Good is something else. Very old room, a only sufficiently functional shower where neither the water stays warm nor runs neatly, not even outlets near the bed, cleanliness is ok, but could still be better.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. We upgraded our room, but it was just an average room. The towels were rough and our water didn't get very hot. The quality that you get doesn't match the expensive price, which is unfortunate. FYI, there is an extra charge if you use credit card to pay for your stay.

Authentic Inn in a touristy attractive row of houses opposite a Church. Large array of Seating options for dining in the outdoor area. Views of the mountain remains solid here, unfortunately, denied. Menu in a clear and reassuring local. Ordering only drinks for refreshment on-the-go is not eyed with suspicion. Food is quickly served, and convince themselves through no-frills presentation, tactile and differentiated gustatory properly. In short: Recommended good at a reasonable price. Toilet rooms clean, however, olfactory not perfect.

The price is not good also the service and rooms.

In the historic centre, we liked it. Decent rooms, not very convenient, pleasant staff. Wi-Fi only on the stairs. Good for families with children. Close to local amenities.

A time travel into great past.

This is a cheap, basic hotel. Perfectly adequate, in the centre of Garmisch's old town. Very basic rooms, but clean and comfortable. Food is really good traditional Alpine fair, very reasonably priced. Good staff, no fuss no frills, very happy with my stay. Tchuss!

Been there two times: authentic Bavarian restaurant, Farmers plate is enormous and worth trying!

‪Feels like a medieval dungeon; staff are the prison guards. ‬ Very unfriendly, horrible food, no parking included, church bells insanely annoying, toilets shared with an eternal waiting time. Next time I'll book in the local prison– I'm sure they have better service.

Without shower and old kept bad and without asciendore for the Ptrezo 170 and strange no goes the ATM.

Here you'll find worth a primal Bavarian economy with the Hall of the theater in the style of the 20's —!
The service is typically upper Bavarian: hart to Hart. The menu is traditional.

Don't eat here for your own health. Got served stale, blue molded bread with my dish. Informed the waitress and she couldn't care less. Rude, ignorant and just not a nice experience. If theyre serving such old bread, I fear what's in the main dishes. Avoid.

The kitchen, as well as the service are exclusively on the typical day tourists.
Who would like to taste good food and want to enjoy still appealing, friendly service is unfortunately wrong.

Horrible food. Because it came out so quickly, and tasted like old meat, I believe it was leftovers from the previous day (or two), warmed (barely) in the microwave. Totally disinterested waitress took the uneaten plate of food without comment. Yuck!

When I tried to check out, they added an extra credit card charge, physically attacked me when I tried to argue this, and initially refused to let me go to an ATM. They then stole my luggage to blackmail for a further 10% increase. If this wasn't enough, they have terrible staff, all the English speaking staff were rude and surly, although there was one waiter who couldn't speak English but who was very pleasant. Their Wi-Fi does not work outside the restaurant, and when I raised this issue they denied it and were very rude although there were 3 other groups of people with the same problem. Parking is neither on site nor included.

Despite repeated written confirmation of my reservation misplaced. In addition, rife with written confirmation of substantive errors. From the fact that the room is not a bathroom/toilet (I had to with some other guest on the floor share) (6 TV programs with lousy tubes-TV), very noisy environment (extremely badly insulated door + window) was nothing in the offer written. The staff had even within a radius of 5 km NO idea of cycle paths (which, fortunately, but locally excellent signposts were), and I could not even with a map to help out. I had a couple of days later, again to stay there, but then I spot want to cancel. Is not the answer. I should, however, please send an E-Mail. Due to the holiday season and the peak season it would be very hard, if I still want to stay me a room must be kept (which I do not wanted). Right then, I was told that I will have, because the room is not otherwise occupied could be. Contradiction! I then got in front of the place sent a Mail and with more than 1 week's notice will be cancelled. I'm curious if ne bill comes. Bottom line. The WORST Inn ever! Several incorrect statements in the offer, incompetent staff, poor rooms, and obviously when you eat bad when I see the other reviews here, so read. And expensive to the bargain, for a whopping 50 Euro incl.

Food is of very poor quality. Roasted beef with onions, ready-made, offering fried "onions" and thick, inedible tendon, Roast lukewarm and the dumplings are so dry that they are the best will not eat liked. Us, the food is also not good to get (diarrhea) what is really the fact, that the quality was borderline. It's a shame actually. : (.

Under Good I mean good and not the second worst rating of four possible! Daniel Wiesheu is right. However, we have not eaten, but only taken quarters. The prices are Partenkirchen or Germany are not covered, but normal, more in the lower range there. Abroad, it is not usually cheaper, but you get rather less services than it is here. The location is excellent, centrally, that is why it is also old, certainly hundreds of years old. The evaluation of Maik P. Is therefore not entirely fair due to the sound insulation. Very very expensive and for a meal with very poor quality. Fädlesuppe tasted of water with Eierkuchengeschmack. Salad dressing is bad. Meat poor quality. Constantly loud Bavarian music. Overall, a very high price. Rooms are very clairaudient. You hear every conversation in the hallway. No Trash Can. Badlampe without screen. Scrappy Furniture.

The Inn is a typical Bavarian in terms of decor, clothing, the service staff and the menu. The selection of food and drinks is great and the prices are completely out of order. Unfortunately, the food a long time to wait. We were there Four of us and each of our ordered dishes were tons of Watercress and parsley applauded, that it is unfortunately very monotonous tasted and otherwise, the food was not a Hit. There were, however, very large portions and the price was, as already mentioned, this is completely in order. Nevertheless, you can in Garmisch sure eat better.
