Prices are reasonable and the place is clean. But the room they gave us was super small, with a huge column in the middle. Didn’t look like the pictures.

Very reasonable prices for a non central location. Superb access to busses and the metro to quickly get around. Parking is provided.

A very good guesthouse with a marvelous welcome for our family. We appreciated the breakfast and the dinner with home made Georgian food. The hosts are very pleasant with a high quality service.

I found the staff of Tbilisi Tower very kind, despite the fact they help you without any grinning. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect, the owner of the house was a very kind and tasteful lady, cleanliness was the first word, every corner of the space was decorated with beautiful and attractive accessories.

Kitchen is separate with the room.
Room so so superb Clean, Biggest room in Tbilisi.

Very modern hotel and the room we had was excellent. Very spacious. I found all the staff friendly and helpful. We arrived at 02:00 and our room was ready! Outstanding!

At heart of the city, but not well serviced and food is not tasty.

Can't say enough good things about this place. They accommodated our last minute booking, helped us with loads of laundry, supplied us with good wine and information. I hope to be back soon.

Normal and simple hotel, good location, hotel acceptable, simple breakfast, not bad, it is mid range hotel.

I stayed there for 6 days. It locates in a good area, so close to the transportations (Bus stop, Metro station). Lots of Cafes and Restaurants nearby. The Hotel staff were kind and helpful.

Very cozy place and above all very clean, but you have to take into consideration that the room in the economic version is quite small, but has a small kitchenette.

Walking distance from main attractions. Friendly host. Ok room but a little small (room 3). AC unit not really coping with summer heat.
