Location excellent. Cleanliness excellent. There is no A/C so in warmer months noise and cigarette smoke from alley restaurants lasted until after midnight. Then staff preparing breakfast at 6 am were loud with windows open in prep area. So noisy late and early. Advertise free Wi-Fi but it never worked. Front desk tried to reboot the extender in our room to no avail. I think they are trying to get by with one router for the entire hotel.

Lots of steps. Great shower. Check out M43 restaurant across the alley. Best cheese burger I've ever eaten.

Courteous staff (reception, breakfast) and everything clean and 'in shot'. Otherwise, the all-round feeling must be described as practical/functional, superficially chic and rather uncomfortable, at least the room does not invite you to linger.

Very good location — in the old town. Spacious rooms. Thw downsides are lack of elevator and the parking is located ~200m away.

We loved our time here. Wonderful 2 bedrooms, kitchen. Very clean and very affordable. Fantastic staff and also a great breakfast!

We stayed 2 nights, Had a Large unit with 2 rooms and a Kitchen. FANTASTIC area near everything. The Front desk Lady was GREAT as was ALL the staff we met. The Receptionist even took the time to walk with us down the street to help us use the Cigarette Machine. Great Restaurants right behind us within 100 ft. And Cold beer in the lobby for a few euros. Great Stay and great Breakfast. Parking pass at a Nearby Garage for a added price (Not much) and well worth it, VERY nice Garage.

Nice sized rooms with kitchenette and Windows that open looking down over a side walkway with restaurants. Had coffee and cookies at our own kitchen table. Staff was awesome, couldn't buy cigarettes out of a machine because I did not have a Euro credit card and they assisted, which was extremely helpful considering I couldn't even read the language. Town is beautiful and the apartment was comfortable and clean.

Even the breakfast in this hotel is a dream. 100% recommended.

Service is awsome… room are great, and is in the center of the town… everything is closed by… like very much and recomended 100 %…

Nice. So nice. Spotless, well-appointed, well-maintained, is a set of luxurious apartments with a hotel service. There is always someone in reception. But I'm sure The restaurants close at 8pm in Fussen… And then there remains only the Cino Japanese 2 steps from the hotel. Which however is very good.

This hotel is FANTASTIC! Excellent location right in the center of town within a five-minute walk of the train station and around the corner from numerous shops and restaurants. The staff were all great, and our Delux Double room was superb. It included a large living room with a balcony, a separate spacious bedroom, and a large bathroom with soaking tub. The linens were of good quality and the bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated the attention to aesthetic design in the space, such as the brick accent walls, and how everything felt welcoming. We only stayed one night in Fussen, but I wish I could have brought this room with me on the rest of our trip!

Nicest hotel I stayed at in my 6 week, 13 country trip through Europe. The room was huge! There was a separate living room from the bedroom. The bathroom was also huge and had an actual tub in addition to the shower. I felt spoiled. This was the deluxe room and was €103 for a Monday night stay. Breakfast was ok for the €7.90. If you're not in a hurry to get to the castles then you are better off getting food in town. It's higher quality for less money. Next time I'm in Fussen, I'll definitely stay here again.

Nice location in the middle of town near many restaurants, and parking in the nearby underground lots is easy. Neuschwanstein is a short distance away by car, but remember to wake up early if you want tickets! We stayed in a 4-person 3-bed apartment which was actually bigger than expected, with a double bed in one room and two singles in another. There was a little noise from the stairs into the hotel, directly adjacent to this apartment, but comfy beds and being away from the main road meant I got a good nights sleep. Service was friendly and spoke good English, and all the towels were replaced and beds made while we were out. Altogether a nice way to stay in Fussen.

We stayed at City Apart on a family trip. The room we had resemble a small home — two separate rooms, a living room and a bathroom. Staff is very helpful and the room is tidy. Location is great, right off the main shopping street so it's convenient.

Nice. Beautiful Fussen. Although we were placed in a wing of the hotel disconnected from the breakfast room, in fact we had to cross the street, the hotel is really beautiful. Huge rooms, elegant, with double bed, large bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness, great breakfast and good price.

Good location. 5mins walk from train station. Supermarket and downtown are nearby. — Speedy Wi-Fi. — Fruitful breakfast (with additional charges). — Toilet paper is too hard. Overall good and recommended.
