Front of the house staff would benefit from a politness and good manners course as welcoming guest while having a personnal call is not ok. Room are recent but not very well done not well maintained. Had to kill spiders and mosquitoes… So a bit of fresh lighting and a deep clean? Location ok and fairly quiet. Hard product to ibis good standard.

Small, but comfy rooms, super breakfast, close to the centre by tram.

Unfortunately, it was not pointed out during the reservation that very noisy construction work will take place until 7 p. M. Indifference when asked at the reception. Rooms not very clean. There are better alternatives at the same price in the immediate vicinity.

The staff speaks very good English and sometimes even French. No bad surprises, no complaints level services and excellent visiting tips.

Für fast 200 Euro dürfte man sich mehr erwarten als ein mifiges Zimmer mit einen "Badezimmer" Kasten. Ibis Hotels sind immer wieder eine Enttäuschung wert.

Each night, £286b€ were charged for 2 pesons including Business Package (whatever that is? )!
Despite the reservation and booking guarantee, we had to pay immediately, otherwise there was no room. The room rate would be OK if you are looking to share 10-15 square meters with your working colleagues … (The beds had at most a distance of 80cm from each other) From the window you could see almost nothing as the whole exterior has just been renovated.
The rooms in general are very modern and clean, the Wi-Fi fast and the bathroom also OK.
The breakfast was quite OK, the service was partly very friendly but also not.

Could use some more maintenance. Had a semi broken shower door, only 3/4 light spots working. My room didn't have any plugs bedside but the reception provided me with an extension cord. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

Generally good hotel with good location. A serious disadvantage is the handling with binding bookings. In my view not always 100% transparent when booking. Nevertheless no support, even for long-standing customers. What a pity!

The lobby of the hotel is really nice. The room was very nicely decorated. The only point of criticism was the bed, which was too hard for my taste.

Clean comfortable hotel, easy access to city centre. Fantastic breakfast though cannot say the same for an evening meal we had there. I think it was curry out of a can. Apart from that a great place to stay, though quite far from the airport if arriving by air.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The hotel is recommended for short stays, city trips or business trips. The breakfast is very good. The parking garage is to be paid extra! — a concession could be offered.

Very nice staff, good food and even better breakfast. Room has everything you need and for the price perfectly OK the bathroom is a bit small but it's enough.

Typical business hotel, convenient and without great charm. Plastic cabin as bathroom, staff friendly, breakfast seems kinda cheap and unhealthy.

Unfortunately I didn't really enjoy my stay. Even though people were nice and offered me a room early. The carpet was covered I dark spots and there was dust hanging out of the AC. Also I didn't appreciate people trying to enter my room at 8am. Luckily the door was locked.

As a city-/Businesshotel completely sufficient, though "only" 2 stars S. Room was a bit noisy, breakfast OK. Free Wi-Fi, but should be standard in the year 2018 anyway.

It is a nice hotel, everything is clean and people are very welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and give you all the information you need for your stay. Rooms are bright and spacious.

Nothing was missing… maybe not a 5 star hotel, but for cleanliness and friendliness is great!

Hopelessly overpriced (190 EUR per night just because in MCH Produktrionika Fair is? ). Small room, more reminiscent of cabin on a ship than to a hotel — sparsely furnished. Plastic cabin as a "bathroom". Breakfast buffet for 11 EUR In addition rather below average. Breakfast restaurant reminds me a lot of a quick restaurant. May be acceptable if not exactly over 100 EUR trade fair surcharge to be pitched to the room rate.

Friendly staff, rich breakfast, clean room. What more could you want. And in my opinion, I prefer to pay 12 euros a day for a secure underground parking lot, as far away as parking or having a damaged car. There are free parking spaces in the residential area, but you have to be lucky. Also, there are plenty of other hotels that have neither smart parking, nor underground parking. So all in all I am completely satisfied.

Comdortable place to visit Munich. Tram stop is in a few minutes walk. Underground stop is in 15 minutes walk. Rooms are tight and neat, a bit small.

Not exceptional, but good value for money. In the style of all the hotels in the IBIS chain of this typology. Possibility of Garage (surcharge) or free parking in the vicinity.

Good service and clean rooms.

I spent a week at this hotel during a business trip to Munich. It is a no frills facility. Rooms are clean and well maintained, and have all the basics in place. Staff is courteous. Good spread for breakfast. Hotel runs a kitchen which has decent choices for meals. This is particularly useful as there aren't many eating options around.

Another child of the Accor group. Clean. Friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and the parking was good. Good breakfast. WLAN stable. New Hotel. Room a bit small — pure taste thing. All in all happy again. Nice view from the upper floors.

At this price point, this is a great deal. Room was quiet. Bathroom is the typical Ibis space port. What really surprised me though was the excellent and rich breakfast buffet.

Very nice staff, clean rooms and really nothing to complain about. Everything is well taken care of, and BAG deposit is also possible after checkout without extra charge. Worth the money.

Modern Hotel outside the center. In the directional area. The old town is easy to get to by public transport. Excellent reception service and clean and spacious rooms.

It is a very comfortable hotel, a human quality to cater to the guests. Excellent. Successes.

Great hotel to go with kids. Large room with separators, separate WC, microwave and fridge. Right breakfast.

We had dinner at this hotel (but not overnight). The children's menu is very convenient and balanced. We also took Argentine meat which turned out to be a very small portion, served to the blood (even raw) on a bed of salad. Then tasteless fish and nothing.

Style Accord. Very good and ample breakfast. We used to use tram and metro Center.

Location and price/performance look good, room facilities good and clean, the bathroom takes some getting was because it is a large plastic cabin — but clean and comfortable.
There were actually four stars, however I must deduct two because my room stank heavily of cigarette smoke. It was too bad to complain about a night but I've annoyed me that as a guest so something ever offered to me.

I was there already several times, with the train/tram, car and a motorcycle. Convenient access via the Mittlerer Ring, with the tram in a few minutes at the Münchner Freiheit. Shopping within walking distance in 10 minutes away. I feel as pleasant the underground garage (max. 9 euro / day). Otherwise a typical Ibis hotel, who are looking for a hotel getäfertes with wood with much heat, is as wrong. But it has everything you need, I also always everything worked. The room is enough as a single user. To fair or festival times I don't use the hotel however, because the price is no longer correct for me due to sharply increased prices. Otherwise… again.

… bathroom smells like beastly faeces (each wc-speed is more or less to the smell ordeal). "taken" is … wirklich claim on reception both evening departure at the emotionless by the staff very pity, God had to be due to just one night "survive". Has affected quite a really nice stay in Munich.
