It is okay. The area is slightly dodgy. The staff are a little unfriendly. We asked if we could extend our stay for an extra night and they tried to charge us more than we had paid in total for our other two nights combined. The rooms are dark and dull. No air conditioning or fan at all.

The Turkish district and all that follows. One girl is better not to shoot. The hotel itself requires repairs, dirty floor. Very noisy in the morning — because the market is right under the house. But to the center very quickly and to the station. It is better to shoot with a group of friends, so that it was not scary to walk in the evening and at night!

Rooms were too small. Beds are not comfortable. Worst part is the mattress is bigger than the bed size and often it will fall from bed. And other worst part check in time 14:00 pm and check out time 11:00 am. It seems they require 3 hours to prepare the room!

Rooms are OK given this is a low cost option. But front desk service and breakfast is terrible. With a 2 pm checkin, they are unnecessarily strict about a 11am checkout.

If you stay only for the night, you can still, but for a longer time I would not.

I got a prostitute sneaking in my room completely drugged so I had to call the police, receptionist gave her the key to enter my room without my permission. Hideous place.

An overall bad hotel. Only the proximity to the central station or To the Theresienwiesen is good. Otherwise the room is very clean. In the shower there is mold and the furniture also has the best years behind it. The hallway is very noisy. The bed was fine.

Nice and cheap. Staff does not speak Spanish. Outside stuck there's a market and a stripper screams all morning. Complex area, similar to Constitución in Buenos Aires.

Overall well, unlike other reviews, I have not found any insect or dirt. My room was quiet. As far as I'm concerned, apart from the price, it was perfect. (staff are very friendly).

The really worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The condition of the room is indescribably bad. From mould to broken lever mixer in the bathroom and falling Tapette in the room everything is there. The walls are wafer so you can understand every word of the neighbor. For my understanding it has the name hotel still deserves! The only thing one needs to keep good is the nice staff at the Reze. Hence a star!

Affordable and conveniently located. Friendly and helpful staff. There's plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area, there is a Cash dispenser/ATM/GeldAutomat opposite the hotel, and a handful of convience stores within a short.

The Staff were very helpful and the room was very clean. Unfortunately I had some problems with the Wi-Fi that did not take in the room, really pity: (

Well, central and with what it takes to spend a pleasant night in Munich, I highly recommend it and the Spanish receptionist, very pretty.

The location and the possibility to pay by PayPal are good at this hotel.
Not good: dirty floor, mould in the bathroom, door looks very unsafe and makes any noise from the hallway. Mini room, so uncomfortable I didn't have to sleep in any hotel. Only 180 cm long mattress. Spiders weave under the bed, completely dusty heating. When I saw the porter, I wasn't thinking about checking in.

The hotel does not deserve a single star! It is dusty, run down and full of mold in the shower. In addition, it is extremely noisy in the hallway with the doors and from the outside you can hear the full noise all night long. Unacceptable from my point of view! 03/2018 stayed there.

Fair deal for that price. Very kind staff. Rooms are very basic, but everything you need is there and it is clean. A standard.

One night we stayed at this hotel, near the station, to get to know Munich. The hotel is three stars, in the lobby during the day you can drink tea and coffee for free. But we didn't take advantage, we came after 18.00. On this day there was no hot water, because of the accident, we were immediately offered a free breakfast, it was not included in the price. The beds in the room are comfortable. But there was no fridge. Breakfast in the restaurant upstairs, the view of the rooftops is very beautiful. We liked it.

I reserved this hotel for a work trip. When we arrived, we were told that they had no hot water… since yesterday. A phone call would have been nice to let us know so we could have made alternate arrangements before arriving to the city. Instead we had to scramble at the last minute to find a different hotel which was difficult since there was a soccer game the next night and we needed a hotel for 2 nights. The location is convenient since it is near the train station but the neighborhood is full of table dancing bars. We found better accommodations on the other side of the train station. I would like to add though that the woman working at the front desk was incredibly nice and tried to be helpful as much as possible. But staying in a hotel with no hot water in the middle of winter is just not an option for me.

Is not a good value for money at all. The reception, besides being 24h, it was a little bit hard to reach the staff. One day we haven't had our room service and when I asked some towels the staff didn't have it! It was too expensive for the facilities and service we've had.

There is not always hot water, garbage is thrown away only if you hang a sign. The location is good.

This place was a dive. Yes it is very cheap and close to the central area, but it is a rough neighbourhood. Everyone is wearing hoodies and looks shady. The room itself had not been dusted in a long time, but otherwise clean. The bathroom is tiny and old, shower curtain that doesn't stop the floor from flooding. Again, it was cheap but consider spending and few extra euros for a nicer place.

The location was excellent, near to public transportation and trains, and the tourist busses and tours. The people who work there are very kind and they are very helpful, the street where the hotel is, is a little bit insecure because of all the dealers and playhouses and strip places over there, but when you get used to, that it's fine. It was a nice street though for eating great Arabian food and there are lots of little shops and supermarkets if you have a whim.

Absolutely horrible place. The hot water was broken for the entire stay and there was no water at all for over 5 hours. We couldn't shower, drink water, go to the bathroom, wash our hands, etc. Ridiculous. The room was dirty and the light bulbs were burnt out. Bathroom was disgusting, again no water. Carpet was hard and felt dirty. We left our bags at reception and they went through them, A LOT. We came back to our bags with pockets open, the insides rearranged, the zipper BROKEN, and buckles all undone. What kind of horrible place is this. The staff were generally friendly but the American guy at reception said the f-word and s-word more times while checking us in than the most vulgar people I know say it. Ruined the hotel feel. The overall facility was disgusting and broken, the rooms were horrible, the staff are dishonest, and they had NO WATER. Never ever come to this atrocious place. You couldn't pay me to step foot in that place again.

Nice clean hotel very conveniently placed. Less than 10 minutes walk to the main train station and 15 minutes to the centre of Munich. Staff were nice, and there is free tea in the lobby. Rooms were getting a bit old but still good condition.

First off, this is not a 3 star hotel. I booked through Priceline with the description saying it was a 3 star hotel. The cleanliness, decor, ambiance, quality of the rooms are all of 2 star. The only reason why I give them 2 star rating is that the location is great for Oktoberfest and the staff are friendly.

Hotel is in good location for the train station and Theresienweise (Oktoberfest) which is why we chose it. Carpets are a bit old, bathrooms could do with a renovation. Staff are friendly.

The room and bathroom were clean. Comfortable beds, however I requested double bed and received two single beds pushed together, which made it difficult to sleep as a couple, but the bed was rather comfortable. Good tub and clean, hot water.

Rooms are small but service is great and rooms are clean. No complaints for the price paid.

The location was very good and the room was very small.

Bed bugs bitten my girlfriend. Over 50 bites. During breakfast waitress unpleasantly checked all what we did. Near to the city centre.

Nice hotel in central Munich. Staff is friendly and informative. Rooms are of a nice size and with good beds. Cleaning service is very good. Highly recommendable.

Hotel quite dirty the first room we were given had brocole on the table a booger attacked at Como pee on the toilet and sheets with hairs. They changed it with a room overlooking a discharged garden full of miscellaneous garbage.
Awful neighborhood but at least it's easy to get around (near Hauptbahnhof)

Pretty clean. Make sure to note that there is no parking nearby and that there is a parking garage aways away that costs 10 euro a night. Hotel does what is expected, not the best but it's an okay place to stay.

Good quiet near the Center. Bathroom very small and not very comfortable. I did not partake of breakfast service.

Got to Munich booked the hotel via our Reisetelle regarding a 3 daily mission. Very small room and even smaller bathroom. Empty hand soap dispenser not particularly clean was the room and also the hallway there. The ladies in the breakfast room (6 floor) are busy and seem to have no time for the guests. Respond to the request that too loud asked radio something down to make, was not absolutely. We will not recommend this hotel and also no longer book.

Good location, nice price, room is clean and baggage can be kept at receptionist for free.

Much too expensive. Small room. Not a real bed, more like a sofa. Very noisy area. No air conditioning. Empty shampoo dispenser. And all of that without breakfast for €159. However in itself clean. It would have been okay for €40.

Pros: close to metro, restaurants and not far from the old town. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet (6, Eur 5) advised given the prices of the surroundings.
Cons: too basic for a 3 star hotel, pitiful pillows and rather annoying noises (mainly from the adjoining road). Carpet from change, really small and bathroom with shower only.
In my opinion just sufficient in value seems overpriced.

Hotel honest, but nothing more. Is in a fairly central area, close to the train station, about a 20-minute walk from Marienplatz. Honestly the price I was expecting a little more, the rooms are fairly basic, clean enough and especially the carpet (already his unhygienic) could do with a good clean.
The worst thing in my view, however, was the fact that it is on a fairly busy and noisy at any time of the day or night, screaming, horns, and sirens in balla stereo Bogans Reall hard time sleeping and I miss more often from sleep.
The good thing about this road is that you will find everything at your doorstep, from food to basic necessities.
The breakfast was very good, but you have to pay separately (6, 5 euros) all in all a reasonable figure when you consider that just a coffee costs 3 euros in those parts.
If you arrive by car know that the hotel does not have its own parking, however you can park on the street (from the side of the property, on the other hand there is no parking for days) and 12:00 am Park costs 6 euros.
I honestly don't know if I would stay there again, I slept in better, cleaner, quieter and above all cheaper.

Perhapes it was because the reception or another guest mistake the room number that there is a man just open and get into our room at midnight,,, it is so scaring.

Polite lobby reception and the breakfast was awesome. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location is very convenient as it is near the train station and lots of convenient stores around.

If you have a room on the second floor, you're accused of having smoked in the fourth floor.

The hotel is well located, near the train station and a few steps from the city center. Rooms are quite large but there is no air conditiong, and in august you would really miss it. Pillows are simply horrible, you can't even perceive them under your head (i think is a german habit because I found them also in berlin). In summary I reccommend the hotel to young couples or group of friends in search of an honest spot near the city attractions. This is definately not the right choice for mature couples looking for a silent place located in pleasent area (near the hotel there are sexy shops and lap clubs at every corner).

Room is clean. That is good, but the service towards asian not so friendly. The standard room is freaking small. Not 3 star. I paid the same amount for another 2 star hotel just accros the same street and get a 3x bigger with 2 beds and much newer decoration. Anyway, no choice if u do not know any other better hotel.

Clean, quiet room, breakfast was alright as well. Good Value for money, I recommend that place.

For the price, very well. And from the station nearby. In Zurich for takoyzhe room was paid twice.

I was w. Chris Kamara mark in Munich. In the location, hotel was Switzerland 3 star günstistes House. Central clean — 24 hour reception-super nice staff and good breakfast.
I discovered that Tollwood is also around the corner.
