Very disappointed by the statements of the staff. First speak out against one thing and then support it. Very professional.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is delicious and available at normal prices. An unqualified recommendation from me. As a icing on the cake, there is also free parking. Even in an underground car park right next to the hotel.

Nice hotel clean and friendly staff but no air conditioning.

Location is great and also great to reach by bus. The large hall is beautiful and the staff very friendly.

Suitable for families with children. Large rooms and large beds. Breakfast is very good.
One star less because of the poor bath smell and the poor service (forgotten reservation and unfriendly service in the evening during the restaurant visit, the "Colaweizen" was served separated)

I could not rate the hotel, however, the restaurant where we wanted to spend a relaxing evening with our family today.
At first our reservation was not registered, which was not bad, because in the restaurant eh was dead trousers. There is a very old-fashioned ambiance.
Our drinks arrived after about 20 minutes with mind 3 other guests. My mother was served completely raw instead of a "meat". (wait 1, 5h)
The suitcase, however, was in the end: the waiter would not admit to all seriousness that he made a mistake when he gave me the espresso ice cream and my aunt's walnut, although we had ordered different rum and wonder: if I ever had the taste of Espre Can differentiate between SSO and walnut?

Very clean and comfortable. Although some elements like the elevator are almost vintage, our room and bathroom were nice and modern. Our room was large and the king-size bed very comfortable. I did miss that there was no conditioner provided, only shampoo, but it was no big deal.

Good reception, nice service for breakfast, but the bed, a spring mattress in the room I was occupying, did not allow me to spend a night to the height.

We were in the Ravensburger Spieleland and have a night stayed. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel staff is very attentive, our 3jähriger son had a lot of Fun. We would love to come back here.

Pretty in the years come.
