Unfriendly staff, bad overall experience.

Good nice hotel! Class staff friendly and helpful!

The hotel was excellent, especially the bathroom! Reception staff unfriendly, not on the guests ' wishes. Only the trainees at the Breakfast buffet gave an effort. The beautiful view is deceiving about this Hotel, which deserves, in our view, a maximum of 3 stars.

Great massage, spa and great ambience. Restaurant upscale local but a lot of various choices at walking distance.

The hotel is located in the heart of Partenkirchen. The staff at the reception was very friendly. However, the service personnel were sometimes very awkward and also stood in each other's way. The room was well maintained, but unfortunately once broken bed linen was put on. I have already stayed in Partenkirchen in another hotel, which had fewer stars and was simply better for me.

Excellent service! The culture and beauty that surrounds this hotel is incredible. Good views of the Alps from the balcony.

Stayed at this hotel after the first experience in 2014. Beautiful place takes a dip in the past as both the rooms and the clichés are furnished in Bavarian style… it's a scent of wood especially in the rooms and clubs for the restaurant and breakfast room… but I had a small disappointment as I did not find, compared to the first stay, the same quality of services. In the room there was no air conditioning and since it was August I suffered quite the heat… one day the room was redone at 6 pm. Inadmissible 00 p. M. The restaurant impressed me for the quality… but little imagination and in the end we had to eat the same things for a whole week. In short, a fairytale hotel but not cared for in the services. Friendly staff but perhaps not suitable for such a hotel. Stayed August 2018

After a long trip, it was very nice to be welcomed with a refreshment (a warm little towel) and a glass of prosecco. The service at the reception desk was excellent. We had a stunning panoramic room view, with the German's highest mountain — Zugspitze — "showing off". With a good bed and right pillows we had a very good sleep and got fit for day. Breakfast was very good, again, with a very good friendly service. I just missed some more local products? Or maybe there were some, but it was not specified? For sure we'll be back. Highly recommended.

Solid, large and generous, many halls, magnificent courtyard with pond. Perhaps bleibtbdas hotel under his current owner are investiv. You'll see.

Very nice hotel. Were received with sparkling wine and a warm cloth. Very pleasant and nice staff. The room is very large and with the bathroom it was very clean.

Very nice hotel where you are already greeted with sparkling wine. Receptionist, staff and waiters very accommodating. All requests were fulfilled without exception. We were able to use the surprisingly included GaPa-card. Very nice breakfast buffet. Except for little things in the room we had a nice extended weekend.

We've been here five days. The hotel is nostalgically decorated and has a very special Atmosphâre. The view is wonderful, the staff super nice and entertaining. Also the food can be seen. The duck and the fried potatoes must be tasted absolutely.

The restaurant is the best in town. We tasted a dish that mixed fish, turkey and beef with vegetable. It is so good. You need to try it. I uploaded a picture of it.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Great view from the room, very helpful staff, great location, and pet friendly! Theres an amazing Italian place close by as well! Bathroom looked recently remodeled, breakfast was decent, and bed was comfy! Also a parking garage nearby!

Great hotel. There was a delicious breakfast and the staff was very nice. The rooms were Bavarian furnished and very clean.

What a welcome! The staff were so thoughtful and nothing to was too much trouble. The rooms are warm, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. There are many hand made little characters and words of wisdom dotted about which make you feel at home. We arrived as guests and left as friends. What a gem!

Everything is just right here! Breakfast is extra class. The whole ambience in the hotel is fantastic and the view from the rooms to the mountains unforgettable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Etc… We always like to come back here feeling extremely comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Great place. Very posh with warm welcome. Free welcome drink. TV works. In walking distance of shops. Nice pool — very original. Comfy beds with working shower and toilets. Highly recommendable.

Nice renovated hotel. Great views of the mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. They offered me free drinks (Orange juice, champagne, and water) upon check-in.

It had a great Bavarian feel that matched the culture and the 14th century vibe of the town. Being clean and also having a pool, sauna, and other fabulous amenities earned it the rating of five stars.

Some rooms really nice others wrote dated but still you and pleasant. Great views around the town and the natural pool really nice.

The hotel was old, but it appears that they are working on it. There was construction underway on the pool. I wish I would have known that their pool spa area was not fully functioning. The hot tub also was not operational. Our room was very old, the furniture was plain wood and always apeared dusty and dull. The staff were well mannered and attentive. The hotel was very accommodating for us bringing our dog. I think there should have been some consideration for not having all the amenities up and running. The price was among the lowest in the area but they should have given something for the inconvenience.

Very easy hotel, with very helpful staff. There is a small wine bar where you can eat. Many Russian guests can be found in this hotel. The breakfast was also very good, there were even Prosecco for breakfast. There's also a beautiful outdoor pool for the summer.

Posh hotel in the heart of Patten churches. Unfortunately also has a little dusted on. Sure, a makeover would not hurt in some places.

"Wellness hotel" without a Pool. Don't make me laugh.

The hotels is fantastic, I arrived the hotel at night, very tired, but we are so excited when we arrived the hotel, it's beautiful, and most important thing this room let me feel like sweet home, the room is not very big, but I really have a nice dream, I hope I can stay there again.

Loved my stay here because the staff are truly lovely and genuine. And they got me cheesecake when it was almost midnight. I don't relax easily but the people here made me take a big deep breath of amazing air and chill out!

I loved it, the hotel is great, as if in a fairy tale.
