Nice place to stay, shopping, eating and history nearby. Very good breakfast, very good beds. One thing: I asked 3 times for an extra pillow and a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign, but I never got it, so every morning housekeeping came in… Communication between frontdesk and housekeeping needs to be improved. But still I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is from the 70s so it's not an architectural gem but they do a good job to keep the rooms attractive, comfortable and usable. Everything is clean and the quality of products is good. The location is quiet but close to Ku-damm, unfortunately a bit away from current city center. The food in the restaurant was on the salty side. Overall a solid choice but nothing to write home about.

Great location! A nice and quiet part of Berlin. Still very close to the city centre and public transportation. The staff is very friendly and professional, the ammeneties excellent and rooms nice and clean. The air conditioning was a life saver with this heat!

Well this is a great hotel. However! It's completely let down by the completely incompetent bar staff! I stayed there for 6 days. Just about everything else was perfect! The rooms, service staff, Reception, the breakfast was amazing!. They have two bars, I tried both, there is something seriously wrong with the bar management. Order a drink and you have to wait 20 minutes before its delivered. Goodness knows why? Some nights it wasn't even busy. But I promise you. You'll still have to wait!. Honestly!. It wasn't just me! Everyone in my group experianced this problem. Basically, the bar staff have an attitude problem! If you do stay there. Get out and try a few local bars.

Good business hotel. We had booked with breakfast, which was really good. On the second day, however, we had to wait 20 minutes to get coffee cups. The operation of the side table has always looked through us. Don't go for a hotel with such aspirations at all.

When you arrive at the hotel you think you are in an out-of-the-way residential area until you walk around the block and realize the Kurfürstenstraße is right there! Nice, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. A great place to stay and the free transit card is a huge plus.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Very nice and modern rooms. The rooms are very clean and tidy. We stayed in a deluxe room, which had a Nespresso machine, fridge and bottled water on the house. If you are looking for a hotel in Berlin, look no further.

The hotel is definitely worth a recommendation. The staff was very friendly, the room was top. At breakfast there was a lot of choice and the service was always on hand and followed up. Metro, S-Bahn and bus are within walking distance.

Pool is more like a big jacuzzi. 70s like Hotel, for those who like the vintage style even though the rooms were redecorated. OK but you can find better in Berlin.

This is a nice hotel located in a decent part of the city centre with easy transport links. Staff are friendly and they are happy to hold your luggage before you can check-in or after you check out.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Upscale and has all amenities you'd expect. It's not modern in style but hold up well to classic without being kitsch. Have a really nice bar for a drink before bed and you are just minutes away from shopping and activities.

In some places something has come to the years. There is a (1) star (*) deduction.
Otherwise an all round pleasant visit to the House of Steigenberger. The room service is very friendly and helpful. Even a charging cable for a colleague's smartphone was served with a smile on the room.
As a guest you feel comfortable and enjoy the nice ambiance.

Very nice hotel on Kurfürstendamm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was adequate, unfortunately the mattress for my taste was too soft. Breakfast huge choice and delicious! Something for everyone.

All right. Except for the TV in the room. Very small and poor image quality. Absolutely under the standard nowadays. The internet also goes to the knees in the evening because it is used by many.

A really lovely place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. There's a superb selection of hot/cold drinks, continental and cooked foods. My room is really amazing. All very plush. The Nespresso coffee machine was particularly appreciated. It's in a very convenient location, with nearby restaurants and shops within a short walk. There's also a bar and restaurant within the hotel itself. I will certainly visit again. Highly recommended.

The Steigenberger Hotel works conscientiously to fulfill the wishes of its customers to the full satisfaction. The breakfast service is relaxed and gives an excellent start to the day. Even at events the service does not stay behind other hotels.
The fast connection to the U1, as well as the zoological garden make the hotel interesting for anyone who wants to use the stay in Berlin to get to know the city more closely.

We were here for a day seminar. Great space, fabulous buffet for lunch and dinner. Meat, fish, vegetarian for everyone! Appetizers, main courses and dessert a dream. Wonderful service and super nice staff. Thank you very much!

A good hotel, not far from the zoo, 500 meters underground, is very convenient.

Good hotel but has fitness room with no weights only 2 running machines and 2 cross trainers. Good breakfast I got the omellete freashly made along with the pancakes.

I am recommending the Savoy Berlin to anyone going to Berlin. Besides the points mentioned above, the Savoy has true elegance and class without any ostentation. Service is experienced and deft and always polite. Rooms on the garden are incredibly quiet. The decor of the hotel has great style. The dining room is a dream — large, comfortable, with true German haute cuisine and tradition. The breakfast buffet is a concession to international requirements, but is done better than any I have experienced anywhere! I saw the chef several times checking it. The German salami is out of this world. Plus there is also "full English breakfast" including grilled tomato! Before arriving, Frln Bartsch in reservations was very helpful. Overall, I would say "stay at the Adlon if you must, but the real jewel of Berlin hotels is the Savoy. its really amazing. Goid views. Awesome service with best facilities.

Also for comparatively little money there is a good room with good views. However, there are not enough seats in the rooms where you can normally enjoy breakfast in the morning. And if you still want to eat breakfast or you have booked the whole thing before, you have to go to a comparatively very poorly equipped other room point.

The breakfast buffet is well worth it. There is always some offer to take room at a good price. Good location In the western part, one of the two centers Q has the city.

A well-kept and well-placed luxury hotel.

I would call this a dated 4 star hotel. Fine location, but as a guest in the superior double room I can say I stayed in 3 stars hotels that are nicer. I know people cheat on ratings with 3 stars hotel but this is absolutely not a 5 star hotel.

The spa area has a small round swimming pool that invites you to relax, a small sauna is also available. Massages can be booked on site.

Staff at 70 percent top. Some maintain friendliness for the federal president or the Queen. The hotel is old but well furnished. Shower was clogged. Other guests just ridiculous.

Nice hotel. Price is reasonable. Staff very friendly. The offer is average good. It is a good thing to note that there was a free BVG card to stay.

Great location! But let's be honest about the stars: where did the fifth come from and why? It is an ok four star hotel regarding everything, i. E. The service level, friendliness of staff, breakfast, rooms etc. If you are looking for a five star hotel experience, you won't get it here. And there are plenty four star hotels in Berlin in comparable locations that'll cost you ~30% less. Do not recommend!

Are two nights to visit very clean and a great room we have. Breakfast was abundantly refreshed and delicious. Have slept super well. Great Hotel.

Not a 5 star hotel, 3 stars are more likely; we didn't have enough towels at the first night. We didn't also have shower gel and hand soap in the room. We bought it from the store. The hotel is quite old, no renovation made recently. The breakfast was good, but the sparkling wine finished too early.

All in all a very pleasant stay. But the TV picture and the Wi-Fi are a disaster. What brings me a big TV if the picture has a resolution of probably about 144p. You could have just as well put on a potato.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge speaks Spanish and helps you with any detail and maps. Breakfast is excellent!

Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. Hotel was clean throughout, with friendly staff that put up with my terrible attempts at German. Pool was small but a nice place to relax after a long day on your feet.

It's a wonderful hotel and me and my dad enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, in terms of eating out, and travelling and sightseeing. The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially in the case of the room key cards needing replacement. The rooms are absolutely clean and well furnished with excellent amenities. When we return to Berlin, will definitely stay here again, it's worth it.

Loved the hotel, didn't want to leave! Staff are so friendly and helpful, hotel rooms were kept clean and well maintained, good sized rooms, bathrooms were lightly smaller than the pics but still clean. Pool was roughly 3ft, very amazing though… have a spa and sauna, massages are roughly between €40-€120, pools open from 9am-10pm, sauna is open from 1pm-10pm. Would definitely stay here again!

Elegant place. Has a small pool. And sauna. You can book appointments for spa massages. The bar is always open. Room service is prompt. It was a pleasurable experience.

Had a pleasant stay here for few days. Service is great, and room service was damn fast. They have nice SPA zone with small pool and sauna. Very nice location. But still can't give it 5 stars, it doesn't feel as 5 stars for me. Room space are too small for that price.

Great hotel, good restaurant. Nice room (despite a card system that works not very well). There is even a jacuzzi in the interior courtyard.

Beautiful hotel. Staff can't do enough for you. Rooms very clean & comfortable. Could do with more sugar & milk, coffee that sort of stuff but apart from that I'd you call reception they will soon deliver to room. Excellent swimming pool & sauna area. Would definitely come back again & again. Very close to bars & restaurants expensive in this area but like the Westend London prices but you do get what you pay for. Couldn't fault any of it.

We were overcharged for a € 100! Before we talk on the phone a good price, but by the time we leave, let us pay 100 euros. We told cashier that makes him look, but he did not do any processing. We also write to hotels and there is no response. Disappointed!

Great selection of rum and good range of cigar from Cuba, Nicaragua, Honduras and the Dominican Republic. Very good advice and high level of expertise.
