Fantastic place for the weekend getaway! Very good SPA, fantastic Japanese restaurant, great view from rooftop bar, which is open in sunny weather even in winter ☀️

The hotel was amazing, but we were disappointed by the service. At the check in we were billed for the room, although it was already paid online and again at the check out, I was billed for the additional bed despite the fact that it was already paid too.
It’s frustrating to have to check all the bills in details to make sure that everything is in order…it makes you feel cheap even though you are paying more than 500$/ night!
But despite this unfortunate situation I would recommend the hotel and probably stay another time at Roomers. July 22nd, 2021

Very nice design hotel with well trained staff.

This property used to impress my family and I each time we stay for our weekend get away — we always recommend to out of town guests… but this time it is a disappointment! From the check in receptionist that didn’t care/acknowledge as a platinum member and forgot to offer their welcome drink. Fail. Room assigned was still occupied and housekeeping refused to provide extra bed until the housekeeping manager came and was apologetic and took care of the room. Pillows were uncomfortable didn’t have sleep at all. It wasn’t the same as it was before. Breakfast was terrible — maybe it’s due to covid they lost their outstanding customer service! Housekeeping manager was the only one that cared enough to make sure your stay was good. Hotel manager didn’t care much. Very disappointed! Wasted my weekend.

Certainly one of the coolest and most modern Hotels in Baden-Baden. Top Service, cool Bars, very good food. What more could you want.

Great rooms and location, but don’t come here expecting great service. On a scale from 1 to 10, I’d give the service in the bar and restaurant a 2. Poor service can make a great hotel average.

This is Racism hotel for non-white customers. I was treated so unfairly compare with other German guests. German can get priority services in any occasion. If you are not German, you shouldn't stay this hotel. Otherwise you would feel NAZISM unfortunately. If you still want to stay in this hotel, Be white race. The best hotel I’ve ever been to! The highest level of everything. Fresh ideas, room service absolutely fantastic and delicious food.

Really lovely hotel with American style features (king sized beds, ac in rooms, walk in shower, etc) but a European sensibility. Great location. Breakfast buffet was included and very good. Rooms quiet and spacious for the price. Didn't get a chance to drink at the rooftop bar but it looked amazing.

Helpful staff, rooms are large, modern and clean, fantastic spa for treatments and just relaxing. Oh and the shades are automatic. And the bathrooms have big tubs and rain showers Love it and would definitely return.

Maybe the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Definitely try their espresso martinis. The rooms are spectacular and the service flawless. Definitely worth a stay.

Most stylish hotel I have ever tried. Only because of this you should go here but it so much more. So friendly staff, the top terrace bar is so nicely designed. But be aware of the pricy drinks. We will definitely come back. Thanks for a great experience.

Chic, design, Super Terrace bar with heated pool and very good Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. Even the toilets are cool!

Very nice room & bathroom conceptual bathroom very comfortable. I did not manage to turn off the air conditioning for the night.
It was missing the slippers… that never arrived despite the demand.

Excellent hotel that is more than fair to its price. Friendly staff, lots of small amenities, good breakfast, elegant savings area.
Big minus: At the weekend there is a party in the bar until 4am and the basses were heard up to the second floor, so I couldn't sleep.

Really nice hotel and Spa! Definitely recommended for a few relaxing days. Only minus point is that the Spa facial treatment products are tested on animals (La Prairie) — I wish 5 star hotels like this would be pioneers in cruelty free cosmetics.

Celebrated a wedding anniversary here, and it blows our expectations. The hotel is super fancy and the facilities are top notch. The best part is the staff, who goes way beyond to make guests feel very special. I am sure I will be back in Baden-Baden in future just to visit this hotel. Great job of Marriott to get it so right here! Please "spread the Roomers" to more parts of Europe!

Incredible hotel! Outstanding decor, staff, facilities, and services. Truly a 5-star establishment. It's clear that this building was constructed very recently, as it's extremely modern — yet incorporates classical motifs into the artwork as well. Would highly recommend for the food, rooms (one of the biggest appeals were the thick soundproof walls), spa, and staff!

We had such a relaxing stay! The spa is amazing and the outdoor rooftop pool is so nice and warm. The room was comfortable, modern, and the amenities smelled amazing. Go for the buffet breakfast downstairs in the morning (no matter if you have to pay for it or if you're Gold/Platinum status). They have everything from healthy juices to greasy bacon ;) I have to admit, it's the best hotel breakfast I've had thus far and I couldn't even eat everything I wanted to eat! The restaurant delivers to the room, by the way, so do order some sushi even if there are no tables. Only issue — The bass from the bar is really terrible and carried far into our room, but everything else made up for it. We left with smiles on our faces and have already booked another stay for later this year. Ps. It's very pregnant friendly — the pool is nicely warmed and the buffet has more pregnant-friendly options than I've had the whole 9 months… I was SO happy that I could FINALLY get variety and not just Müsli or oatmeal. Additionally, the bed was soft and comfortable and there was a bathtub in the room as well. Such a relaxing treat, if you're really in the need!

A nice modern hotel in a central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended. The festival House is almost on the opposite side. The pedestrian area is a few hundred meters further. The pool is great and the view over Baden-Baden is very good.

Modern, luxurious, roomers in perfection! Those who are looking for something special will find it! No doubt a real roomers hotel!

Staying here was the best part of our time in Baden Baden, starting with Michelle's friendliness at check in, all way to Chris' whiskey expertise at the rooftop bar. I don't expect to return to Baden Baden, but would book another night here in a heartbeat if I had a reason to come back!

Fantastic hotel offers modern design of rooms that use cutting-edge ways such as ordering food via ipad near your bed. I think it worths a stay there if your planning to go to baden baden.

Design // + pool area and spa + restaurants + outdoor areas + rooms Service // + perfect Restaurant // Not run by Roomers — Average Overall // + incredible hotel + wonderful staff + great design Conflicted here. Roomers is a five star establishment and for the most part, deservedly so. The hotel staff are terrific, the hotel is beautifully executed — I don't say that lightly. The amenities are generous for the size of the establishment. I've been here twice and I'm the first visit was remarkable. It was also not in the high season, so perhaps that had some influence. The second visit is now, in the midst of the euro summer season, and its full, as expected. But with full comes it's issues, and without exploring them in detail, there are a few minor flaws, for that I would suggest a 4 out of 5 rating. Note: In Roomers hotel is a cool looking restaurant called Moriki. Moriki's inconsistent food and mediocre service are not up to the expectations one would have at a five star hotel. Worth staying at the hotel if you have the chance, it is a seriously beautiful space. Should also mention that the rooftop bar and patio is a must. Staff is amazing up there.

Dear Roomers team in Baden-Baden! We have spent the last few days with you and are really more than thrilled… from the hotel itself, through the design, the rooftop bar, the rooms… but also really by yourself! We have had the feeling of being welcome with every employee — everyone works with an enthusiasm for the cause — almost not to put into words… and really — worldwide, not only in Germany — rarely found!
Nevertheless, we were even more enthusiastic about one employee than everyone else: LUCA from the restaurant team. Sooooo friendly, helpful, courteous, charming… we can't think of the right words! We think that every hotel/restaurant can count itself lucky if it works there! (P. S. Gaaaaaanz dear greetings! )
The restaurant Moriki is also gransdio in terms of the quality and look of the food — will definitely come back!

This hotel is magical. The room is modern but warm. The food is delightful. Escape to the spa with its enticing sauna, jacuzzi and beds. The people take customer service to a whole new level. There were chocolates and a personal welcome note in the room. I hope I get to come back here, someday.

AMAZING service. By far the nicest hotel that I have been to and at such a good price. From the room to the service it is impeccable and so nice. Short walk to many things and even comes with some discounts because you are at this hotel. The rooftop bar with the infinity pool is nice as well as the gym.

Newly opened and well-designed hotel with excellent service and super helpful staff. Enjoy a great breakfast selection with lots of champagne. Two bars are serving well-made cocktails, while the party is downstairs, upstairs is for a more quiet experience. The spa / sauna offer great views, but is a bit confusing with what to bring and wear.

Staff very attentive, at roomers everything is done for your wellbeing! The deluxe rooms are perfect, the fitness room and the pampering area with spa, Hamman and sauna on top and cherry on the cake, a heated swimming pool has 32 degrees on the roof of the hotel with a superb view on the Black Forest. It takes less than 10 MNS to reach the city centre pedestrian. On the restoration side, we tested the roof bar with Black Angus burgers, but also the more worked kitchen (chickens and fish). No surprise but the setting is idyllic and the kitchen always quality. The breakfasts are magical, it is imperative to taste the homemade pancakes … a killing!

Stylish bar in hipster appearance with premium prices does not meet his expectations: Unfortunately a smokerbar, bartender stuck without comment. Unfortunately, DJ didn't get a transition. So for me a unique visit.

The Easter dinner with my family was rather average. Basics in the service were not familiar to the waitress responsible for us (could not give an aperitif recommendation, menu first of the lady at the table, appetizer came before the drinks, after the main course, the leftovers were wiped on the table with the rinse cloth on the floor, body language when interacting with us not appropriate). But she was very friendly. Some main dishes were not suitable to be eaten with chopsticks. The question of cutlery would have been nice when serving. Sushi and meat main dish super, the wok dishes lacked the courage to spice up (rather bland). Desserts were great. In itself, the kitchen could also be zulgegen to modernity (yams are now also available in every disco). If the staff on a level and the kitchen becomes even more courageous and innovative, we would come again. This would also justify the price.

Noble, new and curiosity — awakening. The dimensions of the hotel and the style are something new. Sophisticated and for Baden Baden a "Hippster" eye-catcher. The sushi restaurant is not really sushi of the "old school" we were three and had appetizers, various wok specialties and sushi. That was not the "honest" Japan — burner now. Wine list and offered wines very good and price-pleasing selection. I find price — performance absolutely correct for this location.

For some people to know well again: the bar has still smoking lounge!. The staff looks more like "extras" and are kinda too fluffy! DJ is inflexible for the Ü 40 generation. Oh — and if you go to the bathroom please take the night vision device with you;-)

Judging by the hotel category, the service in the restaurant and bar area is unfortunately often not on par with this. Too often too slow, too bräsig, too bored. Of course, this does not apply to all employees!
Sushi is top and really recommended, the "main courses" were unfortunately up to the Tenderloin rather average and therefore for the offered quality too expensive. The style of the restaurant is chic-urban like the rest of the hotel also and does our retired paradise-pearl at the Oos quite well. Conclusion: Anyone who does not have to look for money, wants to show his new wife/watch/cart/hairstyle/designer leather jacket again and/or really good sushi, is here well taken care of.

Hotel is said to be the new opening, but the service is very good, just when the door did not recognize the front desk, too tide, I thought it was a business trip guests, welcome drinks are also great, there is wine and coffee to choose from.
The hotel has only one restaurant, but there are many other options around. The service staff were very friendly and the second time we could call our names. There was oysters for breakfast during the Christmas, but it was gone for a few days.
The rooms are clean, the gym and spa are comfortable, with nuts and fruit, and this is the traditional German feature: sauna (including dry steaming, wet steaming, shower, etc. ) Full nude mixed bath for men and women.
Hotel location is also quite good, from the train station to take a taxi 15 euro, diagonally opposite is Festspielhaus, walk to the casino and the Old Town Center (pedestrian street) is the appearance of 10 minutes.
In short, this experience is good.

Fantastic property close to the city centre. Amazing spa and rooftop bar overlooking the black forest. The smoking bar is also very nice with great music for a night out. Staff is terrific! Super friendly and welcoming with great knowledge of the area! They have the best recommendation for food.

The place is very nice. I would rate 3 sections of the hotel. The room: the room was big and comfortable. The spa: I would say the price it's a bit expensive, but the treatments are good. The sauna it's great. The jacuzzi could use more hot water. The restaurant: the prices are ok. And the food it's good.

It is TIME that finally times a HOTEL which is formed to fit to baden baden. And the arrogant dusty totally old-established hotels change more to your regulars, as only a forced smile and a steady price increase in the absolutely outrageous area of dilapidated rooms must strive! TOP OF THAT, THERE IS FINALLY A HOTEL WITH A POOL ON THE ROOF! Congratulations to the creators of this hotel!

I was on business in the roomers hotel. Currently the hotel is being built, and therefore had no insight into the Inside but from the outside the hotel looks very good and I would not live in Baden-Baden, but visit the city I would choose for this hotel. It is quite centrally located. To the city center are walking distance approx 10 to 15 minutes maximum.
