Awesome Athlete accommodation with few downsides. Pro: reasonable priced, free internet with adequate speed, excellent location, relatively silent, adequate parking, public areas relatively spacious. Con: No AC, just good the Loisach River is right next to it providing some fresh cool air in the night but during the day the place can be on the edge of unbearable. Only single and bunk beds with mediocre "Ikea style and quality" furniture, overall the furniture was the main weakness.

All very nice and very good for groups.

We were in Partenkirchen on the long first of may weekend to a trail camp in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We were very pleased with the accommodation. Modern, very clean, great food, to friendly just.

The Sport-Quartier is the ideal location and ideal accommodation for all who want to take their passion to actively move in nature, to share with others. Whether hikers, Speed Hiker, trail runner, mountain runner, all are welcome to share their experiences. In the case of Hannes and Margit all will always find an open ear for all activities around the Sport-Quartier.

Happy to turn back time allowed.

Very nice hotel. Sometimes something very different than usual and definitely worth a visit. The best is the view from the balcony to the Olympic chanze and the harmonious ambience. Quite apart from the very nice staff, who explains everything you need to know and where to find something in the village and in the ski area.
I will definitely be back and can only recommend it to others.

We have just come back from a super weekend skiing. The apartment was well equipped clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and well informed about the local area and attractions.

Good balance between modernity in the accommodation and traditional Bavarian in the Cafe-Restaurant. Lovely atmosphere for sporty and relaxed people. The home made soup and cake fantastic and really good value. Cheerful and attentive staff.

Great place for sporty people, simple but well thought through apartments, functional and nice, for up to four people, nicer though if you are two. Incredibly friendly staff, good food, all home cooked in the caf that goes with it. Best coffee in town.
