Very good hotel, clean rooms, friendly people and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is very good alot of choice you can eat there starting at 06:30 in the morning. The rooms are big enough, nice bathroom but on little point of critics no airconditioning in the winter no problem but in the summer (when I was here it was also 32 degrees) was it warm enough in the room to not catch that much sleep. There is also a fitnessroom. But you can't eat here in the evening or noon but here is enough to eat arround the streets so not that of a problem.

The hotel is located in the middle of the old town. Buses, tram and metro train just a few minutes to walk. Breakfast is very good, staff helpful and friendly. To enjoy is the rooftop terrace. There's no street noise here A star deduction because of street noise when booking a room forward. Since there is no air conditioning, you want to close the window at night.

Friendly staff. Rooms are relatively small but there is everything you need for a city trip. Close to the hotel is the Ubahn station and a tram station. Unfortunately, the tram is a bit noisy when you have a room to the side of the road. Breakfast is very varied, only the single coffee machine slows down something, if many can at the same time, but you also get cappuccino, latte, etc. Overall, I would take the hotel again, for a trip to Munich.

Hotel is very easy to reach by public transport. Metro and tram just a few metres from the hotel. The room is clean and appropriate in size. Reception is open for 24hours. Breakfast very rich and lots of different things. Is recommended.

Comfortable stay. Nice and clean room and bathroom. There is a small kitchenette with small stoves and a small refrigerator in the room too. Close to a U-Bahn station so it's easy and quick to reach the main train station and the city center and.

The rooms are in average condition and in our case every day was "tried" to corner us from as there was a problem with our reservation. Instead of solving the problem internally (there was never a real problem for us, we were only asked to receive it every day and had to show the voucher, which was then copied again every day), we were intercepted again and again. Breakfast buffet is very rich, if you come towards the end of breakfast time this unfortunately suffers a bit, as sometimes is not refilled.

Lots of free drinks including alcohol in the mini bar. Quite and spacious room. Loved it.

Great breakfast. Rooms are large enough with kitchenette. Unfortunately very warm and no air conditioning. By road side also unbearably noisy. Staff friendly and helpful. OK for a few nights.

Company booked a room for business trip. I had a room on the Street side where a tramway is passing every 2 minutes (also at night), cars and people passing (yes you can also hear people talking with closed windows. Imagine the noise from the cars and tram then) When I then asked for changing the room to have one on the other side of the building, the woman at the reception first said that would make 30euro, but later then she claimed there are no rooms available anymore. After trying to find a solution she just hung up. Sorry but in my humble opinion a hotel is supposed to get you a place to sleep (in the first place) without having to pay extra for that.

Typical 3 star house. Clean and pleasantly large rooms. The small kitchenette is also great. Negative towards the side of the road is only the somewhat high volume due to the tram and cars.
All in all, however, it is recommended.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Otherwise completely satisfied.

Good hotel and easy walking distance to subway. There are limited parking spaces available for a fee.

They held onto our bags before and after our stay. The Wi-Fi worked fine but we had to re-login 2 or 3 times per device (also had some issue with iOS safari at first). The location was central enough and very close to a U-bahn stop.

Room got messed up. Someone checked in with our name. Couldn't get into the room even if they were empty. Slept in the car.

Basic rooms, clean and tidy. Rooms on street side noisy with tram/buses. Mix up with additional bedding for our stay, offered a complementary room for the night. When we finally got the non-smoking room sorted it was very squashy, and had a constant stream of cigarette smoke. Complementary mini bar was never fully refilled and almost every day there wasn't enough towels for everyone. We constantly had to follow up on everything. Would be very hesitant to stay again.

Beautiful breakfast and nice touches make this a fantastic place to stay. Not 5 star but amazing for the money.

Solid trade fair hotel and well suited for a short trip. Nothing romantic and the fair are about 30 minutes with the subway, but the rooms are clean (some even quite large) and extensive breakfast. At un, even the mini-bar was free :-)

Location 1 minutes from a metro stop. Spacious room (no air conditioning) and comfortable. OK service.

Although very cramped they made the room seem spaceful with effective use of floorspace and not cluttering the room with unuseful items which I find all to common for other hotels. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Direct at the street with a tram and lots of movement. You cannot leave the window open due to the noise but the rooms have no air condition. It was 32degC. The location is good and the hotel is clean. I will not stay again here. There much better hotels in munich.

MVG transportation (s Bahn, u-Bahn, bus and tram) quite apart from, and very good.
Hotel location is wonderful.

I did the reservation by Internet, unfortunately something went wrong and the date was misplaced. I saw immediately and sent a email to GHotel to inform the error. For my surprise, they did charge me, even with information immediately after the site sent the reservation. We had already paid for the change-date insurance, the did not took account. This procedure was completely unfair!

Clean rooms, functional interior, very friendly staff, one of the best breakfasts I ever got at a hotel. Highly recommended!
