Location, architecture and the city viewing restaurant are good. Rooms and the facilities in the room can be better.

Everything was exceptional — from the outstanding service to the delicious food and beautiful surroundings. A truly memorable stay.

Yesterday I visited Bioli with my foreign friends. The atmosphere was amazing, and we even got to see alpacas and got near them.

Located in the prime locality, in front of a beautiful park and sharing neighborhood with President house. It's an heritage property which is run by some businessman. He accepts payment only by card.

Great guesthouse (it is not really a hotel) in a lovely quiet location. The women who run it speak limited English but are very kind and prepare great breakfasts.

Great service, the host cooked us breakfast and was very kind and talkative, location is great since it’s close to sightseeings and restaurants (I recommend the Khinkali Bar No1 and Kneina).

I had a great experience at this hotel. Their service is very good, the rooms are nice, and the staff is extremely cooperative.

We booked a large family room but unfortunately the one they had was too small for us. They tried to contact us beforehand but we were travelling so they could not warn us. Before we even looked at

Very clean hotel, reception lady was incredible friendly, she solve me a very big issue I had, I very much appreciate the way she treat me. Amazing breakfast and amazing people there.

The receptionist was really nice. The room was spacious and the location is great.

Stayed here for three nights during our trip to Tbilisi. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained, it's a budget hostel so you can't expect five star facilities.
