip perfectly! The location is absolutely Central the room and bathroom were clean. And the Breakfast Buffet incl. Glutenfreiem bread according to Pre-order super-delicious.

Worldhotels Comfort collection. Very good location with easy access to U-Bahn, S-Bahn Train Station and X9 Bus terminal to TXL airport. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast served at fifth floor. Good value for money.

I visit the Hotel for professional reasons on a regular basis. It is not only inexpensive, but offers in addition to the Central location, very spacious and always clean rooms. The staff is very attentive and very friendly. If it is at Breakfast even bread rolls from the Baker would give, would be the price/performance ratio is absolutely perfect.

Rooms were clean. The Breakfast room was quite sterile and very loud by the height of the room. Very uncomfortable! The use of McFit Studios (24 Hours) was just super. The Angestelten at the Reception super friendly and Helpful.

The location is great and pretty much there is every convenience that a tourist can find, from the supermarket attached, to McDonald's front, Kadewe, Saturn, Footlocker, etc. The Christmas markets right in front of the church and pretty much in the middle of 3 metro stops. Honestly, after visiting Berlin for a week, I wouldn't want to stay in any other area. The Hotel is very nice and clean. Very friendly staff and helpful Recommended.

The hotel room was very nice and clean. It was helpful that the electric kettle and a fridge were there in the room. I liked the fact that we could open the window, usually not possible in some North American hotels. I thought that it would be a good idea to have a clock radio in the room. And I looked under the mattress and the slats, I thought that that space could use a bit of vacuuming. Overall it was great. Thanks.
