Front desk was very sweet and polite. She really helped advise and even find travel accommodations and attractions. Very clean, modern room which was spacious enough. Heat was not working well and was somewhat chilly and there was no extra blankets. Hotel had no umbrellas and when we went out it was quite a hassle finding one to buy. The hotel is very far from airport and there is no shuttles, so it was quite expensive to get to/from. There is some public transit system near there but not close enough to walk to. There is no restaurant on site but there is a coffee shop down the street and a couple vending machines in lobby, I got a decent hot-cocoa at one.
