➜ We can heartily recommend the guesthouse Maria Anna.
We (2 adults, 2 small children) are affected by the flood disaster in the Ahr Valley and the Müller family has given us a week's holiday in their holiday apartment including breakfast. It was a wonderful break for us to get out of the whole thing.
We received a very warm welcome and the apartment was lovely. The view from the large balcony, just amazing. Every morning the breakfast was lovingly prepared for us.
Mrs. Müller always gave us very good tips on what else to do.
The place Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a very nice place where it does not get boring so quickly.
We will definitely come back.
➜ The guest house Maria will probably always remain in my memory. I was talking to some people in front of the music pub "Servus" when a limousine stopped in front of the restaurant and the Muslim driver asked us in extremely bumpy English about the street of the guest house Maria. After a very short time, we realised that the declarations were not successful.
I offered the driver a short determination to get into his car and navigate him through the tangle of construction sites, as his GPS system did not produce a satisfactory result. The driver was with his family and I took a seat in the back seat next to his two young daughters. After locking the doors, I tried to guide him to the right place by pointing clues. My hints in English were Spanish villages for him, however, and so I finally gave up after a half-hour odyssey and suggested that he get out, go ahead and lead him to his desired guesthouse Maria. With Allah's help, I managed to put Him and his family in the right place. He thanked me several times and wanted to take me back to servus with his car. But I was satisfied with his thanks, said goodbye and on Schuster's Rappen I went to the music pub, where I told about my experience.
