Excellent stay! Clean rooms, great breakfast, quiet location near public transport. Indoor pool, sauna, and fitness area are solid bonuses. Staff is really friendly and efficient.

Excellent option. Although is not close to the city the connection by train works perfect. Clean, comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent breakfast with many options. Comfortable beds, very clean. We were a family with 2 rooms and wish we had gotten adjoining rooms, but understood there were not anymore available.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Family of 4 in 2 rooms. Reception at check in readily accommodated our request for a better room view. Although staff can be more courteous to guests.

After a long hike, we relaxed a bit under the trees covering this classic biergarten. The menu options were perfect for hungry hikers, but even the classics (Currywurst mit Pommes) had homecut fries.

Service was fast, friendly and efficient.
The asparagus was especially great. All dishes were well presented.
Road next to hotel was occasionally loud.

Super friendly owners who have a lot of tips on what to do. It's nice, they talk to at breakfast and are there to offer experienced advice. The rooms are nice and clean.

My wife and I have visited this location many times over the many years we've walked around the area from Walchansee to Garmisch. The owner has always been welcoming.

We stayed at this beautiful guesthouse for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!
The family that runs the house are some of the nicest people we have ever encountered in our many travels!

Due to the secluded location, single guests are apparently only welcome outside of peak hours.
Six of you can get a table even without a reservation, not alone!

A typical bavarian country guesthouse. The Schweinsbraten is freshly made at lunchtime. Only then it tastes great. Also other local dishes as it should be. Nothing to complain.

We where traveling on a motorcycle holiday to Austria, we booked an overnight stay at this hotel, it’s a lovely hotel you drive down a little single track road and it just appears, a very nice room,

Landhotel Waldeck is a lovely family-owned and run Inn on the Romantic Road. Our experience was outstanding. Michael, the receptionist, was helpful, cheerful and accommodating.

The place was so quiet and calm, that you can’t wish more if you want to relax half way of a long journey. The kids also loved the place. Recommended.

Very nice hotel, 12 minutes away from the local train station. It offers vegan breakfast which was absolutely fabulous with vegan yoghurt, chia pudding, spreads, and baked goods.

Ignore the old fashioned pics. This place has been fully renovated and is amazing! It was bought by Biohotels and fully modernized. We got upgraded to a balcony room and had a view of the mountains.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were all incredible, even if your German is not perfect.

Lovely hotel in stunning location. Very warm reception. Room was spacious and really comfortable. No ac. No phone line to front desk. Breakfast was decent. Parking is attached with underground garage.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for one night. The staff was very friendly and we felt completely comfortable. The location is perfect and the rooms are very clean.

Very nice custom salad system, large schnitzel for kids, tasty burgers, with interesting caramelized onions, better than others that I tasted.

It was really wonderful overnight stay. Everything smelled new, clean and cosy. We loved the sunbeds outside and the view. The breakfast was also really good.
