Cottages in AjaraCottage

A very cool hotel! The room is comfortable, everything is new, stylish, and very clean, with great attention to detail. The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant is delicious, and breakfast is excellent.

Apartment hotel with chill atmosphere and great staff. I'd stay there again. Some pros & cons:
+ crazy friendly and helpful staff (special shout out to Tamara & Iveri!

Friends booked it, when we saw the reviews, we were afraid that it would be bad.
Fortunately, the reviews did not justify themselves.

If there had not been a little rain, the holiday would have been wonderful, but otherwise it was just good. As we understand it, the owner has changed and the management has been restructured.

The best kokh in Batumi all the details is amazing,
The sofa and the bed are very comfortable, very clean, no insect inside the kokh, safe for kids,
Very nice view.

The best place to stay in Batumi.
Its 15 minutes away from the buzzing city.
Nino the owner deserves the name Nino.
Because she is like a saint! She made our stay super nice.

We were very impressed with Madonna and her kind helpfulness. When it came time to sign the papers, the in-office lawyer made the process easy and stress-free. Good experience all around for us.

We express our deep gratitude to Elizabeth for two transactions carried out at the highest level (sale of apartments in Guru Status and purchase in Orbi City).

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's Green House! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Alexander went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit.

Great place! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay + two swimming pools.

We are from India and We were in Batumi for 4 days in 1st week Aug'25. Booked 'Feel Georgia' villa for 9 of us group.

The place is 7 minutes away from the beach. It's a villa where you can rent a floor. It's clean, has three rooms, a small kitchen, and one bathroom with a bidet.

Amazing place — a beautiful cabin, well-kept grounds, and incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. Everything is made with love and great attention to detail.

Great place with great views, great people and delicious food!

We visited this place with our kids and friends and enjoyed very much. Very clean and cosy.

Paradise on the Earth 👍amazing place and people. Recommended 👍

One of the best places I've ever visited. Beautiful views, amazing people, felt like I was at home.

We rested with our family in a house with a sauna. The house is clean, there is the necessary utensils, barbecue, skewers and a grill for cooking.

The place is an hour and a half away from the city center, and the road is very exhausting and annoying. There are no services nearby, which is not expected.

Amazing place, great choice to disconnect from the city life and noise.
They also serve authentic Georgian foods.
Thank you Giorgi!

Glamping was amazing & comfortable…
Everything was neat & clean. 😊
Had barbeque section as well… Enjoyed a lot. 🎉🕺💃💃🥳
Service was good … Attended all calls & responded to every message.
