Good location, metro (U) very nearby. Clean, but other than that peaty basic. No AC available take this in consideration during the summer months.

Simple, simple hotel. Good and cheap. If checked in later than normal, there was no problem at all. Underground parking available, you have to ask at the reception. Cost is 9.50€ per night. This is really convenient for Munich conditions, as the hotel is very centrally located. Rooms were clean and tidy. The noise of the construction site was a bit disturbing in the morning, but the hotel can do nothing. Otherwise the service was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. (:

Fantastic: Clean, cheap and close to the center!

Good hotel right at Theresienwiese Metro Station. The area, however, is both getting used to at night, especially for women travelling alone. Corridors, for example, something used to, room and bathroom but clean and modern. Breakfast rich and good. What was bad was that the staff at the reception spoke German badly and you had to repeat things until they were understood. Internet too slow, cover bed very thin, no cloud cover in the cupboard. Phone in the room without function.

Polite staff, great about the parking in the hotel, close to center and metro is like 5 min walk. Alot of shops and places around it for coffee, breakfast or diner! Would be back here next time in Munich.

Friend Clean nice room breakfast buffet top 2 star minus no parking and it close despite previous call and pledge, all parking spaces in the car park were full next free parking 10 min walk free all charge. So if only travelling by train also 10min walk away.

Good hotel with a fair value for money. It is located directly at the subway station Theresienwiese and is therefore ideal for a city trip. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortably furnished and the breakfast does not keep any wishes open.

Rooms and service great, breakfast spectacular. The staff has always been very polite and polite.

The staff were nice and friendly, but the hotel is pretty simple and old fashion. The rooms look like from the 90’s. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Location: Within 5 minutes walking distance to the main train station and ZOB/20 minutes to Marienplatz Hotel: Breakfast is offered/paid parking in an underground garage are available rooms: clean but also not in good condition (wall socket hung from the walls) service: late Check out until 13:00 at no extra cost possible staff: always friendly and helpful.

Overall good. Didn't have the breakfast as it seemed expensive. Would have been good to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. But warm, clean and a decent enough pkace to sleep.

Location is good. Hotel from outside rather like a demolition house. Room clean But for one night OK. Car park is getting used to. Nothing for big cars.

Hotel is a decent, inexpensive hotel — our room every had a small kitchenette. They're doing major construction on the roadway though, so it's quite noisy at times. Since we were on the 2nd Floor, and the noise was loud in the morning from construction, and at night from people visiting the local bars, we requested a fan for our room, as there is no AC, and the room was sweltering with the windows closed since it's June, and they were unable to accommodate (we stayed in 2 other hotels during our trip, and both had fans readily available in the rooms without need for request). They also were unable to provide any additional pillows when we requested them. That all saod — the front desk was helpful, the continental breakfast was good, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi. I'd definitely recommend it as a reasonably priced place to stay — it's less than a km from the train station, and about 1 km from local shopping centers, museums, etc. But if you visit in the Summer, bring a fan so you can close the window, or be prepared to be woke up by the bustling street below throughout the night.

Ok but pricy because of the fair in Munich.

Polite, helpful staff combined with clean tidy rooms at a good price. Had a good night's sleep every night and will definitely book here again on any return to Munich.

Nice room but really confusing service, at least from our American perspective. We had a little kitchenette with provided plates and utensils, but they didn't clean them when the otherwise refreshed the room, so we had dirty dishes sitting in our room until we left, and no explanation we could find. We would have washed them ourselves, but they didn't provide soap or sponges (or brushes)! Our room had a mini fridge, but it turned out to be broken, but they replaced it first thing the next morning. Desk staff was nice, and the location was very handy, plenty of shops within walking distance.

Clean, reasonably priced and in a safe area. A two minute walk from the U4/U5 line, GHOTEL has friendly staff who speak English and can offer great directions. The drawback was, when we stayed there, the building next door was being leveled and the noise was excessive. The crew started at 5:30 am and went until 10:00 pm. Not the hotel's fault, but good to know before you make reservations.

Nice atmosphere, cleaned rooms, delicious breakfast, placed in a back-road.

No Air Conditioning! The rooms were extremely hot and they can only offer you a small fan. Staff was courteous & rooms were clean.
