Best hotel friendly people in the city center I am always stay here.

The Hotel Haus Reichert does not do justice to its 3 stars. Since the building is now an older object, which needs to be refurbished, no modern rooms can be expected here. However, it should be expected that the rooms will be maintained at least in good condition… Unfortunately this is not the case. Broken tiles in the bathroom, moldy silicone joints, broken bathroom equipment, a radio that almost falls on the head when sleeping, etc. We will not visit this hotel any more and recommend a basic refurbishment of the house. Breakfast is just OK. The only positive thing about this hotel is the top location!

The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kurhaus and the centre. Bus right next door.
Level paths and the beautiful area is perfect to explore.
Hotel has balconies with stunning views and even an armchair that I could use in the beautiful weather. Very tasty breakfast and all this for a reasonable price. Elevator's going anywhere.
Quiet location Despite the cheerful Kurlebens, you are in the middle of it and live tastefully with good beds and friendly comfort.
All in all, accommodation to feel good.

The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. About 70s years.
The service beìm breakfast… very reserved and without a smile. Operation in civil clothing and open long hair. Unfortunately a no go, especially since she often touched her hair.

Good location and offered parking for motorcycles in a courtyard. The breakfast was ok.

The staff and management have a really bad attitude and the place feels like it is stuck in the 70s. Beds can only be described as concentration camp quality at best. My advice to any traveler would be not to bother unpacking if you are unfortunate enough to arrive here, but keep your coat on and start looking to re book right away anywhere else but here if you do stay then drink plenty of alcohol and drift off into oblivion because when you arise it will still look horrendous and you have not even ventured into the breakfast room yet, enjoy the hard boiled egg @ incubator and the tasteless selection of meats and cheese. I would never ever recommend this place, it is more like a set out of " The Shining" than anything else. Apart from that Baden Baden is a really nice place with lots of more suitable hotels. Last TIP us don't look back as you run out if the front door as I am sure Jack Nicholson is lurking in one of the corridors … Enjoy the selection of kitchen knives on display in the second floor landing. Ahhhhhhhhh.

Pat and I first visited Baden Baden during our honeymoon thirty years ago. We returned last month, April 2010, and stayed in the center of town at Hotel Haus Reichert. Built in 1843, this really neat hotel is a short walk from the casino, theater and spas. This is a family owned hotel and is perfectly situated to get all around the center of town on foot. The accommodations and amenities are top notch.

Very rude staff. Had a voucher for 2 Nights accommodation. This we could not take. Even after 4 attempts, no Chance. Very very unfriendly. Not to be recommended.

At that time we had a year ago, the Hotel only because of the good location to the Casino booked. The Hotel is very much in the years to come. Outside hui, inside yuck! Breakfast was good though. I would the Hotel not book.
