We vacationed with a friend at the end of May — beginning of June 2024.

Cozy quiet hotel. Clean rooms and good staff. Very tasty breakfasts. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with a couple or children.

I have the most pleasant impressions and memories from my holiday in Georgia and from the hotel in particular. We vacationed with our family in 2021.

The hotel's location is excellent, and Marina is a wonderful hostess—responsive, welcoming, and accommodating to any request. The hotel is very clean and has everything you need.

Marina is a very sweet and caring hostess. She greets and sees off every guest as if they were family. The house has everything you need. It's a leisurely 7-minute walk to the sea.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Dreamland Oasis is something special The nature around is stunning lush calm and clean like a little tropical island.
The pools are fantastic big clean and so peaceful you could stay there all day.

The hotel is old, fairly clean, breakfast is very poor but nice staff. Decent place for the area.

All good — rooms are okay, location is great if you want to explore Batumi. Street parking only.

Good inexpensive hotel.
Excellent location, with a supermarket, cafes and pharmacies nearby. To the sea 15 minutes on foot, by scooter 5 minutes.

We recently spent a holiday at the family hotel Terassa Hotel Kobuleti. The hotel fully corresponds to the declared quality and even exceeds expectations.

The best roof caffe shop in the hotel with the mr Daniel, hotel was small but so clean and breakfast was perfect. I will come again.

This hotel is relatively far from the city, and we generally had problems with transportation. Although the hotel is very cheap, its services were good and excellent in its own way.

Fair price for an on-road sleep. Clean warm rooms. Just enough to restore and keep going. Keep the window shut for the road noise.

Although it is an old hotel, but the view is charming! Being far from the city gives this hotel a unique location near the beach.
