Unfortunately, I have to update my review. The first night was okay, but then it was the horror: when the room neighbors used the faucet, it sounded like someone with a circular saw standing next to my bed. In general, the shady clientele seemed to be awake all night and making noise. In addition, there were 30° in the room, because there was no air conditioning. The secluded location was also no advantage, because cars with loud music drove by. The only plus: the very friendly staff. Otherwise, I spent two of the worst nights of my life here.

Cons: Far, it takes 30 minutes to get to Maria Square, stays in the suburbs, and is a little more expensive.
The room is a little small, but acceptable. Pros: Clean and tidy, clean every day, nearby supermarkets, and forest parks (remote, but in fact many people walk their dogs there for a bike ride). There's also a good-rated restaurant, full of servings and good taste.

Hotel check in is fine, breakfast is good but for this price to expensive. Hotel room is small and it isn't cusy. Location is quite and tidy but far away from every interessting place. Take 20 min with car to english garden. The hotel is in general fine but next time better one more to the center.

I really did not had a good time on my trip for the following reasons… Main reason is this hotel! It's really far from the city center, train station and airport. I had to take 2 different train and then cab/bus to get to this hotel from the airport. And to the train station I had to take the bus but even to the bus stop I had to walk like. 6 miles. The rooms are small and the bathroom as well. Had two full beds… but the beds were smaller than that. So very uncomfortable and tiring trip will def reconsider another hotel when I come back to Munich.

Price Performance Ratio is right.
The Rooms on the Ground floor are everyone possible to look in from the Street.
And a Climate Lie is missing … The Reception Top friendly.

Services servicely one night with breakfast housed there. The hotel is located just outside Munich. The against is well I say like that, on my own I wouldn't dare to get out at night. The rooms are clean and tidy but unfortunately despite non-smoking rooms it has stamped very much after old Qualm. Breakfast is rich and looks very varied.

Ok it does the trick at reasonable price.

Just all right for a short stay. I've been here several times. The rates differ depending on time of the visit (expensive during big events or fairies) but generally quite acceptable. No luxury. Good breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Unlimited number of devices in use (! ).

Too far from city center and very small village.

Hotel is good. Unfortunately a bit difficult to achieve, therefore 1 star minus.

In this city, there is a quick way to get around by public transport. Metro is close by and the journey takes 10 minutes to the city centre.

Very pleasant. Staff friendly. Breakfast excellent.

The hotel is well maintained overall. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and fresh. Some rooms have balconies. I have been a guest for about two years and have never had a negative stay. However, the walls are not particularly thick.

Beautiful room and comfortable!

Staff very friendly. Rooms are okay but nothing special. Shower curtain is really unnecessary and should be replaced in a reasonable sliding door. The surroundings of the hotel are not rushing but Aldi and Lidl just around the corner. To get to Munich in, it's a little ride but okay! Very good has and the breakfast fallen!

Hotel is fine but far from the main station. We thought we booked at the other Art hotel. Our mistake.

Location is not optimal, 20 minutes by taxi to the city centre to Munich. Price is very OK for that. The room was clean but quite small. For this price but definitely OK.

Very nice and welcoming Hotel… good breakfast, quiet, modern style. Highly recommended… and for those who want a few miles from the BMW Museum and the Therme Erding.

Free Wi-Fi and good breakfast but the bed was not really comfy.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. From the hotel you can easily get to everywhere. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the rooms.

Friendly service, nice and modern furnishings. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. There is a lounge with billiards, table football, TV and couches where you can spend entertaining time. You can do all the necessary errands in walking distance and is public relatively easy in the city.
The only drawback was for us that the rooms were not cleaned very neatly, there were hair on the floor and the bathroom door had stains.
All in all we would love to come back, the value for money is right.

This supposed arthotel does not conform to the standard as offered by Opodo.
Simple chairs, no elegant armchair as pictured. Bathroom with curtain on the shower?!

Ask at reception if a better room is available. Are all so was the statement.
Room Super warm. No air conditioning! Do not ventilate a good idea in hay fever allergy sufferers. Fight straight with snuff and burning eyes.
For almost €180 with breakfast for one night a joke. A free cancellation is not possible.

P. S. The smoke detector appears to have been dismantled. The room does not have a smoke detector, which is prescribed to my knowledge!?

Nice… Single bed… Thought I was getting a double bes.

The rooms are also clean and fine, ample parking. We were very happy with the breakfast (good range, always refilled) and late check-in (during arrival briefly on the phone, went easily spontaneously to book). For 2-3 nights absolutely alright!

It is a beautiful, modern Hotel that has everything you need… great Hotel at a Top price! And the Breakfast buffet is also really great!

Top 5 >star Breakfast, high-quality products, including fresh berries, and fruits, very intimate done, nice dishes, excellent coffee, fast Internet, very good Sauna, free Internet access, Wi-Fi, rooms with panoramic Windows front and a view of woods and Meadow, almost Penthouse Feeling.
