Good hotel with awesome staff. I forgot my favourite jacket at the room and they sent it to me immediately. Thank you. Rooms are sparse but clean, breakfast has nice variety. Parking is paid extra but at least car is safe. Overall very good visit.

Not a bad hotel, not the first freshness. We walked to the subway. There's a supermarket nearby. Hot water is free at the front desk, there is no kettle in the room.

This hotel has had its best days. Here, there seems to be no emphasis on cleanliness and pleasant ambience.
Even if the staff is friendly and the reception area is tidy, it is over at the latest after you reach the room. Dirty walls, stuffy and very warm in summer, as there is no air conditioning. Airing overnight is impossible as the traffic makes sleeping then impossible.
The crowning glory is the bathroom. In the I wouldn't even shower a dog. I have attached up-to-date pictures to this-I hope they will also be displayed.
Breakfast costs extra, parking too.
Better a hotel that is a bit more expensive there is breakfast and parking mostly included and above all SAUBER.

Were there 2 Nights in June.
First Impression was good and the Staff also made a friendly Impression. Yet the Smell in the Room was bestial and both of us were unwell after a short Time.
The next Day, the Smell wasn't there either, so probably just wouldn't be cleaned as well.
The Rooms themselves are quite large and well equipped. But here was the Inside of the Shower In a miserable Cleaning state, under a Rubber Mold Had formed.
Breakfast was good, one had a wide Selection.

Average Hotel. Good breakfast and nice breakfast Na who spoke Italian.

One of the best hotels we stayed during a trip to Europe. A good place with great service to stay if your focus is mostly on sightseeing. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was good and the service provided was excellent. A quick walk to the nearby city center means access to quite nice restaurants.

For the price was the hotel and the service top. The room very spacious and clean. Very pleasant stay. But we had breakfast next door in the bakery. Was much cheaper.

Location to city centre good. Rooms are in need of renovation. Breakfast is good, however, with the number of guests a little cramped. The in-house car park is an adventure.

Good value for money. Only a bit far from the center and from the subway. Drove by taxi near 10evro to the center.

Nice hotel an it gives you what you need for a short trip away like a city break. The electric went in our room on the first day and when we phoned reception, they didn't do anything. My friend eventually came and had a look for us and he flipped the trip switch which fixed the electric. Staff were friendly and they did bring us and iron and a board very quickly when we asked for one. This was an ideal location to get into Munich city centre and there are some restaurants nearby if you want to stay in the area. There is currently some building work going on across the road but this isn't really an issue. Staff were friendly. They will happily phone a taxi for you, or there is a bus stop outside if you prefer. They also have free sweets, cookies and water in reception. This was a good place for the money we paid. Yes I would recommend this place to stay.

Great place to rest and prepare for business. They got great hair dryer! Haven`t used breakfast, this I don`t know.

+ nice staff + large rooms + clean — it's over. The furnishings could also have come from an 80s GDR living room. The joints in the bath are partly yellowish and oll and when showering you are happy with involuntary alternating baths (brewing hot to ice cold). + Price performance is right but still.

For one night okay, but we had to really get used to the noisy street room. Our friends had a nice room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

So we were 1 night and all in all completely satisfied, room very clean, good location, bus connection right in front of the house, parking is very problematic in front of the house as everything is full and you have to park really far from the hotel. And when checking in, the man at the reception was very rude. The Lady late in the evening and the man in the early morning were again very very friendly, that has and very pleased. All in all we are very satisfied and would like to come back again and again.

Gruesome hotel ugly room and totally stayed. Rooms are freezing. The heater is off by default. The staff is unprofessional and not particularly motivated. The cucumbers that were served for breakfast were all completely dried up. In the shower is mold. For what you get, the store is totally overpriced.

Very comfortable and friendly. Comfortable and clean room. Very good heating for the winter but they do not have air conditioning for the summer. Good bus ride to downtown.

It isn't at all what you see in the pictures. 1. We got a non-smoking room smelling like cigarrette. 2. We complaint and the front desk guy just blamed on the possible source of the smell but didn't even offer a room change. 3. The heaters weren't working and when we asked for a new room, we got one that wasn't ready yet. 4. We never got cleaning service. 5. And they charged us 13€ PER NIGHT for the parking spot! First and last time at an nh hotel.

Rooms are old, partly worn down and dirty. However, breakfast is decent, prices for Munich are OK. While in the middle of nowhere, connection to the city centre is fine (25 minutes). The showers are a disgrace: Either scalding or chilly, impossible to configure. Worst hotel showers I have ever experienced in Germany.

Perfect if you find a competitive quote. Suitable if you have your own car and want to leave it free on the street. Near the subway.
If you have a suitable location bike to get anywhere in the center.

A hotel with a nice bar and pleasant atmosphere. The drinks do not correspond to the standard used in Munich. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and also the service very fast and thorough. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Price is great, great location. For a comfortable night's sleep and breakfast, if you want to take a hotel vacation, rather not. Friendly staff.

Everything was good. The walls would have to be repainted and the bed is hard as a board. For one night wars was OK.

Excellent service price ratio. The less star is due to the distance (10min walk) of the subway; If you do not have a problem to do two steps, I would recommend it as a hotel.

The location is not the best, it is secluded from the center, although the bus leaves you in ten minutes in Ostbahnhof. However, highly recommended, the rooms are very good and all the employees friendly and efficient. When I return to Munich I will be staying here again.

A little far away from the shot. Walking distance almost nothing. Rooms very different. Could tolerate modernisation. Big minus: No fitness room or similar.

Excellent hotel on the doorstep of Monaco, very nice staff spacious rooms and great bathroom, always interesting prices, the center is about 4 km ideal for those who have the car…

We had the do not disturb sign on our door, and they entered the room anyway to clean it. Not a huge deal, just interesting.

Location is okay, you can get into the Centre in about 20 minutes with public transport. Rooms look a bit old but you have everything you need, except AC but that is not very common in Germany anyway. Despite that, our room was big, more like a one room apartment. And the breakfast was awesome, a thousand options to choose from! Not cheap though. But we don't regret staying here. Had a good time.

The room was functional and it was not difficult to come by bus from Ostbahnhof. However the bathroom was not as clean as it could be definitely and there wasn't any coffee in the room. I ended up getting some at reception but I've stayed with other hotels in this chain before with no issues. However, the rest of everything was as expected so 3

Good budget hotel in Munich. Room was pretty basic, but clean and staff were very nice. Our only complaint was that we ledt our room at 8am and returned at 6, someone had been in our room closed doors and put a do not disturb sign on our door, and did not change our towels or make our bed, ee thought that was a little strange.

Room was OK for one night. The corridors and the halls would need some work to make them more "welcoming". Staff very friendly. Breakfast was quite good, including also smoothies (not something you find in all hotels).

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with all comforts, hairdryer, TV with satellite channels, safe and complimentary soaps.

The hotel was cheap and we have nothing to complain about. However it is poorly located; there is very little around and Munich city centre is quite far. Note: there's a very good craft beer bar nearby.

The room was very clean and it was very nice.

In the context of a Wochendtrip, we have booked two nights with breakfast. The hotel reception is kept simple, very friendly. The corridors bald in white. A few nice images would improve the hospital feeling. Booked we had a junior suite. The size is ok, that with modern brewing facility installations and dark hardwood floors. Air conditioning is not it, for a fan and a refrigerator. The bathroom is small and obsolete. Mold in the shower and thick mud in the air inlet grille move the rating down. Just the limited parking around the hotel. The hotel car park costs €13 per day. The breakfast is ok, but nothing more. NH München city Süd is quite recommended if you can get it for under €50 the night.

The breakfast is OK but very salty bacon. Room is a bit old. Furniture is old too. TV very small like 22". For room 215, it is so far. 2 single bed but only 1 bed can watch TV. Lift is very slow.

Hotel clean enough but location a bit remote. No 55 bus to the train station then an S bahn to get into the city. Nice power shower but no bath. Double bed but two single duvets, weird? Decent amount of wardrobe space and a safe in room. Tiny tv. "self service" vending machine that a member of the staff has to open with a key.! Didn't pay for breakfast so can't comment on the food but a perfectly good cafe across the road serves nice food.

Schönes Hotel, gute Verkehrsanbindung, familiengeeignet da grosse Familienzimmer mit grossen Betten und bequemen Zustellbetten. Super frühstück.

Excellent hotel and staff very helpful with the client in a position from which you quickly reach the Centre and equipped with kitchenette although no I had to use it.

Be careful during hot days. The hotel does not have AC and seems the air circulation in it is not that good. Wifi only free at reception. Breakfast very expensive.

The hotel itself is cheap and come in the years.
Our room was not cleaned. Everywhere they found hair that belonged to us. Ceiling stains, of dead insects were and the floor seemed not to be been wiped.
In spite of circumstances, we felt there quite well.
We were just better than that from the chain used.

Rooms are very warm, unfortunately you can't open the window because then the noise of traffic densities Street u of the restaurants are intolerable. The withdrawal of the small kitchenette comes cigarette stench. When it comes to cleanliness u hygiene, there is also a deduction: the feet of our children were after 15 minutes in the room, Raven Black, apart from cobwebs on the ceiling. The staff at the reception was, however, very friendly & helpful.
