Very good hotel simply Wonderful.

The hotel is located directly at the underground stadium Nordostbahnhof, so that you can quickly reach the centre of Nuremberg by public transport. The rooms of the hotel are functionally furnished and very clean. All rooms air-conditioned!
The breakfast buffet was very plentiful. Wishes were fulfilled immediately.
Can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.

Perfect place to have a rest after a long drive. Friendly personnel, clean and stylish rooms, good beds, super breakfast!

Hotel is in great location next to metro station. Around 4 km to airport. Rooms were neat and clean.

Beautiful and inexpensive hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms at good prices. Great breakfast buffet with good coffee. Camped, multivitamin juice, different water and different types of tea available. The 24-hour Hotel Bar is also worth a recommendation. Good food and delicious cool beer. Parking and underground parking available! Really great, happy again! Only the Wi-Fi could be a bit more performant and the desks in the rooms a bit larger.

The room was very stylish and clean. Staff was polite and nice. It all worked so far. My buddy and I wanted to spend the evening at the hotel bar. Nice big Bar But unfortunately no cocktails on offer. They were also constantly harassed by a night table alarm clock, which the staff used for their pizza oven as a timer. This then became quite annoying in the long run. But it is still advisable to spend the nights.

Good hotel with very friendly staff. The room was a bit small for 2 people. However, there is no problem with a short stay. Very good breakfast. Hotel is very conveniently located. Downtown is easy to reach by bus or subway. However, the hotel car park costs fees. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Great hotel with nice rooms. We booked with breakfast. But unfortunately there was no mineral water. Courteous on the first day. Operation at the table with fried egg, tea — and coffee can at the table. Day 2 No tea or coffee at the table — we had to get it ourselves. But it is quite possible.

Very friendly staff, clean and modern rooms. I really liked it. 3. €50 for the bottle of water, however, I found quite a lot. Nevertheless, thank you for a pleasant stay.

The location is perfect.

Modern, the rooms are functional and very clean, just a typical business hotel. Breakfast buffet is well sorted and tasty. Also the hotel bar can be used well. 1 glass of Grey Burgundy €4.90 is OK. The subway station is right in front of the house and only 4 stops away from the main train station.

It really does have the best burgers in Nuremberg! For €8.99 you get quite a significant portion of a minced up dead cow, very impressive. Also the beers are very good value and it is only 100 yards or so from the Underground. Only downside was that a double room cost €260 per night because there was a big show on nearby so book very early if you want a bargain.

Clean, modern, near the metro station and nice receptionist. But no fridge in the room.

Been guest here because of a cancelled flight. Nice for the category, clean and with an agreement for dinner with a Greek restaurant around the corner. They prepared a tiny breakfast for us @ 4.45 in the morning. Very gentle people.

We were having breakfast if I could I would forgive 10 stars. Huge choice very friendly service, the ambiance very nice. We'll be back.

Very nice hotel! Nice room! Modern and clean! The essentials are here! Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Size selection and yummy! And for us important point until 12:00 pm! Also check out to 12! Even had a cell phone charger at 12 o'clock at night to get borrowed! Point deduction is due to: for parking on hotel premises must be paid, will not be devalued! I've never even seen it! Then in the double room there are two single beds, which constantly went apart! And we couldn't sleep with open windows as it was very old because of the road with lots of cars! I would recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Very clean and comfortable Hotel near the Metro.

All in all a pretty nice hotel. The "barrier-free" room, however, waited at the same time with a self-closing door, which makes it easy for solo travellers Rollifahrern to "enter" the room. Otherwise everything is big enough and well thought out for Rollifahrer. It starts with the bathroom and stops with the closet. There is enough space to manoeuvre in front of the bed. The window, however, cannot be reached for a Rollifahrer, but this should be better closed due to the prevailing street noise (even deep at night).

Excellent for cleaning, services and location close to the Metro and buses that connect it to the center.

They handled our booking problem very well and came up with a good solution that saved us from a night with little or no sleep during our journey from Croatia to the Netherlands, even though they were contractually not obliged to do that. Compliments for the creativity and the customer focused service!

This is a nice enough hotel. Visually, it's very pleasant. The prices for staying, parking, and everything else all seem reasonable. It's also conveniently located near public transit. So far, my only complaint is that some of the staff have been a little bit rude and less than helpful. I've been staying on the fifth floor here, where the Wi-Fi is currently not working; I practically had to choke two separate people here to get that answer after hearing only, "it should be working, " a dozen times.

Great breakfast. Clean hotel. Helpful staff who speak English which is wonderful when I don't speak their language. Rooms are small and shower is not really designed for privacy, but the space is limited and they did a good job.

Very nice, modern and comfortable Hotel. Starting with the booking, Parking, arrival, room, cleanliness and the departure, everything was perfect. We would not hesitate to choose this Hotel again. Very clean, staff was nice. Bar fully stocked and serves a limited food menu. Just steps from the Nordostbahnhof bus, subway and rail stations. On the not so great side the shower and sink are 'in' the room. There is only a moving panel to 'block' the bed when you step out of the shower. And the smallest closet ever. So not the best setup but I would stay there again for the convenience.

Nice as environment, the thing a little particular is that arrived in the room the bed was to do and there was only the duvet. Other than that, the staff are nice and helpful and the restaurant great.

When I was at the reception there was no Hello, good morning and also no bye or good-bye. But only stupid look. I'm sorry, but it was so. The rooms I can't tell but because I had none.

Hotel is very clean staff are friendly. Very noisy at night and found it increasingly hard to sleep. No free Wi-Fi was an issue as was here on business. bar staff were great and gave us drinks without ordering. close to airport, trainstation and where I needed to be for work.

It was okay especially for the price. It was a nice room, with towels and a TV. Nothing more!

I didn't expect too much from a hotel at this price level but man I was disabused. We are talking about a modern nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly supportive staff. Airconditioner in the room and the shower next to the bed … no, I am not kidding the shower is in the bedroom but can be seperated by using the glas door. The toilet is a seperate room, just to mention. The breakfast is good overall, nothing spectacular but good with enough options that everyone will find something. Nevertheless I have to kick one star because of the parking situation (if you arrive late you barely find a parking-lot) and because of the downtown distance. But it's a recommendation.

Confortable and beautiful but it was not a double bed like announced in the Smartbox and the breakfast food were not very good. The employee are very nice and helpful.

We chose the acom Hotel due to the immediate proximity to the airport (3 U-Bahn stations, about 5 minutes). The U-Bahn Station Nordostbahnhof is located directly in front of the house, so that it is no Problem for us was, our flight in the early Morning, shortly after 8 o'clock in time. Even the Breakfast (from 6:30 PM), we were able to fully enjoy. Speaking of Breakfast: Here is a large selection of bread, rolls, fruit, yogurt, various cereals and a variety of drinks are offered. There are also a couple of hot dishes. For a Hotel of this category (3 stars) really very good and tasty. The Hotel itself is quite new and thus modern and freshly decorated or designed. In the room itself, which in comparison to similarly-designed Hotels is relatively large, is everything Necessary available, such as for example, a small wardrobe, hair dryer, and shower gel. The toilet is separate, while the (large) shower, and the sink just like that in the room by a glass wall in accordance severable. This may not be everyone's Cup of tea, this has however not disturbed. We had a room to the street out, which makes it quite loud. The Schalschutzfenster do here, but a good Job, so that when the window is closed there is hardly anything noticeable. A couple of earplugs can with sensitive ears, but it sure doesn't hurt. ;-) Only with the personnel we have, unfortunately, a small smear.

The hotel is ideal for a short stay or a business trip in Nuremberg. And it is really worth the price. Competent, friendly staff, parking at the House and underground or bus right in front of the door. Admitted: the room could offer something more storage space. That does not me but the devaluation, because I "against be offered performance and the desired price".

Das Hotel ist ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt oder eine Geschäftsreise in Nürnberg. Und es ist wirklich den Preis wert. Kompetentes, freundliches Personal, Parkplatz am Haus und U-Bahn oder Bus direkt vor der Tür. Zugegeben: Die Zimmer könnten etwas mehr Ablagefläche bieten. Das führt bei mir jedoch nicht zur Abwertung, da ich bei der gebotenen Leistung auch den verlangten Preis "gegenrechnen" muss.
