Two nights, clean, quiet, the hospitality is truley like home. Thank you for the service and great presentation of the breakfast. I would love to stay again.

Good location. Very close to main station and easy to travel by foot. Breakfast is the bomb! Good variety with above average quality and taste. Rooms are tidy and neat with new furniture and hardwood flooring is a big bonus. Very good stay.

Hotel ist 700m vom hbf entfernt. Der Eingang ist über einen Hinterhof in einem multikulturellen viertel mit vielen arabischen und türkischen Läden und Restaurants. Empfang sehr freundlich zimmer sauber und unsere Frage nach einem Restaurant wurde auch sehr gut beantwortet. Für den Preis auch ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

The staff was very friendly and accomdating. The bed was comfortable but not amazing or anything. The location was nice as you could walk to the town center and the main train station easily. It was a little loud at night and we had to keep the windows closed which made it a little bit.

A very nice hotel, very clean, very nice and friendly staff and very good breakfast buffet.
On the next visit to Munich we will book this again.

Only spent one night at the hotel as it was only a stopover on the trip. Our room was very spacious and looked shared with the bathroom newly equipped. All the essentials was available, 3 star hotel. A late arrival (22:30 am) was no problem after the credit card was deposited. In particular, the lovingly prepared breakfast with a solid selection deserves to be acknowledged. The staff was very friendly. Happy to return…

We are an unmarried couple who went to the end of February. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the train station and Metro stations. The hotel is clean, warm, the room is spacious enough and comfortable, the breakfast is standard, very decent, ample choice, the staff is professional and helpful. On the ground floor is a small supermarket where you can buy the necessary. Cons-a few specific area, mostly Turkish. It concerns the nearest shops, and café-restaurants. There is no fridge, air conditioning, mini safe in the room. But the overall impression is quite positive.

I was there on a school trip. So I state that it looks worse from the outside… However inside the rooms are not bad. Apart from that the 4 rooms actually originally would be by 2. In fact the 2 added beds are on the ground. In the morning for breakfast you will find a vast range of omelettes and sausages and vegetables of all kinds (there is also salmon), but also make available coffee, cakes and waffles that are not bad. All in all a nice experience.

Good location. Needs updating as far as elevator in the family room areas. Only there for one night so have limited exposure.

Realy nice place to stay. Very clean. Hristina is most kind and helpful girl. Breakfast is great, coffee too. Sincerely recommended. Great value for money.

Easy to reach; The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had a triple room for adults. A double bed and a folding cot, which was very comfortable! There was enough space. As in many hotels, the shower and the aerator on the sink should also be replaced.
We would come back!

Convenient location, very close to the central train station, and walking distance to the Old Town. Good breakfast, sizable family rooms.

What a place. Grat everything. The personnel at the teceptipn are super great they don't let you do nothing. A gentleman called Dennis and a young lady called Ivanka are beyong great.

I liked the friendly staff, the room and, above all, the rich very nicely designed breakfast in a nice atmosphere. The only minus is unfortunately the entrance and the stairwell, there is foul smell from the supermarket housed in the air, according to my assessment. It also lacks an elevator, hence only 4 out of 5 stars.

Amazingly beautiful, large and quiet room. Good infrastructure da Citylage. Parking is problematic.

This is a nice hotel for what it is. The staff is incredibly friendly and the outdoor patio is nice.

Check the room inclusions very carefully. Minibar does not mean there is a fridge. There is no air-conditioning in the hotel and there are no safes in the rooms. It is a noisy area, and rats were visible out the window. We left after a few hours and moved somewhere nicer.

Great rooms for this 3 stars hotel, very spacious family room that can easily sleep 4 adults with a large king bed and almost equally large sofa bed. The breakfast is definitely a highlight. Thank you Mr. Tobias for the impeccable hospitality.

The rooms where slightly small and the beds a tad uncomfortable but overall I had a great experience here.

Super Service, very good value for money. The environment is not the best, yet one is fast at the station and in the centre. Would give me free Wi-Fi wish. Is now-a-days standard. Good Breakfast, very friendly staff. Clean premises and pleasant atmosphere.

Double room was fine and cleanliness was also good. Unfortunately, the Service was very welcome and the Breakfast very unfriendly and not very attentive. The Breakfast was very skinny. There was some fresh stuff and you could tell by the taste that much from pre-packaged products on the Breakfast buffet was served. At the reception, which were partially not understood, because it's not proper English to be able to speak or understand, which is very strange. The location of the Hotel is also not very great. In my opinion, in one of the poorer neighborhoods of Munich.

Do not be fooled by the 4 star average. This is a nasty little crap hole. Situated at the dodgy end of the street, no character or charm. Small room, no air conditioning, you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi. Everything has a cheap feel to it. No value here at all. The only positive is that it's close to the train station but you can do a lot better than this.

Clean modern tidy. Very very good Breakfast buffet. A smear is the Parking situation. Do not have our own Parking lot. Parking on the road to Munich Parkpreisen. Anaonsten defy very well.

A reservation not to comply with (twice confirmed: Mail + Tel. ), is in my view a KO-criterion for a Hotel. My protests reverbed. A serious apology is not done. Room, food, etc, I can not judge. The bottom line remains for me: There book I will certainly never again and reserve, prefer to bring up in a Hotel, where I am on arrangements to leave. It is annoying to train-arrival surprise with our Luggage through town to run!

Located a short 5-minute walk from the train station and 10 from the centre of Munich. Friendly staff, and clean rooms. The neighborhood in which it is located is of immigrants, but without problems.

Absolutely recommended! Clean, tidy, modern, simple (in a positive sense) Hotel with big rooms without the trinkets. Price-performance ratio in order. Particularly noteworthy are the professional and immaculate friendliness of the staff, the soundproof Windows of the rooms and generally excellent Service! Location very good and safe! The only drawback (and the only reason why not 5 stars, because this for me is important) : wireless internet barely works (important for iPad users), should also in the era of flat rates and modern communication is the internet access really be included!
