Horrible attitude towards their customers. Refusing to be civil in handling simple situations.

The staff are helpful and the facilities are better than I would have expected for the price, — but I can't say I'm happy with being misgendered twice by the same person otherwise I'd have given 4 stars.

Cheapest hotel we've found for our dates, turned to be okay — clean, but with a view on building site garbage. Had a squirrel though. Judging by the amenities, it seems to be a repurposed home for the elderly.

Clean, polite staff, delicious breakfast. For your money — a good option.

It's very okay and you get what you pay for. Very basic but was very clean. The woman at reception was lovely and overall enjoyed our stay. About 7 minute walk to the Zoo underground/station and max another 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz which isnt bad at all!

Always nice, always good. If you want to experience a different hotel, mh-like.

The light in the bathroom didn't work on the first room that they gave us. They told us that they will fix it but when we came back after a couple of hours they didn't. And after a walk up and down the stairs with our luggages, we received a room with almost no space between the bed and the wall… I feel sorry that I didn't took a picture of it… So, the service is far from ideal. Neither the furniture and the overall look. The matrice on the bed was comfortable thought. Had a good sleep…

It is my sixth year and I am always very pleased to come back. Friendly staff. Ideally located in town.

Funny smell. No air conditioning. Great staff. If they can fix this smell the ac ain't a big problem. Berlin's quite cool in the night.

The hotel seems to share the house with normal apartments. In itself everything was okay, only the shower left badly to be desired. Unfortunately, there was hardly any water pressure, so showering down was not a real joy.

Rooms and Hotel themselves clean. The Rooms are adequate in terms of Amenities. However, no one should sleep here who places much Emphasis on Space and "Luxury. " In addition, the Elevator is really creepy. As it shakes up a lot on the Ride and often closes the Doors late or not. The Staff that existed during my Stay were friendly on the one Hand, but also bored.

Oldest building ever seen. No ventilation in the rooms. It was like an oven and when asked for table fan, got the weirdest reply. "to ask the housekeeper"! Bathroom was fine.

Good location, close to the U-Bahn. The view wasn't the best, but overall pleasant.

Very decent for the price, quite small bathroom however.

Stayed in a single room for a few nights on a business trip. My review divided to positive and negative points: POSITIVE: — Clean room and lobby; daily room cleaning was done meticulously. — Great location, quiet street, close to U-bahn, a donair shop, a restaurant, and two grocery stores, all open until late night. — Friendly staff. — Decent price as of April 2018. NEGATIVE: — There is only one elevator, and it stops on the stair landing of each floor. A pain for carrying luggage. — Long hallways with lights usually out; had to go through 4 emergency exit doors to get from one hallway to another to get to my room. — Rooms are not sound proof; I could hear my neighbors' music even though it wasn't that loud. — Old and damaged furniture in the rooms, hard carpet. — Wi-fi signal quality was low at times.

The hotel has been in the years. The elevator is way too slow and feels unsafe. The entrance area of the hotel is inviting, as one thinks that the rooms also look like this. Getting into the room is like in the Labyrinth. No motion detectors and it creaked everything.
Room + The hair dryer is good + bathroom relatively new + on the whole, everything was clean — stains on the carpet — broken cupboard — through bed — bed frame defective — TV too small and no clear picture — color from the walls bare — shower curtain too short — over Chwemmung breakfast was okay, but much you don't need to expect. There was Industrieaufbackbrötchen and very little choice — least quality. But: Nice staff.
Conclusion: It is absolutely necessary to renovate. I would not book here again.

The hotel is fine. If you're used to five star places then it's not for you. The room is clean enough and big enough, decent bathroom. The price and location is good too. It was quite noisy though. Both from other guests and the knackered lift that was close to my room. The worst part was the 8am wake up call from the guy that insisted on cleaning my bathroom. Like others say, the staff weren't exactly enthusiastic but it really doesn't matter as you only check in with them. I guess you get what you pay for.

Nice size clean room However, the bathroom is small which would not be the worst, but for me a no-go this shower curtain yuck unhygienic. Here would be a renovation of needs.
And the breakfast would be OK there would not be the awful dry bread and the cruel buns.

The room is total value for money. It's clean, the personnel are kind and helpful. It's very close to public transportation and to local markets. Totally recommend for a few low badget vacation.

Have never been so bad about tired. Room Dirty: Walls peel off, in wardrobe thick layer of dust, bad dirty. Equipment very old and broken. Wardrobe could not be closed. TV was so aligned that you had to dislocate your neck to look. Shower rusted. Heating could not be set manually… Pure sauna. I hardly slept because this hotel was very noisy. You really hear every step, as loud as the one who just next to a run or even fall through the ceiling. Lift also do nothing for the faint hearted.

Photos do not correspond to the room condition. Very runtergekommendes hotel. The only thing I can write good about is that the staff is very nice. The private parking is similar to a Mäuseloch. With something bigger than an A3 you barely get through. Furniture broken. Bathroom clean but very outdated. TV too small. No channels have been deposited. Had to start a search. Disgusting carpet.

Room was very large and spacious with high ceilings. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. The only criticisms I have is lack of English channel on the TV and the pillows could have been better. But all in all great value and thoroughly pleased with stay.

Good breakfast, no attendant speaks Italian, but not a syllable… The rooms are sparse and a little dated, considering how many I paid, I expected much more. I don't think I'll be back.

A small and warm room 5 minutes from the Berlin Zoo train station. Recommended.

Very nice staff. The room was small but clean and cozy. A modern bathroom with a large shower, very nice. Thus a more than reasonable price — performance ratio. Recommended!

Very bad experience: (-broken stained carpet-Abgestossene walls in the room-totally overheated hotel-in the elevator are missing some buttons for operation-we miss another seat in the room, except a chair-in the bathroom the toilet was too cramped Built to the washbasin-WLAN was offered but there was not a star because the hotel was near Centrums.

Dirty baths, hair everywhere from other guests. The bathroom was very noisy and the room was very quiet. The gentleman at the front desk had only Pampig responded to the complaint and did not apologize for any inconvenience.

This Hotel had a very good location but that's all. Staff were not all that friendly. We were there four days and had no Wi-Fi connection the whole time, having to rely on pub across the road for this service. Our TV had no signal so we reported this but not rectified. The pillows we were expected to sleep on wouldn't support a childs head let alone an adult. The shower recess was very small and we are not big people so heaven help those who are. I would rate this hotel as low as 3 out of ten.

Very old holes building, leaflets are not in the level of the room so you have to carry it to room level. Restaurant is out of the building with a constant breakfast with a very few items. Internet was cut for two day with no effort Toto Te air it.

Friendly and modern Aufgepepptes hotel in the heart of Berlin. The rooms are in converted old founding houses, this creates something like a pension atmosphere. The room service worked well, the breakfast was delicious. Price-performance fit, happy again!

Nice hotel in the Baroque style. Nice clean and spacious room with terrace during my stay. Low performance Wi-Fi. Breakfast was very good.

Great location It is true that one can at times be annoyed by the wooden parquet that creaks but otherwise the comfort is optimal and the shower gels smell very good. The value for money is interesting and especially it is close to the metro and shopping malls.

Very big rooms! No airco, minibar or even coffee but it's a really nice place to stay at. Close to metro stations.

Clean, quality hotel considering the price (don't go expecting anything fancy). All I needed for my brief stay considering most of my time was spent out in the city.

Well, 4 stars may be to much for a hotel where the breakfast is not included and it's not superfresh with the old carpets and a cheap pillow. But for that kind of money and great location then it's well worth the money. If they could keep that price then we will be back next time we are in Berlin.

Do not be fooled by the pictures… Our room was overlooked by an office block, the bed linen was clean, but room was dusty and fairly grotty. There are no tea making facilities in the room (a massive down grade for that). You have to go outside to another building belonging to the hotel and get tea for €1.5 a small cup!
It was certainly an experience staying here, and not one I will again.

The location is great. Good metro connection with reasonably quiet. The rooms are very small, but clean and cheap.
Worth a recommendation!

Super hotel to stay in Berlin.

Fine Hotel for the money. The Hotel Clerk at night was really friendly and serviceminded. The breakfast buffet were delicious and well-assorted. A little lack on the cleaning is to mention though :) but it was not that bad, so only one star was taken from the 5.

Can't understand the negative reviews. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and correct. Breakfast is rich and the stars according to more than adequate even if it comes later. It comes to rest very well here. Can give me the negative comments just so a guest for small office explain this a 5 star + expected here however is the price / performance ratio. We like to come back. Thank you very much.

Renovation-needy place to stay with central access to the city.
POSITIVE
Good location, friendly staff, parking easily in the Hoteleigenem Hof (€8), free wireless, clean impression, good breakfast.
NEGATIVE
Lift is not very trust yet, creaking corridors and rooms floors, bathroom sterile shower curtain shabby, white, holder of the curtain not a hotel standard, shower not clean and squirts everywhere… reminiscent of holiday camps, easiest and damaged furniture, no free Sockets for charging of mobile devices, creaking beds, very clean rooms.
Price performance are short to only 2☆☆.

I was with my friend two nights at this hotel. The location is really good, you quickly reach the Kurfürstendamm. But you have to change much to get to the city centre which was somewhat awkward for me not Berlin. We could leave our luggage as we came too early. The luggage was then marked with a small piece of paper and placed in the corner of the small living room. Beware that no one did. Frankly I could have let loose going with a strange case.
The rooms were small, but fine, what was there. The price was good.
The room cleaning was still a dirty sponge into the sink and the toilet paper was not populated (half a roll of toilet paper is not sufficient for me and my friend), was not bad, we got just one in the gang can.
The bed was super. I'm a little disappointed the promised beauty articles, I've imagined free mini shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and conditioner including. But there were only fixed shower gel and soap dispenser.
I would come back. : D.

Good price/performance ratio, echt top

The Pro's anticipated: that is close to the dam of the cow from the advantage for corresponding trips, to do this it has a certain charm to live in a former apartment building (old building). Very good price (online we booked two nights in a double room for 103 without breakfast). At this price we had hired us quite some restrictions, even though the photos of the rooms were quite promising. The very beautiful and modern facade was suspect on arrival, having made a bargain.
Our first room was on the ground floor of the secret annex. Already when entering we took one was extremely musty odor that turned out after a short search as a strong black mold after water damage behind the wardrobe! More than a meter the wall must have been below moisturized which plaster had already solved. The damage was apparently not only a few days old, but, if at all, only passably been fixed.
After complaint at the reception we got another room on the top floor of the main house on the road with some excuse and without much talk directly. First shock here: the modern-looking, but lacklustre elevator. When starting with a small hop, slumped he ever again after what will be a slightly queasy read. In the room then the window also loose and infested with mold cleaning, as well as the open laid water pipes (stop building, but apparently never fundamentally renovated been) located on the wall behind the curtain a wheel that was dripping heavily.

Super suitable as a start for a part-time leg — great idea, great used to 5 star delüxe :-)

To make it short, and I think that this is also the business model of the company: recently we are together with family in Berlin of course hardly time to gain a foothold — the offer is exactly located and the boys presented convincing and I feel in the atmosphere super comfortable!
Business life easier, only drawback was that only a place in the Community Office was free and as the Frenchman says no single Office — only 4star — but otherwise allet spotlessly! ;-)
In short: Everything went very well, I'm very happy here.

Fantastic — and unknown — opportunity to focus on my real work perfectly. Everything works super, relieved me and especially the extra services are useful for me as a self-employed very, very!

Not the John-Doe Business centre but a very personal one, young team, creative workspaces, very, very helpful secretaries and rather a family-feeling than a typical business pay-for-everything-attitude. Anytime I need my space to work, this is number one to me, especially since good co-working spaces in Charlottenburg are rather rare. Cool guys, keep up that concept, it's rocking! :).

I worked in the past 6 month at the office in Berlin city center. It was for me a perfect solution to have a flexible office for my company Dutch Royal Shisha. I had close contact to the market because of the perfect location at Kudamm. The most idealistic office location for any company. Berlin Metropolitan Office made it possible for me to save money on costs and work efficiently on my company vision.

Simply the best — Feeling honoured to be part of the Team! :-).

Good value for money. Real great location and nice clean rooms.
