Good welcome however I did not get a chance to have a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke permeated all my belongings. The cleanliness of the soil was not exemplary. The ground floor is very noisy from 6am. Not recommended to rest on a business trip.

Basic hotel to spend a night there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room clean but not extraordinary. I who spend my life in hotels is the 2nd time I am in Ibis budget, as there was no room within a radius of 20kms. Actually I will never come back to an Ibis budget.

Rooms stinking of smoke and tobacco, air conditioning not working. Receptionist says he can't do anything for either. Pathetic.

Good this is a hotel for small budgets. Really not bad, in front of the A13 but you hear nothing… basic equipments, design a little retro, like in a plane of the 90s, and at the reception the guy was really nice. You also have plenty of shops around, a very nice Italian restaurant next to an Intermarket, McDonald's a few meters away, Conforama etc… a resort to make petrol… it's really cool… I recommend.

The view from the room was very clean and quiet.

This has got to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Beds are Rock solid, sleeping on the floor is more comfortable. And all I could hear all night has the loud noise of water flowing from somewhere above my room! And staff didn't care that I couldn't get any sleep. Avoid at all costs.

Huge disappointment, regular customer for nearly 20 years, the quality of the welcome and the quality of the rooms is deteriorating a little more each time. And today, 2 rooms booked Sunday, a card business and, therefore, a n’ of CB pre-registered and more rooms! A shame! I have 2 workers on the tile 18.15! BRAVO mr manager. We had already had problems of room rates (price displayed does not match the invoiced price), very limited … for me this Hotel it is finished. Prefer the B&B orgeval or of louveciennes.

Friendly staff smiling and not punctual. A lingering smell of cigarette in the bedroom while she is well specified non-smoking. The beds are comfortable. Sheets and towels have an unpleasant smell.

When we arrived in the room, we found that the sink was completely clogged. I would point out to the receptionist. Sometimes in the wake with a lead pump. Before he tries to lead the sink. He splashes the mirror and the ground. Not getting there he tells us that he will see the siphon. After a day's drive, we a little angry in the face of this DIY done by this individual. I managed to meet with the Director that we give a new room.
OK, we at IBIS BUDGET, but I think the ACCOR Group should properly train its staff to ensure that such practices are not applied.
I would add that we stayed 2 nights and that the bed had not been redone, the duvet had just been fired.
This shift was private. My company has a partnership with AMEX for business travel.
For my future travels, I will insist that AMEX reserve one hotel that is a facility of the ACCOR Group.
I am sure that my comments will change absolutely nothing, but I wanted to express.

Last night I paid the same for a smaller and colder room. Wireless works straight away and it's free. I really thought the taxi driver didn't understand the address read in my Italian/English accent.
