Good location and service.

It was nice that I was asked about the age of my youngest son by the receptionist. As he was less than 18 I did not paid the city tax… So far, others didn’t ask and charged me for the city tax…

Very clean bautiful and looks new hotel. Reasonable rate per night and quit area. Too many eastern from golf families and city looks richy. So cool and quit.

Good breakfasts. It's a nice place.

The hotel was very newly constructed. Very nice and clean room. The breakfast was quite average considering the fact that it is 3 star hotel.

Was fine to stay. Stay — breakfast — away. Not very suitable for feeling good. Pretty sterile, even the staff. I won't remember for long. What a pity.

Good property redone to new and close to downtown. Only the breakfast is too classic…

For business trips-a wonderful place. Comfortable, laconic, everything is necessary. The staff is friendly, speaks German and English. The only thing for breakfast is not cooked anything hot. But otherwise-excellent! (Spa and swimming pool not available)

I had a relatively small but clean and cozy room. The location is quite central, the staff Nice. Draws everything to at least 4 stars in the rating… I prefer a star because of the deafness. If people were talking in the hallway, I thought they were in my room. Another deduction due to lack of recreational possibilities. No sauna, no fitness, nothing except bar.

The rooms seems recently renovated, it still smells new. It's not fancy but it's good based on the price is not high. The room is nice and breakfast is fairly well as well. I enjoyed my stay there, the only bad part is they don't have enough parking downstairs. However there are public parking about 5-10 min walk and cost 5 euro less than the hotel to park all night.

This is a great location in a pleasant town out of the way of the hustle and bustle. The location on the main drag as you are coming into town from the highway is well placed. It is within walking distance of city center and several restaurants. The facility still has a new feeling. The staff were very polite and helpful during my stay. The breakfast room is laid out nicely with a decent amount of seating. The breakfast offering itself is more than adequate. My room was spacious and clean. The work area was a little different as it was three chairs and a small table but it was functional for me. The Wi-Fi worked without any problems. My bed was comfortable and the environs were quiet allowing me to get good sleep. The bathroom was a little small for maneuvering but I managed OK. The only negative I observed was the limited parking. I arrived sufficiently early to get a spot on-site in the lower level parking area. But the alternative choices, from what I observed were a bit of a walk from the facility. As an IHG Spire member, I stay in quite a few hotels in this chain. As such, I was favorably impressed with this property. The price was rather reasonable at €91 including parking and free breakfast. Baden-Baden proved a nice change of pace from the larger cities. I would be happy to stay here again if the situation arose.

Relatively new business hotel with everything the business traveller needs on the go. The staff are some somewhat tormented friendly. The breakfast was very good and the price was very good. Coffee from the fully automatic machine, taste free. Just for the emergency.

A great stopover on the way to Switzerland, A clean crisp hotel, service, reception, breakfast bar excellent service. And a short walk only to the town centre.

The location of the hotel is conveniently located to the Festival House. Even to the casino, the distance is still good.
Unfortunately the hotel is being renovated. There was no notice at the moment of booking.
So it was just not very pleasant to visit the hotel.
The room itself was OK though (missing pedestals have not been a problem for us. What we value is cleanliness and hygiene and that was given! ) The reception was very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast bid itself is very good.
I would like to come back again when the renovations are completed. I think then there is certainly also the fifth star.

New or newly renovated hotel in the centre of Baden-Baden. There is still some construction work going on which can be disturbing during the day. The price is okay for a hotel of this class. Friendly staff and a good average breakfast.

Holiday chain Hotel, modern, central and well connected, comfortable to visit the city, suitable and comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very good. Highly recommended.

The newly renovated rooms have become very beautiful. With very good beds. (in Dec 2017, one of the floors was already renovated). However, the breakfast area is not yet renovated. This is far too narrow and too small. The hotel parking garage has too few seats. Parking Garage Festival House is but quite close and with 10 EUR per 24h affordable.

Great location. Reasonable prices. Breakfast included. Poor customer service and not so nice front desk staff make it tough to rate any higher than average.

Overall a little disappointed. Staff polite though! Actually tried to increase the price later. That must not be. Afterwards clumsy apology which did not even correspond to the truth. Our room was very clean. Modern furnishings but also very simple. E. G. No wardrobe. The beds were good with high sleeping comfort. Although located on the Hauptstr, it was quiet in the room though! Inside the house sound insulation weak. Breakfast is adequately sized though! Aufbackbrötchen… Very limited parking and also tried to rip us off. Parking should be free for house guests. Overall very poor price — performance ratio. Have stayed in Baden Baden already cheaper and better. Very central location, within easy walking distance of the city centre.

Good location (10 minutes walking from city center). Beside this, very essential service.

The location is terrific, the bar is open late into the night for a drink or beer. The breakfast buffet is great and has nice selections. There is insufficient parking for the hotel which is frustrating. We arrived about 7pm and there was no parking available. We had to park in a public lot about 100 meters from the hotel. The air flow in our room was non-existent. I called the front desk and was told "it's a central system and there is nothing I can do". My guess is, they were ready for fall, but it was 21 or 22 c in Baden-Baden and we needed cooler air. All in all, we would stay here again, but the customer service area really could use some help.

Comfortable stay. Great value, decent breakfast and a nice short (5-10mins) walk to the city center. Room is a quite small — especially if you have 4 people stay in the same room. And the extra bed isn't the most comfortable. Also, the Wi-Fi is rather slow : (

The hotel is very noisy. The rooms are any. The breakfast room is too small and fast full. Limited Parking. It's more of a two-star average than a three-star.

Easy to find and within walking distance of the centre although there's most likely a bus stop close by. We got a very friendly welcome from the front desk team. There are tables outside for breakfast or drinks and there's even a mini putting green squeezed into a corner of the lobby. The parking garage fills up very quickly and some of the spaces are a tight fit. Not sure where the nearest free street parking would be. Parking rates are reasonable.

We stayed one night here to visit the thermal baths the following day. The hotel exceeded my expectations as it was modern, spacious and clean. The service was good and the breakfast was excellent, comparable to a hotel with a higher star. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the additional costs of parking, of the city's fees, and of having the dog with us were not properly displayed upon booking and was surprised to pay almost 140 (instead of 100 per night). 15 euro's for overnight parking is excessive. The hotel is a good 20 walk for the thermal baths or the city center. Overall, I would recommend a stay at this hotel, it's good value for the money.

Issues with credit card. Cannot be paid remotely. One must have card in hand to pay the hotel. 247 other hotels and 127 carriers did not apply this policy. I do not understand the background, just avoid it for business purposes, or centralised payment system. I will avoid it for all purposes. Service is medium. Expensive name. Other is same. Not recomended.

The hotel is exactly what you expect of a Holiday Inn. It's roughly 15 minutes from the city centre. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and polite, and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. Overall, excellent stay.

Great little hotel in good location. I visited here in March, with some friends. We were greeted by the lovely and very helpful, very knowledgeable staff (knowledgeable staff are unusual) which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and adequate for our needs with tea and coffee making facilities. There was only one elevator which got busy during breakfast times. Otherwise a very good stay. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Baden-Baden town centre. The festival hall was 5 minutes where you can catch any bus.

Great, friendly, clean, the staff also speaks Italian, strategically located public transport connections to the city centre, the station and the airport. Highly recommended.

Clean, friendly, efficient and lovely comfortable bed. The breakfast is thoughtfully healthy and does the job perfectly. Definitely good value.

-Unsatisfactory cleaning: no made a day or half forgotten another, and especially fault professional of the cleaning woman who took 6 pairs of wet socks of mark that dried in a towel on a shelf of the Cabinet (only towels on the floor of the bathroom should be changed as indicated)
-Beyond fault hardly recognized, and no compensation (except 10 euros after lots of discussion or the price of a pair)
-Yet tonight indicated before that it went to the laundry but little effort to help (ban to get even is same) and be kind in particular about this case as in global
-They had to remind or mail after research at the laundry, this has never been done it took another do we even with estoppel
-Little courteous is not french, even those who know a little or almost, do not meet tjs even Hello, cool late reception with requirement of payment before giving the key, first rate announced most expensive booking need to discuss etc.

Achtung: Vorsicht bei Buchungen für diese Hotel über HRS etc. Sie werden gnadenlos abgezockt, wenn Sie stornieren müssen. Beispiel: gebucht über HRS am 5.6.2015. Für den 23.6.2015. für Hotel Holiday Inn Express, Baden Baden. Wegen Erkrankung meiner Frau storniert am15.6.2015. HRS hat die Stornierung bestätigt und darauf hingewiesen, dass wohl eine Gebühr fällig werde, was ich akzeptieren musste. Ergebnis Zimmerpreis 99, 00 Euro Stornierungskoten 89, 10 Euro Gutschrift 9, 90 Euro Weder bei HRS noch direkt beim Hotel war man zu irgendeiner Konzession bereit, heißt ich muss zahlen! Zusätzlich habe ich hinterher festgestellt, dass man bei Buchung direkt beim Hotel, ich ein Zimmer für 84, — euro bekommen hätte. Allerdings ist es schwierig das Hotel direkt zu erreichen, das es ausser englischsprachigen Einträgen nur Hotelportale hierfür gibt. Edgar Baumann, Hamburg.

The location is not so good for the night, the rooms are already a bit old and the TV doesn't work at all, the second bed is as hard as wood, the Breakfast area is too small, the Breakfast is quite ok. However, there is only one Computer, the only Windows7 and the dauernt spins.

It was amazing and calme and all the stuff is great.

We get visits at the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden in Hotel frequent by, just 200 m away! Measured at the hotel prices in Baden-Baden, a very good and value-oriented hotel garni. All appropriate, clean and bright. Who demands a not great can be hardly unhappy.

Excellent budget hotel, all modern, in the lobby 1 hour of free Internet, Breakfast without hot dishes, but very decent, comfortable hard bed, the baths Caracals (EUR 17 per 3 hours) walk 20 min. To the Pump-room and Casino — 15 min. As a club member gave a free decanter of wine. From minor inconveniences — no room safe, mini bar and towel. Overall Zeer gut.

Very pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff, conveniently located. The location right on the main street is not optimal although, one hardly notices it. 2 minutes to the bus and 3 minutes to the Festspielhaus compensate much. In addition, the rooms are quiet, this is the most important.
