We spent a night here and were satisfied. We ourselves had our room to the railway line. However, trains in rural areas do not run as frequently and at night not at all.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. The Wi-Fi is free, but needs getting used to. I've been better on the road with my mobile data.

We liked the breakfast — No special offers, but the usual breakfast components in Germany were offered.

The room was OK for a one night's stay. The problem was with the breakfast, which I had to pay twice as they couldn't find the payment I made with the reservation. Given, that the breakfast was just some buns, ham, cheese and coffee, I'd avoid this place. The staff aren't really the most enthusiastic type either.

Should definitely be a 2 star and not 2.5 or 3 start. Room was clean but hardly any furniture, pictures, etc. No A/C and there is a train that runs every 10 mins 50 feet behind the hotel.

Nice place! Silent and near the center.

Never again! Cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
Arrival at 9pm staff very annoyed and anything but friendly.
Pictures speak for themselves.
Breakfast so half-dried sausage edges and buns that have a size of a 2 euro coin.
Money would have been better saved in a donation!

Room in the years, partly defective Interiör (curtain, carpet, shower) breakfast is sufficient and good, only hard eggs (also on request) for Laktoseintollerante people soy milk is available.
Staff is friendly.

Old room facilities. An extra bed too much. Therefore little space. Reception is not busy and sometimes not reachable via telephone. It is also not the price of the crash. Not a good deal.

Great location next to shopping centre and S Bahn, very good breakfast, friendly staff, big room with TV, as the only negative I can say that the mattresses were very hard and the by the position next to the street one is sometimes disturbed by the traffic at night.
But absolutely recommend.

A cosy little hotel very close to the Therme Erding, which makes it a perfect choice for a short wellness trip! The rooms might be a bit dated, but they were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. It may not be a design hotel, but considered the very affordable price you definitely get more than you pay for!

Unlike other reviews here, I haven't seen any mold. However, immediately when purchasing the room distinct smell of strong cleaning agent (possibly mold remover) perceived. On the whole, however, the hotel is already clean — although not exemplary.
Wi-Fi is free — but grotesquely bad. In places below 1 kBit/s — almost unusable. Wasn't bad for me, since mobile phone reception (telecom) quite good. But still a star deduction.
The staff is very, very nice and accommodating, which creates a nice welcome feeling.
The breakfast buffet is also top. And due to the immediate proximity to the S-Bahn stop "Aufhausen" for public transport users super located.
And with these low prices, one can easily overlook the minor defects (see 1st paragraph).
I would like to stay here again!

Is not worth the money. Room dirty and hair everywhere. Furniture totally worn out. In the bathroom the silicone joints are totally moldy, just unhygienic…

Serviceable but minimal hotel.

Rooms were not really clean. Bathroom also run down. Beds smelled bad. Hotel is suitable for one night only. You can't talk about Wi-Fi. All in all not recommended further.

Very friendly staff and helpful staff. Rooms are Ok. Breakfast is adequate and ok. The rooms on the side of the street are unfortunately very light of hearing. My bed was almost at traffic lights:-)

I booked with the expectation of the kitchen. She wasn't there as such. Just a microwell and a fridge. Inet was blunting.

Very nice stay. Nice clean rooms, family atmosphere and perfect location if you want to go to the spa.

If you have not yet arrived in the year 2017 and are not necessarily on a business trip, where the evening program is often also to take place with YouTube in your own room is perhaps here. The rooms are clean and to my request regarding A water-dripping toilets was taken care of right on the day I reported it.
The Internet connection, on the other hand, is an absolute audacity. Permanent crashes are accompanied by a hahnebüchenes login, in which the login-screen is really only inviting if you have a good time. The experience is rounded off by an internet speed that might be expected with a half-empty cell phone in a nuclear bunker.
It doesn't make much difference either, because at a limit of 600MB per 24 hours you can't even see a single report in 480p resolution.
In itself it is quite nice… a pity that the hotel is located far outside in the Industrigebiet, jammed between railway tracks and Main road.
The fact that the showers have no covers on the water drains is by the way (and I asked for) completely intentional. Whether the idea behind it is the increased ground adhesion through there slight protruding screw heads that drill into my tender foot meat, I cannot say with final certainty.

Good service but considering it's a three star hotel.

Service is excellent, beds are comfortable. Wi-Fi is slow and limited but its usefull.

It's conveniently located to public transportation. Rooms are dated, but clean. Although it's so close to the railway, you're not really bother by it thanks to the windows.

Nice, clean rooms, relatively cheap on rates.

Very good hotel for the price, it is literally a minute from the small local train station which gets you into Munich Ost in about half an hour. There is a shopping centre to the rear of the hotel with a small cafe for snacks.

Friendly place, the right quality for the price, very friendly staff and breakfast (sins a bit because the pay aside) quite provided.

S-Bahn directly behind the house, the other side directly on the street, faucet with Metallkleber glued, shower head broken, no toilet paper, clean but not necessarily recommended.

Not really to recommend. Very loud because of the S-Bahn directly behind the house. Little old tubes-Mini-TV, the bed barely visible. When the Couch was the upholstery is torn. It was very warm in the room, even though the heating was off and the middle of the spring. Breakfast was ok.

Can get too expensive for what it offered.
The positive:
-Very friendly. Generally, staff is friendly
-Location is also ok: 30 min walk to the thermal baths. S-Bahn at the door — 40 min in downtown Munich.
-Room ok
-E-center around the corner
-Economic to the food
The not so great:
-Rear S-Bahn, front lot busy road. According to.
-Old mini TV (I'm watching but eh no)
-old-fashioned furniture and no separate shower
-Room was not cleaned. In detail: I was on the first day up to 12 30 am in the room. As the cleaning staff according to receptionist has become verabschieded and my room has not been made. It simply doesn't work! There has been then towels on request.
-Excessive taxi price from a friend of the receptionist. In detail: on the day of departure I asked then for a taxi service to the airport. The Lady at the front desk has called anyone you know with your private phone (foreign language), then smooth 38, 10 euro required has, although all have said they were only 30 euros to the airport. Incredible. Rather never again.
