Nice hotel with a friendly welcome, comfortable room, leafy garden in front and a really nice touch complimentary tea or coffee and cake in the afternoon in the lounge.

Good hotel, a bit difficult with parking if you don't want to park in the hotel. Cake and water free of charge. Super nice staff. The room was good, in the high temperatures outside with open windows not possible to sleep; stop big city. The "wall decoration" was very interesting.

My family and I were treated exceptionally well. The location is in walking proximity to bus, train, and trolley. Lots of eateries in the surrounding area. The breakfast offered has an outstanding spread, staff very accommodating, and professional. When in Munich, this will be my first choice.

One word… BREAKFAST! This place offers a 10/10 continental breakfast. They literally have everything including champagne?! Loaded multiple plates up each morning and didn’t eat til dinner. Fantastic staff and customer service. Rooms were clean and Wi-Fi was fast! Highly recommended!

Wifi doesn't work in the rooms, rooms quite old-stylish and not very hotel-kind.

Were OP in Munich because of an eye. Hoped for a quiet room. Our hope was lived up to at this hotel!
The room was very spacious and the location to the courtyard very quiet.
The staff was very anxious and friendly! Breakfast was Ok. There was something for everyone. Mineral water could be retrieved from the refrigerator free of charge. Top service!
All in all: Top location!

You Can spend the night well. Super Beds. In the Evening, you can use the Tables in front of the Hotel. Beware of the House Crow. Mineral Water for free.

Being on Site for two Weeks, I was Lucky enough to get a big Room.
The Hotel is special as the Owner Has posters, Posters and Pictures of Events hanging in Munich from his Private Collection all over the hotel.
Breakfast is absolute Class, there is nothing missing (even Lactose free Milk available, even Vegetarians do not miss out).
Furthermore, During the Whole Stay gets free Sparkling water. Coffee And Pastries are available in the breakfast room in a Period of the Day (I think 13-17).
Restaurant, Shops and U-BAHN are fushedly in 5-10 Minutes. To reach out. From The main Railway Station there have been only two or three Stations to Rotkreuzplatz. The Anni-Alos road takes about 30 Minutes by public Transport.

There's everything you need.
Breakfast was also delicious.
The subway is 5 minutes away.
Some restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Simple hotel but reasonably priced and absolutely OK. The rooms are clean and perfectly fine for sleeping. The breakfast is very good and the staff is friendly. Only the underground parking is very tight.

The first impression of the room, to be honest, was bad. Extremely small, stripped-down furniture, walls that would need a new wallpaper incl. Paint and a TV that had its good times for a long time.
Very good, however, and for these facts alone there are these three points, the bathroom (also tiny but very clean! ), the breakfast (all available) in a nice breakfast room and especially for the kindness of ALL staff, who always have a true smile and for had a solution.
Book here again? Yes, on the condition to get another room and with another vehicle, as the underground parking spaces between the concrete supports are very narrow. At least there are some! :-)

Staff super friendly, music in need of getting used to, bed super slept, underground parking overly expensive, otherwise great, achso the bathroom, you have to have real ne top fellegrane figure in order to be able to move freely. But all together still top.

Small bathroom and the room should be repainted once again. The staff is very nice and the poster collection unique. The breakfast was very good.
There were, among other things, fresh fruit salad, daily newspapers and gummy bears. The price/quality ratio was reasonable. Parking garage costs extra, but better than possibly being towed. At the reception you can also buy tickets for public transport and a mini-map is available for free:-)

Quiet Room (back), very friendly young man at the reception, good, rich breakfast, especially nicely decorated with posters, breakfast room with information-loving hotelier. Near Red Cross square: Good food options.

A dated hotel doesn't deserve any less than two stars. Near a crossroads that you hear all the noise of the machines, fixtures that do not close well… a wrong choice!

Great room, great breakfast but unfortunately the windows are totally outdated and therefore the nightly noise nuisance even with Oropax is hardly to be held.

Visiting for Oktoberfest. Expecting basic, very happily surprised. Whilst exterior could do with a face lift the interior is lovely. Bathroom is a bit on the small size however still fills the needs required.

Fornitures quite old, the style in general is 70/80's. Staff is friendly and position is fine but I guess you can find something better for same range of prices.

Definitely not a a 3 star Hotel. Don't let yourselves fooled by the rating on booking.

Family style hotel good for tourists and business people outside city centre in Neustadt near Rotkreutzplatz on U1

A great welcome. They are responsible themselves to get our luggage and redo a room between the 2 nights. Except the Wifi malfunction, everything was perfect!
