Dirty room in staycity marsielle. Checked in in the morning with left baggage only to be allocated a shoddy room with dirty floor and non-functioning room light. There was not even teabags in the tea storage cup — the teabags were put with cleaning cloth and dirt cloth. Complained to alexandre and he agreed it was a dirty room but could not do anything as the hotel is booked out. Which sort of management does not have a spare clean room just in case? Feel like good money was wasted on this stay and the concierge here. I will be updating this post on 12/9/19 9am Marsielle time regardless.

Good basic accommodation. Clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel when we travelled to Marseille in August 2018. The hotel itself is fairly clean and the rooms are nice. The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. There are two points to make though: 1) there are no safes in the rooms; 2) the hotel itself is fairly North (south of Vieux Port road is where you want to be) in rather dirty area. There are a lot of sketchy looking people all around not really giving you the feeling of “safety”. Once you walk down to the harbour it is beautiful though. Good luck!

We really enjoyed our stay here, they give a really good discount for the parking, the location is really good, walking distance to the old port area, clean cheap laundry on the ground floor, staff very friendly and helpful! Very close to the train station as well.

Great hotel Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, very close to the Vieux-Port. Rooms are big and clean. Parking is right under the building. I recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Marseille.

This hotel is located near the port, the position is excellent, there is parking under the hotel. It is very clean and the apartments are spacious. Service was on the good level. We even got a mobile phone with internet that can be used as a city navigation and the like. The only disappointment that has not much affected our stay in Marseille is that the hotel's surroundings are not exactly the most clean and you can feel a horrible smell, but that's in most of the city so.

Excellent location very near to Port Viuex… Spacious and well fitted rooms… Friendly staff and service… Great place for short stay or long stay trips… Reasonably priced as well.

Great deal for the money. 10 minute walk to the old port. 10 minute walk from the train station. We got a small suite upgrade. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice to have a convection oven to crisp up the croissants. It is not a luxury hotel for sure but good basic accommodations.

Excellent hotel and great dining abundant within walking distance to harbour. Self parking available on site. Great customer service from hotel staffs who are friendly and helpful. A must stay recommended for this hotel.

Small flats: Little comforting area in the evening and smell of cigarettes coming back in the room two mornings in a row.

Great hotel: Everything nearby, very comfortable bedding and very decent prices for such a service.
Everything is very clean and convenient and there is a lot of equipment in the rooms.
Small suggestion for the hotel: a small shelf should be installed under the bathroom tub to be able to put several toilet kits.

Quiet little suite, in the small there is everything. Nice staff Clean beds. Shower and washbasin in the room separated by WC, of course in the bedroom. Small terrace (unfortunately without particularly exciting view) in which to have breakfast. But also small table to eat inside the room. In short, pleasant, though simple and not luxurious.

The property is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the harbor and very close to the station as well. We loved the concept of the small apartments and in particular we loved the little nespresso machine with two capsules for when we woke up in the morning. So great! The room is well designed, essential but functional furniture, nice shower and great cleanliness. We didn’t make use of the kitchen but it would have been nice to feel like at home with some home prepared food. All kitchen supplies are provided. The breakfast is good value for money, I recommend to include it also because in the nearby block there are no cafés open on Sunday morning and I need my breakfast! Staff is super friendly and common spaces comfortable and relaxing. Totally recommended!

Nice staff. Interesting. Concept based on appart like renting. Not sure the total costs exclusive piling are making it a balanced solution.

The staff is lovely and helpful, and they speak good english! The room is everything you need, clean and super close to everything. Shops and the port is 10-15min walking distance.

Welcome to the top. The staff are very smiling and attentive to your needs. The hotel itself is recent with a contemporary decoration. The room was correct with even a small balcony but the surroundings are not the most beautiful one goes quickly from the view. Good at the same time the city center of Marseille is not reputed to be most charming. Short!
The continental breakfast is sufficient but it may seem light for the lovers of the buffet formula because here no juice at will and no eggs or cheese. Personally even if a glass of mineral water is offered on request to the breakfast, I would have liked to have in self-service because on waking I am thirsty!
In the end, I will come back with pleasure here because the location is ideal, close to while being quiet, parking for a light price and a very pleasant staff.

I recommend this establishment which is very well located: close enough to the train station, the old Port and a metro station about 50 meters.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

It was OK actually but really no more!
The most: the gym, the fare — 50% on the Indigo parking, a certain tolerance in relation to the lateness of the room, the bedding, welcome and common very beautiful.
The least: The condition of the room (not well maintained) a foul smell that reeked the whole room as soon as we arrived, breakfast very expensive for what it was! (I'm really disappointed with that)
The location (close to unattended location) The view in conclusion, I will not go back, quite disappointed compared to the opinions I had seen on the internet!

The staff are very friendly, speaks English, and make you feel welcome. Airconditioned rooms are clean and spacious with balcony, double glazing, block out curtains. The apartment has a modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, convection microwave and glass top cooker. Beds are very comfortable with high qualty linnen. Good laundry facilities accepting card payments. The room is equipped with an iron and ironing board. Wi-fi is superfast and excellent and although English channels are very limited on the TV we streamed Sky News, Netflix, YouTube and HBO by connecting a laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable. It is close to conveniece stores and public transport. Undercover parking is available at 15€ per day.

Close to downtown, old port! Very well placed for the metro was 20 m. The rooms are correct and well looked after.

Rent very well located 300 from the old port, friendly staff, convenient parking with card entry and exit at will, the room was very clean, very well equipped kitchen, price.

For a 3 star hotel — really good quality. The whole place is new, modern with strong amenties. Even has a gym with weight (which you can't easily find in hotels these days). Room relatively spacious, clean and comfortable. Also very close to centre (although the road it is on can be a bit dodgy in evening — would not advise going down the stairs into the small alley the moment you get out, stick to the main road). Great value — would stay again.

Good bedding but it was a terrible cold in the room heaters were switched off we went in early may with a baby. Not terrible when you want him to take a bath. The dust was not made, I've moved the 2 beds to put the cot side up and full of dust was below the bed. The district does not pay any mine, despite its good position tram to side and 5 min from the old port. Friendly welcome of the staff, but I won't go back there.

Clean and Nice apartment hotel with good location. (1 min to metro, 10 min to train station/harbour)

A cosy place. This very well situated, close to the Vieux Port I 10 min. Walk from the Gare Saint Charles. The room is lovely and comfortable. Very comfortable bed with toilet separate from the shower. We had a small terrace to drink something comfortably. The friendly and attentive staff. Speak also Spanish and helped us in our queries of the city. Fully recommended. Merci beaucoup!

Excellent! Amazing location, 3 minute stroll to the Port and all of the restaurants. Fantastic large modern rooms with Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and kitchen, coffee maker and gym were a bonus! Staff very good, could not fault it.
