Only good thing is the location. Not comfortable. Hole in bedroom wall Kitchen door lock broken Extra charge on my credit card after we had checked out which I am disputing. Mentions air conditioning which is just a portable unit on a small press which leaked.

The apartment is in a good position, very close to the metro stop and near many services (supermarkets, general stores, …). The apartment was fine, enough space for 5 people and provided with all the utilities needed for a decent stay. The only bad aspect is how we were received: the girl who received us tried to be as kind as possible but her lack of knowledge of the english language made it very hard for us to settle all the papers. We enjoyed the welcome drinks of course, but during the night she was outside our apartment all the time like watching on us to behave correctly: we totally didn't appreciate that. We were also told that there was a 50€ caution fee but instead we were presented a 100€ caution fee. When we had to check out, we were told that the same girl would be present at 12 am but she didn't show up (if we had a plane or a train to catch we don't know what would happen). We had to call for her manager who kindly gave us back the caution fee and managed the check out. While the stay was on average pleasant, we would strongly advise a better or different management of the whole apartment rental procedure. :)

KN was great! Very clean, close to everything and very comfortable! They even let us check in early and had extra electric converters for us to use. Great Stay :-)
